The morning came quietly. Even in the middle of the city, the sun was the only thing waking Peter. He slowly sat up to stretch, looking to his side, seeing Michelle laying on his pillow and hers. Her mouth was slightly agape, and she had a singer strand of curly hair lying on her beautiful skin. Peter shivered, completely in awe of her beauty, and how he spent the night in his bed with it, and with her.
Peter rose quietly, trying his best not to wake her. He didn't want to ruin his chance seeing Michelle in such a state, not knowing when he's get the chance again.
He walked over to his desk, opening his laptop hoping to finish the work he lied about not having. He smiled to himself, thinking if he had the chance to go back to last night and choose to finish his work instead, he wouldn't change a thing.
Michelle stirred behind him.
"You know, you could have just said you had work to do, Peter," she spoke in a soft, sleepy voice. She sighed, sitting up with her eyes still closed. She was like a disgruntled kitten.
Peter couldn't keep his eyes off of her. His lips parted, and then closed again. He didn't have anything to say. He knew he had work to do, and he knew he should have done it. But to pass up to opportunity to spend time with the most confusing creature he almost constantly though about, he would rather take his chances.
"I'm gonna go have a shower and get some coffee," Michelle stretched and stood up. It was only now Peter realized she hadn't been wearing his pants anymore. Underneath her shirt she wore a black lacy thong. He could see the beauty mark she had on her hip, right below he underwear line. Peter swallowed. "Sorry, I get hot at night. Think I'm getting older." She laughed.

"You want anything?"
Peter shook his head, incapable of words. He could go for a bagel, and maybe a coffee, but he couldn't find the words to say so.
"Yeah, okay." Michelle scoffed, sarcastically. She left the room without another word, and Peter stared after her, shamefully (or not) watching her leave.
When Michelle returned, Peter was finishing up the last few things he had to do for the day. She knocked on the doorframe and peaked her head in and Peter practically jumped out of his seat.
"Sorry, didn't mean to scare ya." She chuckled, putting a box, a bag and a cup carrier down on Peter's desk.
"N-no, it's okay. I was just kind of in the zone." He looked at the items in front of him and then back to Michelle. "What's all this?"
"Well, I couldn't be sure what you wanted. You were doing the whole nice guy bit, which is charming or whatever," She grabbed her coffee cup and a bagel, sitting on Peter's bed. "But I knew you were hungry. So I just got a smorgasbord of things and you can choose whatever. Danishes, bagels, scones, a bunch of shit."
"T-thanks." Peter smiled, he felt his heart flutter. "You didn't have to do that."
"I wanted to." There was a beat. Michelle looked at her hands and it seemed Michelle was calculating the right words to say. "You know, Peter. I really can't seem to find the words to say how much I appreciate you for being there for me these past few days. I mean—," She paused, again. "I'm not good with feelings, I know you know that. But you somehow found a way to make me feel less alone, which is kind of rare, I guess. S-so, thank you."

There was a glimpse of the old Michelle that Peter knew much better than the one he knows now. The one who wasn't as confident; who was quiet and curious and who only shows emotion in her eyes, but never in her face.
"Mi—. MJ."
Michelle looked up from her hands.
"You know you can always, like, come to me if you need anything. Like if you want to, and like, it's not always just you who feels like you said. Alone, and everything. I enjoyed spending time with you and I wanna do it more because we live in this apartment together and we barely have a chance to really talk like we have been.." Peter began to ramble.
Michelle stood up from her spot on Peter's bed as he rambled on, slowly approaching him. Leaning over in front of Peter, she lightly placed her hand on his left cheek, and placed a gentle kiss on the corner of his mouth.
Peter stopped talking now. His breathing stopped as he was looking Michelle in her eyes now.
Michelle kissed him again, because she forgot what she was going to say once he was looking her in her eyes. This time on his lips. Peter closed his eyes now, though he wished he could keep them open to see her face.
Their lips collided, then separated, only to meet again at another angle. Peter was surprised how soft Michelle's lips were, and then he began to feel insecure, knowing how often he bit his lips when he was nervous. Peter pulled back, mouth still agape.
"I'm sorry, I-," Michelle began to look away.
"Don't be sorry." Peter said quickly, standing up and grabbing Michelle's face again and forgetting anything he was thinking before.
His lips pressed against hers for the third time now, this time passionately. His bottom lip slowly opened, causing her to nip at it, then slowly slide her tongue into his mouth.
Peter moaned. He had never kissed someone like this before. He was becoming painfully aroused.
Michelle pulled away, with a look in her eyes he'd never seen before.
"Peter. Allow me to thank you." She said, before untying his sweatpants and pulling him to the bed.
