《Quest》4

I was sitting at my desk going through paperwork and my mind kept drifting off to Nyema. My mate.
"Mate is beautiful" My wolf Maska said
'She is isn't she'
She had this confidence about her that I've never seen before. Despite her disability. I had been ignorant to think that all deaf people were mute and sounded... different. But Nyema's voice was sweet and seductive. She was amazing.
Greyson came in sitting a stack of papers on my desk, smiling.
"So I've been thinking"
"This can't be good"
He shook his head and threw a pen at me "Shut the fuck up"
"What's up?"
"We've shared women before, we can do it with Nyema."
"Are you sure? Yesterday you were pretty set with killing one of us"
"Let's just open her up to the idea of being with two men first, once she's comfortable with that we can tell her the truth, and then we can tell her about the mating process. We can take her to dinner"
I nodded my head "She left me on read last night"
"How'd you get her number?" He asked shocked
"Your phone"
"What the fuck Daxon"
I shrugged "She's my mate too, quit being selfish." I said annoyed.
He shoved the papers to me "Then go, I took these from the 65th floor. It's one of the floors she sorts Mail for. It'll give you a reason to actually talk to her."
I grabbed the papers "This is why you're my best friend"
"Among other things" he smiled.
I went down to her floor. I almost knocked on the door and mentally slapped myself.
'Mate can't hear idiot'
'I know fucker'
I opened the door and her office was completely different from everyone else's in the company. Even ours.

She looked up at me and got up putting a stack of mail in a bin and setting it by the door.
"Can I help you, Mr.Blackson?"
I handed her the mail "Must've been a mistake, its s different flor"
She gave me a knowing look "Don't you have assistants who do this?" she smiled.
"Yeah but... I needed to get out of the office"
She smiled and sat down "Okay" she started going through the mail again like I wasn't here.
I wasn't exactly used to women ignoring me, so I wasn't sure how to respond.
This was new.
She got up again and put some mail in the box and sat it outside. Then sorted the mail on her desk looking at the time than me.
"I want to take you to dinner, well we do"
"We?"
"Greyson and I"
She chuckled "I don't think that's really appropriate Mr.Blackson"
"You can call me Daxon" I stood up "One date"
"You share all your women?" She said quickly then her face flinched.
I just chuckled "Sometimes we do" She looked shocked "Did you want me to lie?"
"Expected you to"
"Well, how about you just have lunch with us? Then you can decide on dinner"
She studied me for a second "What's for lunch?"
I smiled at her "Whatever you want"
We decided on the restaurant they went to Saturday night. Nyema had a big appetite, Grey told me that she ate chicken Alfredo and two stakes.
I like that.
I got her the chicken Alfredo again and a Pepsi. She said that's all she wanted.
"So how long have you two known each other?" She asked
"We were raised together. He's like my brother"
"That's cute" She sat her food down "So what are your intentions with me? Daxon said you've both shared women in the past" she took a sip of her drink

My name sounded so good coming out of her mouth. I couldn't wait till she was screaming and moaning my name. I mentally shook my head trying to calm myself down. I knew the mate bond was intense but I didn't think it was this intense.
"We both have an attraction to you," Grey said putting it very lightly "Something we both want to explore. We're just waiting for your approval"
"When you say explore, define what you mean" she sat back "You can be honest. We're all adults"
I looked at Grey. He was better at these things. Usually in our meetings, Grey took the lead, whenever I did it ended in hell and everyone would be fired.
"We can start off as friends. Then if you want to take it further we can"
She was looking at his lips, focusing. Then she turned looking at me. I guess she was waiting for me to say something and I just nodded in agreement with Grey.
"Are there any rules? Just so there isn't any miscommunication and then it turns in a big mess" she tapped on the desk "you can do that to get my attention"
I nodded "Always let us know where you are, who you're with, and if you are with one of us. If you need anything or want anything"
"Am I allowed to have sex with other people until we decide we aren't friends anymore?"
Her bluntness was a relief, but the thought of her fucking anybody else made me see red.
Greyson and I looked at each other. "No," we both said after a while.
"So the same goes for you two?" Greyson smiled at me and so did Nyema "Somebody still keeping you company Daxon?"
"I'll handle it"
"Take your time" she looked over at Greyson. She looked at the clock and stood up "Let me know when dinner is good for the both of you. Daxon, bring your friend I would love to meet her" she walked out and I took a deep breath.
Greyson started laughing "She's going to be so much fun"
"More like a handful"
"She'll make a good Luna"
"She would, her personality and demeanor is firey"
"I thought you love breaking them in"
"Does she seem like the type that would break to you?"
"Honestly? She seems like the type that does the breaking" Grey said watching her walk away smiling.

The Novel's Extra's Extra
As a reader, Cristopher always looked for things that entertained him, didn't matter what the "critics" said, all that matters was his own opinion on the novel, so he started reading "The Novel's Extra", a webnovel that despicts an author who is transmigrated to his own novel. It was fun and all with its own good and bad points, really, one of his favorites novels at the end of the journey, and that's taking into account the little fact that he didn't have too many things he was able to enjoy, not in that empty shell that was called life for him... Why could someone be born like that? With a void inside, an endless void that slowly consumes oneself... But... for better or worse... everything changed one day, the same day he woke up to discover he had the same faith of the author whose novel he just finished reading, becoming an extra in a novel, becoming The novel's extra's extra... /Ok, now that's the description I thought of... first of all, for those of you who are reading this, if any, a few points I have to make clear: 1. I'm not an english native speaker, so if you find anything wrong in the text, please let me know, that would help me learn, and I would be thankful for that.2. I'm writting this out of pure "enjoyment", so while I'll try to be constant, I'll not make any promises.3. True reason why I'm writing this is because I'm going through a moderate to crippling depression right now (and no, is not because anything trully bad and horrendous happened to me, it seems to have something to do with my brain's malfuctioning, among other things), and doctors told me to try writing as I enjoy reading. So yeah, this is more like a self-help excercise, to keep myself distracted while trying to be safe from my self.4. I choose to make a fanfiction of "The Novel's Extra" as I don't trully know how to write, and because I really loved that webnovel, though there are some points I didn't particulary liked.5. If you see some (let's be clear, really much) self insertion on this series, well, that may be me trying to escape reality, to which I make an early warning and disclaimer, and also ask for forgiveness, as I said before, this is more of an excercise, so don't take it too serious.6. I'll be a slow writer, as I have to still check a few things from the novel, even when I've read it like 3 or 4 times already, and because I know shit about writing a novel or a series.7. If you get to enjoy this, then that's good, I would be glad about it, maybe even more motivated, but I don't really expect this to be any good. Thanks to you all who may, or may not, be reading this novel./
