We've been open for a couple of weeks now, and we're popular. People love the way we brew our coffee. Jade and Aaron are great host and Tock is great at making coffee. Maybe I could leave the life of the Owl behind one day. Life was going great. However I missed Jaune. Just then this cat faunas girl walked in. She shows up her almost everyday.

Cat: I would like a (to lazy to think of any type of coffee drink)

Jade: Coming right up.

I was cleaning the tables next to me while drinking a normal cup of coffee.

Cat: Excuse me

Yin: Yes how could I help you?

Cat: I was just wondering, you have all of these different drinks on your menu but you only drink the same old coffee everyday.

Yin: I've never been one for trying new things.

Cat: Oh come on let me show you how to try something new.

Yin: Like what?

Cat: There's a carnival in town, I could show you around.

Yin: Fine, but what's your name and why are you doing this?

Sapphire: My name is Sapphire and I'm this because there is something about you I like.

Yin: Okay what time and day?

Sapphire: 4 o'clock tomorrow, be there okay.

Yin: Okay

Sapphire proceeds to leave. I turn around and everyone is staring at me.

Yin: What

Aaron: Did you just get a date?

I blushed

Yin: What NO!

Jade: OMG, you're blushing. Finally you're socializing. All you do is make coffee and clean. You never talk to anyone.

Yin: Whatever

(Timeskip to next day)

I get dressed up in a red t-shirt, black jeans, and a black leather jacket. I was waiting in a park for Sapphire to show up. I see her arrive in a blue blouse and jeans. I got to say she looks good.

Sapphire: Great you're here, let's go!

She grabs my arm and pulls me away. We arrive at a carnival with various stands of food and games as well as rides.

Yin: Not bad

Sapphire: You won't be saying that after we're done

She leads the way. Throughout the day we play games, go on rides, and try various foods. For the first time in a while I was truly happy. Unheard Sapphire giggle

Yin: Whats so funny?

Sapphire: It's the first time I've seen you smile.

I noticed that I was smiling. I just laughing as Sapphire starts laughing to. Is that what happiness feels like. The sun starts to set and I head back to Anteiku.

Yin: Thanks Sapphire, I've never felt this way before

Sapphire: I did it, I got you to have a good time! How does it feel.

Yin:Amazing

Sapphire: I gotta go, we should do something like this some other time.

Yin: Ya that would be nice.

Me and Sapphire day our goodbyes. But before she leaves, she kisses me on the cheek. I blush red as Sapphire just giggles. I enter Anteiku to see the gang grinning at me. I realize they saw what just happened.

Timeskip

Me and Sapphire have been hanging out for the pass few weeks. She gets me to try all of these different things and I'm enjoying it. I tell the others this feeling I have and they say it's love. So this love? I like it, the only problem is Sapphire will be terrified of me if she learns I'm the Owl. One night it was raining and I was heading home from the store. I went through an alley to get home quicker since it was starting to rain. However I was confronted by thugs.

Thug1: Give is all your stuff punk

Yin: Listen, you don't want to do this.

I got hit in the head by a bottle

Thug2: Lets just beat the shit out him

The thugs start to approach me. I tried to warn them, but they didn't listen. I activated my blades, then come out and stab all the guys

???:~~~gasp~~~~

I quickly turn around to Sapphire there. I noticed she had dropped her bag.

Sapphire: You're the One Eyed Owl

I look down, tears well up in my eyes

Yin: I'm sorry

I then felt a pair of arms wrap around my body. I look over and see Sapphire crying while hugging Yin.

Sapphire: Why didn't you tell me. I would have understood.

She said in between sobs.

Yin: You........don't care that I'm a murderer?

Sapphire: No, I love you and want to be with you.

That lighted a fire in me. I then connected our lips. It was nothing like I've ever experienced before. It was passionate and full of love. For the next couple of minutes we just stood there trying to battle for dominance in each others mouths. When we separated there was a string of saliva.

Yin: I love you to.

Sapphire: Why were you afraid to tell me?

Yin: Let me tell you something.

We sat down and for the next 10 minutes I explained my life to her

Sapphire: Wow....I had no idea. Are you okay?

Yin: Yeah, but I still get nightmares from past events. But they're starting to fade away.

Sapphire grabbed my hand.

Sapphire: Don't worry, you got everyone at Anteiku plus me now to help you.

I held onto her hand tightly.

Yin: Thank you

Timeskip

I told everyone that Sapphire knows I'm the Owl and that they are killers to. It's been a few weeks since that incident. Me and Sapphire were sitting on a balcony just looking at the moon talking to each other.

Sapphire: Hey Yin

Yin: Yeah what up?

Sapphire: Remember when we did that...thing a last week.

I blushed at the memories

Yin: Yeah

Sapphire: Well.....it turns out....that I'm...........pregnant.

She said in almost a whisper. I picked her up and hugged her tightly.

Yin: You mean it! I'm going to be a dad.

Sapphire: You're not worried.?

Yin: Sapphire I want to be with you. I wanted us to have kids. But first there's something we have to do.

Sapphire: What's that?

Yin: Get married.

Sapphire blushed a dark red.

Timeskip(there's a lot)

It's been months since that night. The baby is only a few weeks before coming out. Me and Sapphire had a small ceremony, we are now married. We helped her move into Anteiku and she works part time in the shop. As the months passed I became more protective of her. Now I was currently on a mission in a near by village. I got a call from Aaron.

Yin: Yeah

Aaron: WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU!

Yin: What's going on?

Aaron: SAPPHIRE IS GOING INTO LABOR!

Yin: OH SHIT!

I bolted out of that village and ran straight home. I don't stop no matter how much my legs were hurting. I had to see this. A half hour later I arrived back at Anteiku. I burst through the door and saw Tock standing there.

Tock: You missed the birth but you can still see your daughter.

Yin: It's a girl, thanks Tock.

I ran the stairs and entered mine and Sapphires room. I saw her sitting there with a bundle I my arms. Sapphire looked over to me and smiled.

Sapphire: Don't be shy, come meet Neo.

I went over and saw our child. She had half pink hair and half brown hair. Her left eye was pink and the right is brown. Neo looked over to and smiled as she reached for me. I gently picked her up.

Yin: Hey Neo, I'm your dad.

Neo giggled, I could literally feel my heart melt.

Sapphire: We did good Yin.

Yin: We sure did.

That night me and Sapphire went to bed facing each other with Neo in our arms. This was the happiest moment of my life.

( Timeskip 3 months)

These past few months have been amazing. I've never been happier. The shop is doing good, I got my gang, my wife, and my daughter. Things were going great. Right now me and Sapphire were walking around at night with Neo. All of a sudden these men in black coats showed up with weapons.

Man: Owl, this is your reckoniong

I pulled Sapphire and neo behind me in a protective manner.

Yin: Please I've changed my ways. I'm a father and husband now.

Man: I does not matter. You have killed to many already, you must pay.

I grabbed Sapphire's arm and ran. They started shooting at us so I unleashed one of my blades to block them. They were gaining on us. The leader was pulling right behind us. Then my grip on Sapphire's arm slipped and she fell back. The leader pulled up right behind her and stabbed her.

Yin: NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

I bolted towards the man and stabbed right in the chest. I held Sapphire tightly in my arms.

Yin: Come on we got to get back to Anteiku.

Sapphire: Y-yin, I c-cant.

Yin: Don't say that

sapphire pulled me into a kiss

Sapphire: Don't worry, as long as Neo survives a part of me will to. Promise me you'll be there to watch her grow. You've come along way Yin, from a murder to a father and husband.

Yin: I promise.

Sapphire grew a smile. it was then I noticed her grip was weakening and she closed her eyes one last time. I closed my eyes one last time. I noticed the other men running towards me. I activated my other blade.

Yin: I'LL KILL YOU!!!

One by one I killed all the men. I went to get Sapphire body but then a police bullhead was arriving so I had to run. I hid under an overpass. I started cry like I never had before. I felt something grab my finger. I looked down to see Neo grabbing my finger with a worried look.

Yin: Don't worry Neo, daddy is alright.

This brought a smile to her face.

Timeskip 3 Months

The next day we closed the shop and had a secret funeral for Sapphire out in the forest. I would be a complete wreck if it weren't for Neo and my friends helping me. Ever since that night I've been going out and killing any Atlas guard, white fang soldier, or mercenary trying to find out the one who sent the mercenaries who killed Sapphire. Because of this Atlas has sent in new robotic guards to keep a watch out for me. Luckily they don't suspect me and the business at Anteiku has remained steady. However I couldn't get rid of this feeling that something bad will happen in the next couple of weeks.
