"Lele I don't think our supposed to use that" Cai points out in an unsure tone as the said dolphin starts fiddling around with a random metal utensil he found in the kitchen drawer.
With a small unnoticeable pout by the older girl, Chenle puts the item back into the drawer and leans against the counter. Gazing down at the array of ingredients the two bought earlier from the store. Even though Taeyong told them not to because, and I quote, 'I don't trust you both not to set the place on fire, I'll do it later'.
With that gone through one ear and out the other in the space of less than five seconds, the two wandered lost around the store until they found what they thought were sugar, eggs, milk and the rest of the ingredients on the recipe sheet Cai printed out the night before when the two were chatting about food.
As you do when your hungry at 12.00 at night.
"Okay, Lele grab the uh... milk and pour 120mls into that bowl over there" Cai instructs, putting the sheet of paper down onto the stone top bench.
Chenle does as she says and unscrews the lid to the milk before pouring what he thinks is the right amount intoa measuring jug.
"No, Lele that's too much" Cai gasps, taking the jug away from the younger boy.
As the takes the milk away, she ends up splashing it onto the bench. She sighs.
"Okay. Chenle, let's try not to make a mess so Taeyong doesn't suspect anything"
...
"Cai, stop it it's in my hair!" Chenle screams as he laughs, trying to dust the flower poured into his hair by Cai who just laughs.
Taking his opportunity for revenge as Cai turns around, Chenle takes some of the batter in his fingers and drags it along her cheek bone as she turns back around to which Cai screams.

"Lele you brat!" Cai giggles with her moth agape.
The two begin food war.
Not a food fight
A food war.
In less than fifteen minutes, all the batter, flour eggs and milk was splashed onto the tile splash-back behind the counters, dripping off of the fan on the ceiling, sliding down the walls and in puddles on the floor.
Cai and Chenle however, both covered from head to toe in food are laughing hysterically.
High pitched and loud.
"Guys what's going on."
The two turn around and see Jeno and Taeyong in the doorway. Jeno trying not to laugh while Taeyong stares in shock with his mouth wide open.
"Uh.... um, it's not what it looks like" Cai mutters trying not to look guilty.
"Oh my god...." Taeyong mumbles as he dramatically falls onto Jeno who struggles to carry his weight and ends up falling on the floor.
Chenle and Cai nervously laugh before looking at one another.
"Soo.... uh, who's cleaning up?"
Was this okay?

The Casual
Notice: On hiatus. *profanity tag added just in case a bit of swearing is required, but I'll try to keep it as profanity-lite as possible* RealWorldIII came with the motto "Bringing the imagination back into the gaming" with an innovative skill combination system that promises to create unique (see: not-actually-unique) characters tailored to each player's preferences (see: we-swear-it's-not-random) Alex is a random guy with the motto "Well... whatever" with a history of being at the top of the gaming scene (see: he was a kid back then) that after twenty years of working for daily necessities finds himself facing a tough dilemma: do I go back to being a corporate slave, or do I gain money by playing a game no questions asked? (see: not really a dilemma) The only question is, can an actual "casual", even if ex-pro, survive constantly playing a game? or will he end banging his head on the wall? The story will unfold mainly in-game, with little if any real life events happening.

Frameshift
Magic. Math. Not a whole lot of context. Two months ago, I was a wormhole navigator, ripping open a hole in the universe to save a ship of people who only vaguely tolerated me. Two weeks ago, long story short, I threaded an impossible path through the void between dimensions to crash-land into a dungeon. You know the kind: monsters to defeat, corridors full of traps to avoid, and magical powers to earn. I'm not ashamed to admit that it's been two weeks of loneliness, fear, adrenaline, and constant injury. But I'll make it out of here by myself if I have to, or my name isn't Adam Leviathan James. ... too bad the Levi doesn't stand for Leviathan, huh. AN: Expectations should include in medias res, violence, smut, friendship, and powers/progression systems with absolutely an insufficiency of context and (at least at first) no definitions or explanations, and magic-as-programming/engineering (with something of an emphasis on "what if magical runework were an analogue to circuit diagrams"). This story used to be called "Yet Another Godsforsaken Isekai". Discord server: https://discord.gg/dHh3XMMB4T Cover by the amazing Daedalus of The Way Ahead.

System Prime
The legend of System Prime is one that has been told and retold many times over the eons. About how she, along with her trusted partner, travelled the worlds of Ahunna (a.hoon.a), sharing the [Gift of System] to all who needed it. It is a great story. Somewhat factual too. As long as you overlook the fact that System Prime was never a woman. —— If this story seems familiar to you, then congratulations, you're psychic. Well, that or you've read it before on my old account, Eli8iR, which I had to delete because of a probably silly reason that will need a shitton of weed to make me spill. If you don't recognize this story, then unfortunately you're not psychic. On the bright side though, it has been scientifically proven that reading my stories might make you psychic. Or blind. But that only happened twice, and those guys should not have badmouthed my work. Enjoy.

How Far I'll Go
"It's just my family I guess." Tommy mumbled upset."What's wrong with your family?" Mr Awe asked, feeling confused. "I don't think it's what's wrong with them, I'm beginning to think it's what's wrong with me." Tommy answered, not looking up to meet his teacher's eyes. "What do you mean by that, Tommy?" The older asked, spinning around in his chair to show Tommy that he had his full attention and would be listened to. "It's just- like- I show them how well I'm doing in school and they don't even care! Like aren't parents meant to be proud of their children or something? That's what I hear but my dad is never proud of me! It's always 'Wilbur this' or 'Techno that' but it's never about Tommy! Am I not good enough for them or something?" Tommy blurted out before he could stop himself. It was like once he got one word out, the rest just came tumbling after. He had waited his whole life to get this off his chest and he had finally found a willing listener. OR, Tommy Craft is a neglected eleven year old who just wants somebody to listen to him.
