So, Peter and I were walking along the beach, calmly and happily.
'Julie?'
'Yeah?'- I asked, not looking at him. I was just looking ahead of me.
'Can I hold your hand?'- He innocently asked. Gosh, the innocence of this boy drove me insanely in love.
'Of course.'- I said, stretching my arm at him. He, at first, took hold of my hand, and then, seconds later, entertwined his fingers with mine. I smiled. We continued walking along the beach, now hand in hand.
'Tink told me something this morning'- I said.
'What?'- He asked curiously. I stopped still in my tracks. He followed me.
'Tink told me... she told me you loved me.'-I said shyly. I didn't know what his reaction was going to be like.
'It's true'- He said, suddenly turning pink.
'Aw,Peter,You're blushing'- I smiled.
'Stop.'- He grinned, as he playfully nudged my arm. I wrapped my arms around him and rested my head on his chest.
'I love you'- I said.
'I love you too'- I heard him whisper.
Suddenly, we heard a voice in the distance.
'Look who we've got here. Peter Pan and his newest jewel Julie Andreans'- The deep voice said. Suddenly, I turned around and Peter let out a piercing scream before falling to the ground. I saw Hook. He had taken the love of my life.
I began running as fast as I could, the wind blowing my hair and dress as tears flowed down my cheeks in fear. i got to the hideout, and all of them looked at me sobbing.
'Julie! What happened? WHERE'S PETER?!'-Tinkerbell asked me frantically. Only four words came out from my mouth
'Hook.Peter.Ship.Fainted'- I said, as I broke down in tears. Soon, the boys got their weapons and Tink showered a generous amount of pixie dust on me, that made me float up instantly. One of the boys handed me a sword and there we went.
To rescue Peter.

After all, this was a world where dog eats dog, and the weak are cruelly left behind. Xuan, alias Zero, had been the top player and a legendary figure on the leaderboards of the game when the news struck. He had been mere inches away from being the first player cultivator to ever enter Godhood, but now, everything he had once possessed—divine weapons, legendary artifacts, and mythical beasts for pets—was gone, along with his thousands of years of cultivation. Having always been a lone wolf and remained anonymous, this reset hit him harder than most players, who could comfortably rely on others for help when needed. But no matter. The path of cultivation was riddled with challenges and hardships—since when did he let something as trivial as this stop him? He may have lost all of his riches, but he still had the most powerful weapons of all by his side—knowledge and experience. Combine that with the various secret treasure stashes he had around the world of Xianxia Online, and his climb back to the pinnacle of strength would be inevitable. Very soon, he will rise to the top again, and crush those who dared to try and tie him down. This game was mankind's world now. And he... was the apex predator. GLADIUS // Eret X Reader
PHANTASM SERIES BOOK 4---Gladius, (noun): (in ancient Rome) a short sword.---Eret perked up as soon as you and Simon walked into the room, a wide and welcoming smile coming onto his face. He was softer looking than his father had been, but you could still see some of the similar traits. He had a head of thick dark curls, and the same sharp jaw that his father had had. He wasn't as bulky though - he was tall and thin - and his face was a lot more open. What separated him most from his father's likeness though was the colorful cape, and the large mirrored glasses he wore - swirling with colors reflected from the room. He stood from his seat when Maven let the doors swing shut behind her, that wide smile still on his face. "You must be the embassy.""And you must be King Eret." You said, stooping into a bow. "Oh, there's no need for that." Eret said as you rose from your bow. He stepped down from the dias where his throne sat - colorful cape trailing behind him - and came to stand in front of you, taking your hand instead. "I'm not really one for formalities." He grinned, shaking your hand. His palm was warm against yours, and you could feel some slight callouses - most likely from practicing his sword work.
