This was originally supposed to be a Peter Maximoff story but now that I am already halfway through it, I realize that it's more about the main character's relationship with her father. oops😬

In which Charles Xavier has a fifteen year-old daughter who spends much of her time hiding in the school library and ignoring everybody.

In which the oldest mutant rises from the dead and destroys the school in the process of trying to cleanse the world of humanity and restart it with mutants.

In which Brianna Xavier is extremely intrigued by the silver-haired boy who runs fast.

I wear this crown of thorns

upon my liar's chair.

Full of broken thoughts,
