Even though Taehyung had asked Jimin to leave his house, the Omega kept begging to stay. He would have just left with his pride like a champ but his Omega instincts made him weak, made him feel like he couldn't survive without his Alpha, made him feel like he belonged to Taehyung whether the alpha accepted him or not. Made him feel like he had no choice but to beg for his Alpha's love. And no matter how many times Jimin would have to beg to stay, he never felt ashamed or humiliated. He was asking for a tiny bit of Taehyung's affection and it didn't matter to him if other people would think of him as a desperate and shameless Omega.

"What are you still doing here? I told you to leave today. Was that a joke to you?" Taehyung yelled at Jimin upon seeing him in the kitchen.

"I just wanted to make some food for Maya. I'll leave soon". The Omega said shakily.

"Don't cook anything. Just get lost please, before I push you away forcefully".

"But I'm almost done. I just..."

"I said get lost!"

Taehyung put off the stove, then he carried the pot of food and threw everything Jimin cooked into the sink. Jimin just watched him without saying a word but he knew things would only get worst and it was going to take a miracle for the alpha and Omega who were once best friends to reconcile. It seemed as though Taehyung forgot how close they used to be. It was a surprise how easy it was for Taehyung to turn into Jimin's nightmare.

Taehyung dragged Jimin by the shoulder and pushed him out of the house. Then he went to the bedroom and got all of Jimin's things, stuffing his shoes, toiletries and accessories into his bag before going to throw the bag outside.

"At least let me have a bath before I leave". Jimin held the Alpha's ankle.

Taehyung looked down at the pleading omega and gnashed his teeth. It was not as if he hated Jimin but keeping the Omega around could make him drift away from the connection he shared with his late wife. He was holding on to the past. Holding on to a lover that would never return. Taehyung was aware of the feelings he would have developed for Jimin but he cut it off before it turned into something he couldn't control. It seemed like Jimin was trying to take his wife's place and the Alpha despised him for that. No one must take his wife's place in his heart, not even Jimin.

"You're not stepping your foot into my house. If you need to have a bath, do that when you get to Korea". The Alpha kicked off Jimin's hands from his ankle and slammed the door.

Taehyung knew that his actions toward Jimin was mean and it pained him. He just couldn't think of a better way to protect the connection he has with his late wife while opening his heart for another.

Jimin was confused on what to do next. If he returned to Korea without Maya, Taehyung's mum would know that something happened and he was not ready to give details especially if she saw the fresh mark on his neck. While the omega thought, he was unaware that Taehyung was peeping through the window, watching every single move he made.

Taehyung planned to follow the Omega if he decided to leave until he was sure Jimin entered the flight going to Korea.

Taehyung wasn't the only one peeping though. His neighbor had seen when he kicked Jimin out and was contemplating if he should go talk to Jimin or possibly help him with accommodation. The neighbor gently crossed over to Taehyung's house and walked gently to where Jimin sat with his bag.

"Hello". The man waved at Jimin.

"Hello. If you are looking for Taehyung, please knock on..."

"No no, I'm not here to see Taehyung. I live opposite this house and I kinda saw what happened between you and him. I'm Hoseok by the way". The man said with a pitiful look on his face.

"Oh, ok". Jimin wasn't in the mood to have a conversation with anyone. Not even Hoseok who seemed to have a cheerful personality.

"You can stay at my place until you get an apartment...umm if you want". Hoseok offered.

"My Alpha might not like that. He told me to go back to Korea". Jimin mumbled.

"Your Alpha? Taehyung is your Alpha and he threw you out of the house and you still want to obey him? What the fuck!" Hoseok was already annoyed that Jimin was as weak as he looked.

"I can't do anything about it". Jimin argued.

"You can do everything about it. Leave his stupid ass and upgrade your life then make him regret". Hoseok rolled his eyes as he imagined Taehyung begging to come back into Jimin's life.

"How?"

"I'll teach you how but you need to come with me. You can't stay out here like a homeless person".

"Do you live alone?".

"Most times I'm alone but my husband comes home once in a while. He works in Canada". Hoseok boasted.

"Oh you're mated". Jimin's eyes automatically went to Hoseok's neck.

"Yeah, five years ago". Hoseok said as he carried Jimin's bag and led him to his place.

Some weeks later, Hoseok concluded in his heart that Jimin was the best person anyone could have as a friend. He had taken his time to teach Jimin new things about how to be a better Omega.

If not that Hoseok was married, he would have a lot of Alphas worshipping at his feet and kissing his ass just for his attention.

Jimin had the ability to make Alphas behave stupid but they took him for granted because he didn't even know what he had. He didn't know his worth therefore others couldn't recognize it either. In the past, Jimin was always quick to let an Alpha sleep with him, hoping that it would make the Alpha love and mate him.

Hoseok finally opened his eyes to see that an Alpha would only mate who they want. No matter how many times you spread your legs for an Alpha, if he doesn't want you, nothing can be done about that.

Jimin was on the journey to self discovery and letting go of bad habits, wrong beliefs, unhealthy mentality and painful memories. How was he ever going to thank Hoseok for introducing him into a whole new life of happiness, giving him a shoulder to lean on and caring for him like a younger brother. He even went as far as splitting the money his husband sent. Speaking of his husband, the alpha had called to inform Hoseok that he was coming home soon.

Jimin got nervous each time he remembered that Hoseok's husband was coming home. What if the Alpha didn't want him in their home? What if he got mad at Hoseok for letting a stranger in without his permission?

The morning Hoseok went to pick his mate from the airport, Jimin was still sleeping and had no idea that the couple were already home. He had overslept again and when he woke he went straight to the kitchen to get food. The Omega almost fell down the stairs when he saw someone he thought he'd never see again.

That person was his first love, first boyfriend, first everything. The person that broke his heart and took the pieces.

As they stared at each other, Jimin had mentally prepared himself to pack and leave. There was no way in this world he'd stay under Yoongi's roof.
