Next Morning

After hearing about that murder on the news last night I couldn't sleep.

I kept thinking and hoping that the guy I had slept with wasn't the same guy who killed the bartender at Lust.

A Day later

When I arrived at work I walked inside.

Then I walked into the staff room and I saw Alice and the others girls talking.

Alice saw me and she walks over to me and I look at her and I said

"What are you girls talking about?"

Alice looks at me and she said

"We are talking about the murder at Lust"

I say nothing and I walked into my office and I sat down at my desk when Alice walks in and she said

"Shan are you ok?"

I look at her and I said

"Yea I'm fine"

Alice nods and she walks out of my office.

Later that day I was dealing with a client when Alice walks up to me with a bouquet of roses.

I look at her and she said

"Shan these are for you the mail guy just dropped them off"

I looked at them and I told Alice to but them in my office for me.

After work I was walking home when I felt someone following me but when I turned around I saw no one.

So just continue to walk home and when I got home I lock my door.

I was in my kitchen putting the roses in a vase when my phone went off.

I took it out of my hand bag and looked at the screen and I saw I had a txt from a unknown number and the txt said

I looked at my phone in confusion and decide to reply and I said

(Who are you and what do you want?)

I got a instant reply and it said

I didn't like the txt when it said that we will be seeing eachother again very soon what was that suppose to mean.

I reply back and I said

(Leave me alone who ever you are and stop txting me)

I got another instant relpy and it said

I didn't reply after that and I turned off my phone.

Days later

I haven't heard from that unknown person again which I was glad.

But how did they get my number or how did they know where I worked?

And what did they mean by we will be seeing eachother again very soon so this must mean I've met this person before.

But who could it be I've met alot of people.

I've got so many questions but no answers.

I've been feeling uneasy everysince that night.

When ever my phone went off I would think it was the unknown person but it never was.

I'm at work sitting in my office and it was in the afternoon.

Today was very quite not many people came in.

When it was time to go home I was glad I wanted to go home and have a bath.

Once I arrived at my apartment I noticed a black box on my door mat.

I picked up the box and took it inside.

When I got inside I closed and locked the door behind me and I placed the box on the kitchen bench.

I looked at the box and I saw a envelope attached to the box and it had my name on it.

I took the envelope off the box and I opened it and saw a letter inside.

I took the letter out of the envelope and opened it up and it said

(Shannon darling

I would like you to wear this for me tonight and I'll pick you up at 7:30pm and don't make me wait.

I look forward in seeing you in that dress

I put the letter back in the envelope and placed it beside the box.

I decided to open the box and I saw black slik and I picked it up and it was a black slik gown.

It was beautiful but I could never afford a dress like this.

When I looked inside the box again I saw a pair of black high heel shoes that goes with the dress.

After I finished putting the dress back in the box my phone goes off and I had a feeling it was him.

I grab my phone and looked at the screen and it was him and the txt said

"You should start getting ready for our date my darling"

I look at the txt and I reply and I said

"I'm not going on a date with you"

A second later my phone goes off and I saw someone trying to call me and I look at the screen and saw it was him.

I answer it and he said

"will go on this date with me or do you want something bad to happen to people you care about like your friend Alice"

I thought about it for a second I knew I had no choice but I didn't want anything bad to happen to Alice or to anyone I care about so I said

"Ok I'll go but please don't hurt Alice or anyone"

I then heard him say

"Good girl darling I'll see you at 7:30 and remember don't make me wait"

Then he hangs up.

2 Hours later

I've just had a shower and now I was getting into my dress.

It fits me perfectly but how did he know my size or how did he know that this dress would fit me.

I put on the high heels and I was doing my hair and make up when I heard a knock on my door.

I knew it was him so I quickly finished doing my hair and make up and I grab my purse.

When I opened my door I saw the guy I had slept with that night and I said

"Elijah!"

He smiles at me and he said

"You look beautiful darling"

I then say

"Thank you"

He grabs my hand and we left my apartment.

We got into his car and he took me to a fancy restaurant.

When we got out of his car Elijah walks over to me and he wraps his arm around my waist.

We walked inside the restaurant and I could feel people looking at us but Elijah doesn't take any notice of it.

When we got to the counter Elijah says

"Reservation under pierce"

That when something in my mind click that Elijah was the one that killed that bartender at Lust.

A waiter from behind the counter came up to us and he lean us to our table.

When we got to our table Elijah pulled out a chair for me and I sat down and then Elijah told the waiter our order and he then left.

Elijah looks at me and he asked

"Darling what is wrong?"

I look at him and I said

"You killed that bartender didn't you?"

Elijah smirks and he said

"Of course I did darling"

After he said that I wanted to leave when Elijah grabs my hand and he said

"I know what you are thinking of darling but don't even try to leave cause as soon as you walk out those front doors my men will stop you"

I say nothing and Elijah smiles and he brings my hand up to his lips and he kisses my hand.

A hour later

After we had finished our food I looked at Elijah and I said

"Can you please take me back to my apartment"

Elijah looks at me and he said

"Sure darling"

We both stood up and Elijah grabs out some money and placed it on the table and he then grabs my hand.

When we walked outside Elijah lets go of my hand and I walked toward his car.

I was about to open the car door when Elijah came up behind me and he places a cloth over my mouth.

I try not to breath in the chemicals on the cloth and I try to break free from Elijah grip.

But I couldn't and then I started to feel light headed and I soon pasted out.

Elijah's pov

When Shannon pasted out in my arms I picked her up and I layed her down on the back seat of my car.

When we arrived at my penthouse I took her to our room and I layed her down on the bed.
