NO POV

With a single claw strike, all of the investigators on top of the building were sent flying. Each one getting knocked out by the impact, all but Juuzou. While this was going on the buildings around the CCG soldiers suddenly exploded. From the smoke Aogiri ghouls came raining down and started slaughtering all of the soldiers. Even the ones with quinques were getting overwhelmed.

Meanwhile back on the roof the dragon simply stared at the defeated investigators while Juuzou stared at the dragon. The dragon turned to face Juuzou and growled, Juuzou couldn't even move. In the blink of an eye the dragon reared it's tail back and swung it at Juuzou. Juuzou closed his eyes, waiting for the impact. But it never came. When Juuzou opened his eyes Shinohara was standing in front of him, taking the blow. Shinohara smiles and suddenly collapses to the ground.

As Juuzou reaches for Shinohara's body, the dragon sends Juuzou flying by hitting him. Juuzou crashes into a pile of metal beams. When he gets up he sees the dragon's tail getting ready to impale Shinohara. Juuzou gets up and runs over to Shinohara, however he trips and falls. When Juuzou gets up, he sees Shinohara get stabbed. Juuzou was still until he starts to hyperventilate and his eyes tear up. And then Juuzou lets out a scream.

The dragon fells something scratch his skin. He looks over and sees Juuzou standing holding his quinque. Juuzou throws more daggers which barely scratch the dragon's scaly armor. The dragon laughs.

Dragon:

Juuzou charges and swings his scythe. The dragon blocks it with his arm and hits Juuzou with his tail, sending him flying. Juuzou gets back up and charges again, the dragon hits Juuzou with his tail and he crashes into the wall. Juuzou charges a third time, but met with the same results. Juuzou struggles to get up, using his scythe as a cane. Juuzou falls to the ground but someone catches him. They place Juuzou gently on the ground.

Dragon:

This person was wearing a white trench coat along with glasses and had white hair. In there hands were an odd looking sword and a black briefcase with gold. This person was the CCG's White Reaper, Kishou Arima.

The dragon lets out a piercing roar the could be heard all across the city. The dragon charges at Arima, attempting to smash him with his claws. However Arima jumps out of the way of each claw swing. Arima jumps back and his sword opens up. Lightning shoots out of it.

The dragon jumps out of the way of the lightning and then whips his tail tails. Arima dodges the spiked tails and runs at the dragon. When he gets close enough he starts cutting the dragon all over it's body. Meanwhile the dragon was trying to kill Arima, but was having trouble due to Arima's speed. Arima jumps away as the dragon tries to hit him with his claw, only managing to hit the ground. The dragon attacks again with his tails, Arima once again dodges the piercing tails. Arima then charges up a ball of lightning with his sword and launches it.

The dragon jumps out of the way of the ball. But the ball explodes making lightning go every where. The dragon screams out in pain as he's being electrocuted.

Back in the city the tide id turning in favor of the CCG. They were taking out more and more ghouls. Shin and Eri along with the group they were with were surrounded. As the ghouls charged at them Shin used his weapon and fired crystal shards at them. He then ran at them and slashed them. Eri charged with her sword and stabbed each ghoul. She then used her weapon's special ability and the extended blade ended up impaling 3 ghouls. Meanwhile the soldiers opened fire, killing more ghouls. Eventually the ghouls got scared and fled.

Back on the roof the dragon growls at Arima as he picks up his briefcase. It opens up to reveal a large black rapier.

Both Arima and the dragon charge at each other. However the dragon jumps out of the way just in time to dodge as a black column arose from the ground.

More of these columns rose up, keeping the dragon busy on his feet. Arima fired more balls of lighting at the dragon. So now the dragon had the columns and lightning to deal with. When the dragon got an opening, he opened up his wings and a storm of crystal shards at Arima. In response, Arima's rapier turned into a large shield protecting him. However due to the large amount of shards, the shield began to crack surprising Arima. The dragon took advantage of this and ran at him.

When the dragon was close enough he swung his claw at the shield, shattering it. The dragon then reared back his tail and swung it at Arima. It successfully hit Arima and sent him launching back into a wall. The dragon charged as Arima quickly got up. The dragon tried to hit Arima again, but Arima managed to evade each attack. The dragon then went to stab Arima with his claws, but Arima stepped to the side. In a single motion, Arima sliced off the dragon's left arm. The dragon growled at Arima but then started running away. Arima gave into the chase but stopped once he reached the ledge. For the dragon jumped into the air and took flight, flying away.

Arima just stood there as he watched the dragon fly away. His hand went up to his lip and brushed it. When Arima looked at his hand, he saw a smear of blood.

Arima: It's been quite a few years since a ghoul was able to land a hit on me.

Arima then looked around and noticed the body of the One Eyed Owl was missing.
