It's been a year since me and Killua started dating. We both turned 17 and moved into an apartment together. I'm so happy that I met Killua, I always wonder what my life would be like if I had never met him. But it was just a stupid thought. It didn't matter to me because I'm with him and I'm really happy. That's all that matters. This is going to sound cheesy or whatever but Killua's the reason I'm happy.

Killua: Hey Gon?

Me: Yeah?

Killua: I uh broke the chair again

Me: *laughs* Again?

Killua: Yeah..

Me: Don't bother fixing it, I'll have to just buy a new one

Killua: Ok *smiles*

He picks up pieces of the chair and puts them by the door. I sit down on the couch and he comes over and sits next to me. He kisses me softly on the lips and then pulls away.

Killua: I love you dork *smiles*

Me: I love you too- I'm not a dork *pouts*

Killua: You still act like your twelve still *laughs* It's cute

Me: *blushes* I do not!

Killua: *laughs* Ok then

We spent the day watching movies and cuddling together since it was a rainy day. It was nice. It was nice to be with him. I was happy. I lay my head on his shoulder and close my eyes.

Gon lays his head on my shoulder and closes his eyes. He looked so cute when he was sleeping. I smile and turn the tv off. I look out the window watching the rain hit the glass. Tap tap tap. I watched each raindrop fall down the glass. It was soothing you know? Watching each raindrop fall and disappear in the puddle of water. I thought about all the times me and Gon had. The good ones and bad ones. I thought of the day when we first met, during the hunter exam. It was different you know. I never had a friend before. He was my first friend, and my first lover. I smiled at that thought. I don't think he knows how happy he makes me. Being with him changed me a lot. I became a better person. Even through everything I put him through he was always there for me. He never left my side. Even when I left him and didn't talk to him for years he didn't care or at least didn't show it. He was just happy to be with me. We've both gone through hell and back. But at least we did it together.

Me: I love you Gon, you have no idea how much you mean to me

He moves a bit but remains asleep. I kiss the top of his head and close my eyes. Listening to the rain hit the window as I drift off to sleep.
