"Seriously man, you'll only be gone 2 days" Sakusa rolled his eyes "why are you taking so much things?"
"Huh?" Frowned the father "what if I miss my little cupcake!? I had to take some of her things so I wouldn't feel lonely. Ever heard of empty-nest syndrome?" He whined.
"I don't think that's how it works" Chuckled Shoyo.
"Are you guys even listening?" Atsumu scoffed "what if a cat gets into the house?"
"What's wrong with cats?" Sakusa asked.
"Of course you'd say that" Shoyo joked. Sakusa cats.
"Yeah, wouldn't be surprised if Omi-omi snuck one into the house"
"You guys are-... well. I- I wouldn't take in a stray if it was dirty" he rolled his eyes.
"But you would take in a stray" Bokuto added.
"Mhm.."
"Aww imagine My Cupcake playing with a bunch of Kittens" Bokuto cooed suddenly scooping up the little girl "AH THAT'D BE SO CUTE I'D DIE" he whined.
"Calm down papa bear" Atsumu rolled his eyes talking the child from him. "You have a flight to catch don't you?"
"I- uh.. but can't she just escort me to the airport?" Pouted the man.
"Nope. It'd be a hassle if paparazzi spotted us" Sakusa opposed.
"But wh-"
"Sorry. But you know she doesn't really like crowds" added Shoyo.
"UGHHHHH BUT WHAT IF-"
"NO" they all chorused.
"I give up" Bokuto sighed at the front door "well.. come give daddy a hug before he goes" He opened his arms.
It was a long hug... a really long hug. You'd think (Y/n) was the one with attachment issues but it was actually Bokuto, If you looked closely you could see the grown man tearing up.
"Okay Honey. I'll be back okay! And I swear I'll call every 20 minutes"
"Please don't"
"And I'll bring a souvenir!"
"If you leave now you can still catch your flight"
"Okay.. I'm going now sweetie"
"Yes. Goodbye Bokuto."
"I'm opening the front door!"
"Yes.."
"I'm...I'm walking away slowly"
"I'll go make lunch" Sakusa rolled his eyes.
"I'm leaving, Cupcake!"
"Bye-bye Kou"
"I-" Koutaro was roughly cut off by Atsumu harshly slamming the door in his face.
Bokuto was Heartbroken. She won't miss me he thought as he wistfully boarded the taxi that had been waiting for him.
"(Y/n) you're supposed to call me boss" The man sighed as he had just finished cooking for his housemates.
It was either him or Shoyo. It was rare for Bokuto and Atsumu to cook without causing some sort of problem.

"What are you doing, boss?" She asked curiously.
"getting ready to clean" He stated. "I'm gonna buy some supplies now"
"Can I help?" She asked.
Sakusa just gave her a look, nobody usually offered to help clean and whenever they did it didn't always end well. "Hm.." he put his hand on his chin deep in thought.
The thought of (Y/n) wearing a matching cleaning outfit a with just made his heart flutter.
"Alright. You can help me clean" He nodded with a smirk. "Let's go to the mall!"
Sakusa got himself and (Y/n) ready for the small outing and found themselves at the door about to leave.
"Hey where are you guys going?" Asked Shoyo.
"The mall"
"Oh really? Could you get me some bleach?"
"why?"
"I gotta hide the blood" The ginger answered innocently.
"Wh- what?" Asked Kiyoomi as a shiver ran down his spine.
"I was butchering some steak with my favourite white shirt so-"
"Oh! Oh... okay"
"Come on let's go" Sakusa said picking the girl up as they walked to the mall.
It was a pretty short walk and they found themselves at the mall.
"Let's get our cleaning supplies quickly" Sakusa mumbled taking the girls hand as he led her to the aisle.
"Mommy I wanna ride the cart!" A child in the background.
(Y/n) watched the little boy get seated in the shopping cart as him and his mother continued their errand.
Sakusa noticed her staring and wondered if she'd actually wanted to sit in the cart.
'Well she a kid'
He sighed and put her in the cart before going about his business like it was nothing.
"Okay so we need bleach, washing detergent, baking soda, gloves and some new sponges" He stated.
"Can we get rice?"
"Oh course you'd want rice" he laughed.
As they were checking out their items, the cashier looked scared. Sakusa purchased all the strong cleaning products, gloves, and even some ropes.
With the mask and baseball cap, he looked like a murderer. The only thing that contrasted his appearance was the little child he was holding.
As Sakusa was bagging his items, the woman managed to get to the toddler "Little girl... are you okay?" She asked.
"Huh? Yeah" she nodded slowly.
"Are you sure? Who is this man?"
"He's boss" She stated flatly, making the cashier's face pale.
"Sweetheart. Do you need any help? Where are your daddy and-"
"Hey... (Y/n). Come here" Sakusa called, glaring at the lady before they left the shop.
'Did I just witness a crime?' She thought to herself.

It was a quick walk down the road but something caught the toddlers attention as she tapped he man who was taking her home.
"Huh? What is it?" He asked as she brought his attentoon to the nearby alley.
He slowly walked closer to the alley, making sure she was behind him so she wouldn't run into anything threatening.
His guard was brought down when he heard a 'meow' and a kitten walked out of the trashcans.
"What is it?" She asked peeking her head under his arm.
"It's just a Cat." He stated.
"A Kitty?" She repeated looking at him.
"Mhm.." He smiled petting the animal as it purred leaning into his touch "do you wanna pet it?" He asked
"..."
"Are you scared" Teased Sakusa.
"N-no!" She gasped "I-I can pet it!" She argued holding her arm out, visibly trembling as she closed her eyes.
"You don't have to-"
Her hand finally landed on the cat's head and it purred, moving closer to the child immediately.
"It likes you" Smiled Kiyoomi as the cat began rubbing itself all over the child.
"Really?" She whispered looking down at the animal.
"Yeah." He smiled "wait I think I bought some canned tuna" He mumbled fumbling with the bag.
"Tuna?"
"Yeah. Were gonna feed the cat"
Sakusa pulled put the canned tuna and opened it, putting some into his hand so he sharp metal wouldn't cut the animal.
"You wanna feed it?" He asked "or... you're still scared"
"I wanna feed it!" She yelled.
"Okay, here you go" he smiled, plopping some tuna onto her hand.
She watched in awe as the animal ate from her hand. She for sure thought it would bite her or something and she was very relieved at the end that she still had her limbs in tact.
"Okay! Let's go home." He announced after wiping both their hands down with his pocket wipes.
The girl played alone in the backyard as the ruffling in the nearby bush caught her attention.
'Meow' The black cat walked out of the bushes to where she sat playing with her rubber duck.
It was the same cat from earlier that day.
"Hey kitty" she smiled patting it's head. "Are you hungry?" She tilted her head getting a 'meow as a response' she took that as a yes.
She ran passed the barricaded swimming pool, into the kitchen.
Atsumu was vlogging, as usual as she spotted the grocery bag on the counter.
She managed to drag it off the counter onto the floor and picked up the canned tuna.
She tried opening it herself but it didn't work so she walked up to the nearest adult.
"Tsumu" she called pulling his shirt.
"Hm? Yeah?" He asked still engrossed in his phone.
"Open. Please."
"You want a snack?" He asked "weird choice though" he chuckled to himself.
He then proceeded to open the can of tuna. And hand it. To. The. 4 year old.
Nice job Atsumu.
She thanked him and ran back outside meeting more cats than she bargained for.
"you brought friends" she smiled "okay but, you have to share okay?" She pointed at the three
She took some fish in her hands and watched the cats eat happily.
That was until... Shoyo noticed all the adults were inside. "Um... where's (Y/n)?" He asked, a little scared.
"I left her with Atsumu" answered Sakusa.
"Eh? Me? I uh..."
"I saw her with you in the kitchen!" Omi yelled.
"Yeah but that's only cuz she asked me to open the tuna."
"Tuna!?" Shoyo and Omi gaped.
"You opened a can of tuna for a child!?" Shoyo yelled.
"And gave it to her!?"
"I thought she wanted to eat it!" He whined in defense.
"Scold him later let's go look for her" Shoyo cut in as they all split ways.
"Not on the porch!"
"She's not in the kitchen"
"She isn't in any of our rooms!"
"You think she got kidnapped!??!"
"It's an estate Shoyo, calm down!" Atsumu yelled.
"I am"
"Why is the back door open!?" Asked Omi.
"Let's calm down... she's just in the yard playing...maybe she took nap on th-"
"(Y/n)" Hinata gasped staring out the door.
The other two managed to peek through the door and that's when they saw.
(Y/n) holding out some tuna surrounded by 8 cats. Her head whipped towards the back door as her eyes widened.
She was spotted.
"Oh my gosh what- what are you doing!?" Shoyo stomped towards her.
"I was- the kitties" she rambled trying to explain.
"Hey now calm down, she might think-"
The ginger quickly scooped her up into a tight hug "damn I was so scared I thought you went missing!" He whined.
"The kitties were hungry" she sniffled.
"I'm sure they were. But you gotta tell someone next time okay?" He explained.
"Okay.." she nodded, pouting slightly "sorry"
"It's okay. Now I think the kitties ate enough. Let's go inside" He smiled and she nodded.
As Shoyo and (Y/n) walked passed Atsumu and Omi, they realized something.
The one who was actually capable of taking care of a child was none other than
