Take out a metaphor

And sing it to the tunes of rhymes,

For you have befallen

Under the bridges of a tyrannt.

How lost you thought,

My mind was trying to be

Untill you were struck,

By the medicine they'd want you to eat.

I'd lie to you,

And you'd never know

For truth comes seeking,

For a wage in a barrel.

You'd say

I work with words of magic,

How would I tell you?

Of a storm raging,

Within the ribs,

Beneath my skin.

With my dancing shadow

With depth,

I've tried to be so shallow.

How hard is it to have it this easy,

But you wouldn't believe

The path to this place is just that narrow.

Bones and skin,

Rhythms and beats,

I sat there thinking,

How would you know about a poet that brave,

If you hadn't even tried to meet yet crave.

But dont wary ,

For this poem makes no sense,

But every poem carries a message

Without it being said,

Find it.

And tell me what it means in your head,

For how is it even a poem when it makes sense?
