Except the farmer is an intergalactic empire, the mice are rebels and space pirates, and the cats are randomly chosen humans from present-day Earth. Margaret was one of the fortunate few to be selected, drafted to fight on an alien planet for overlords she never knew existed. Dropped onto a fantasy world where things like toilets are nonexistent, how does an architect/engineer fight back? By building, of course.

But, under the suppression of the Army, they decided to make a bold decision, one that had unforeseen consequences. A hundred thousand years later, an amnesiac youth wanders the forest...awaiting his bloodline awakening. Note: I post whenever I find the time to write. I will make a conscious effort to post more if I see a lot of activity on my novel and my greatest motivator is easily comments!

It is used to power everything and anything. People cannot just take it as they will. They must fight the Vortex's guardians to claim the almost magical resource. This is a dungeon core storm story that I am working on in my free time. Please feel free to leave constructive criticism as I want to grow as an author.
