《Unexpected》[12] - tantrums

The five boys were at the mall with Marissa. At first it was just going to be them, but then Marissa wanted to tag along, well more like she just decided to just follow them.

They each separated into three groups, James and Jonathan in one, Mason and Dylan in the other, and then that leaves Everett with Marissa.

The whole car ride was a major headache. When they say Marissa could talk, she could talk. She went on and on the whole car ride complaining about how the lady who did her nails did them wrong, and just ranting about how bad her day was. As much as they wanted her to shut the hell up, they bared with it. Although it was clear that Everett missed Willow, he tried his best for Marissa. On top of that, he would never admit out loud that he misses her, but it was evident and clear. The boys understood, and as much as Everett knew how much his friends hated Marissa, he made his friends to promise to be nicer to her. Which was funny because Marissa was a total bitch.

As soon as the car stopped, the boys ran out of the car, eager to get away from the talkative girl.

"Hey Jonathan, what do you think about this jacket?" James asked. "I think you should buy it, I might even steal it from you." Jonathan replied with a laugh.

The twins were inside a shop, looking around, when they heard Willow's name. Looking around to see where the voice came from, they saw Willow and Violet.

Willow was wearing a red dress, and it looked beautiful on her. The boys couldn't help, but awe at the sight. To say Willow was beautiful would be an understatement, and on top of that, she was humble and was always thinking about others.

They tried to look away before they got caught staring, but luckily Willow was distracted by Violet exclaiming that she was going to buy the dress for Willow and practically ran to the check out. By the time they could even register what happened, Violet dragged Willow out of the store.

Mason and Dylan were walking around the mall, not sure where to go, when they saw a beautiful necklace that reminded them of Willow. It was a crescent moon necklace. They knew how much Willow loved astronomy, it was something she was interested in.

Quickly purchasing the beautiful necklace, they decided to go to the food court, which was where the group decided to meet up after they were done.

Mason and Dylan both bought new pairs of shoes, the twins ended up buying new clothes, and Marissa came to the table with not only her hands full, but along with Everett's, and they all knew that Marissa had went overboard.

Marissa and Everett were already at a table with their stuff and food, so the remaining group decided to go in line to order.

They all settled for Panda Express. As they were walking towards the table, Marissa yelled out in a fake friendly voice, "Oh my god! It's Willow and Violet! Let's go say hi babe."

Looking at where Marissa was pointing, she was right. It was Violet and Willow. However, they already cleaned up their mess and walked away with their items sensing Marissa and Everett at the mall with them.

What made the four boys burst out laughing was when Marissa tried to go after them, but as if they knew, they ran out of the mall before Marissa could even say anything.

Marissa came back, huffing and puffing like a child. She started to complain once again. "They're so fucking annoying-"

Before she could finish, Mason cut her off. "Do not, and I repeat. Do not talk about them like that."

"I don't understand why you're defending them. They're annoying and ugly." Marissa rolled her eyes and looked at her nails.

"Maybe you should look in the mir-" Mason gritted out.

"Mason. Don't." Everett said with a hard look, telling Mason to not finish his sentence. Mason scoffed and walked out of the mall.

Of course the boys were annoyed that Marissa said those things, but they were really trying for Everett. Sure it was hard and although they don't support Everett and Marissa, they were always there for him.

Taking a deep breather outside, he noticed Willow and Violet from a distance. They were laughing so hard that their faces were red and tears were threatening to come out.

Mason found himself smiling. He wanted nothing more than for Willow to be happy, and seeing her having a good time, made him forget all about what had happened a few minutes ago.

Everett had just dropped everyone off, except Mason. The whole car ride was silent and tension filled the air.

When the car came to a halt at Mason's house, he spoke up, "Look Everett, I'm sorry about what happened, but I'm not sorry about what I was about to say. However, I will try to get along with her."

Sighing, Everett replied, "I know Mason, I know, but thank you for understanding. You know I can't be mad at you man." Quickly doing their handshake, Mason left as his mother was calling him to come inside.

Everett had a major headache and he wanted nothing more than to sleep for the rest of day. He was exhausted. His life was a mess, sometimes he wondered what he did to get where he was at in the first place.
