《Aphrodisiac ✔️(mikaelson soulmate)》Chapter XVIII: Blue Eyed Man

I let out a sigh. Smiling in content as I rolled over in the bed only to feel a cold empty spot. My eyes opened, looking around before sitting up. Elijah wasn't in bed anymore. Or in the room from what I could see.
"'Lijah?" I questioned as I looked around. I stood up out of the bed, grabbing his button up that was just laying off to the side. Thankfully, it wasn't the one that I ripped open. I buttoned it close as I walked over to the door, peeking through to see no one in the penthouse. He left me? I walked out of our room, listening for some kind of sound that might tell me where Elijah had gone. A knock on the door pulled my attention. Did he forget his key to come back in?
I walked over, grabbing a pair of shorts from my bag before pulling them on and making my way to the door. Looking into the peephole, a man I had not met was standing there. Pulling it open slightly, I peeked at the man.
"Can I help you?" I questioned the man with blonde hair and blue eyes. He looked a bit familiar to be honest. I just didn't know why.
"I was told to bring you to Elijah." He said, speaking a bit monotone. I sighed. Elijah must have compelled him.
"Hmm, give me a moment to grab some shoes." I tried but the man grabbed the door before I could close it.
"He needed you immediately." The man tried again. I looked at him, but nodded.
"Fine, take me to him, please." I said with a sigh, walking out the door with the man. He led me to the elevator quickly before leading me out of it. The ride was silent, probably because he was compelled. I walked with him til we went outside. Seeing a car pulled up. "Where is Elijah?" I questioned, turning towards the man. He rolled his eyes, grabbing my arm and shoving me towards the car. "Hey!"

"Shut up." He growled. Vampire? He shoved me into the car before closing the door and locking it so I couldn't get out. I tried though. Slamming my fist against the window before looking around to see if I could find something to smash it. My fist throbbing. The man got into the driver seat, starting the car up.
"Who are you??" I demanded, leaning forward to try and see his face better. he didn't answer, just kept driving. "Where are you taking me??" He glanced over at me before looking back at the road.
"Stop talking." He growled. I inhaled sharply, sitting back in the seat. I reached over and pulled on the door handle, trying to find a way out. "You won't get out. Child lock." He grumbled as he sped down the road. I looked out the window, watching as he drove the opposite way of Mystic Falls.
He's going to kill you.
I blinked hard a few times, looking around and finding what looked to be a stake shoved under the passenger seat. My eyes snapping back up to look at the man with the blue eyes. His eyes on the road.
You have to kill him.
I leaned forward, resting my head against the back of the passenger seat. Pretending to give up hope. But after glancing back at him once more, I reach down and pull at the stake. It was stuck.
If you don't get-
I closed my eyes hard to block out the noise before using the strength I had to unwedge it. I jolted slightly as I held the stake in my hand. Pulling the stake to my side out of his sight, before sitting up slowly. My eyes looking to the man driving the car.
Do it.

I looked down at the stake before looking back at the man.
NOW!
I quickly moved the stake to in front of him, stabbing him in the chest. He yelled out before turning grey and veiny. The car swerving as his foot apparently weighed down on the pedal. Letting out a squeal, I tried to jump to the front of the car only to look up and see us heading straight towards a cliff. Trying to yank on the passenger door, trying to get out before we hit the cliff. But it seemed he had jammed the door or something. They don't have child lock do they?
Looking back ahead, the car drove off the cliff. A scream leaving my lips as the car flew through the air before dropping. The feeling of my stomach being left me hind nearly.

"Octavia!" I snapped my eyes open, a scream leaving my lips as I sat up. Elijah sitting next to me, his hand on my back as I panted out. My face felt extremely wet. A mixture of sweat and tears causing my face to glisten. "What happened?" I turned my head over to look at Elijah who wore a look of concern on his face. I tried to think back to the dream- I just woke up..Why don't I remember it??
"I- it was just a dream." I mumbled, blinking- like it would bring back the dream to my memory. But it didn't. Elijah tilted his head slightly.
"Just a dream? You were screaming in your sleep." It was my turn to look at him confused. I was?
"I don't remember it. So it couldn't have been that bad." I shrugged. Elijah got up, walking over to me and grabbing my hand.
"If you say so. But I believe a shower would be nice, don't you think?" I smiled at him, nodding.
"Only if you join me, of course." He smiled back, leading me to the bathroom.
