She said as she pulled her hood down, showing her face and blonde hair. She held a pistol up, pointing it at Zemo who carefully placed his gun on the floor.

Bucky slowly walked forward, "Sharon?"

She moved closer, "you cost me everything." Sharon said to Zemo as he held his hands up in surrender.

"Sharon, wait." Sam told her as she continued to move closer, kicking Zemo's gun to the side.

"Sharon, please. Someone has recreated the super-soldier serum and Zemo is the best help we have." I spoke up, moving further in front of Zemo with my hands held out in front of me.

"Well, that explains why you guys are here. And Selby's dead."

"So what are you doing here?" Bucky asked her.

"I stole Steve's shield, remember? I also took the wings for your ass, so you could save his ass from his ass." She said, pointing the gun from Sam, to Bucky and then Zemo. "Unlike you I didn't have the Avengers to back me up. So, I'm off the grid in Madripoor."

"Hey, don't blow smoke at us. Eris and I were on the run, too." Sam retorted.

"Was. Is. Big difference." Sharon shot back, "I don't speak to my family anymore. I can't. My own father doesn't know where I am."

"Listen." Bucky cut in, "Sharon, we need your help." She just laughed. "Please."

Sharon sighed, "this isn't over. I have a place up in High Town. You should be safe there."

"Looks like breaking all those laws is treating you well." Sam commented once we entered Sharon's building which was spotless, with amazing artwork from different artists on show.

"I thought if I had to hustle, might as well enjoy the life of a real hustler. You know how much I'll get for a real Monet?"

"Deactivate your hustle mode. You sell fake Monets."

"No. She means real. This gallery is specialised in stolen artwork. Monet. Van Gogh. Classics." Zemo said as we continued to work further in the building.

"It's true." Bucky added, "You know, half the artwork in museums like the Louvre is fake. Real stuff sits in places like this."

"Yep, Hayley was telling me all about it when she took me to the Metropolitan art museum." I said, looking at the art that sat in front of me.

"Okay, guys,I see what you're doing. You're more worldly than good old Sam." Sam said, taking a picture of a painting.

"Yeah. What's Google say?" Bucky asked as he walked past Sam.

"Come on, you guys need to change. I'm hosting clients in an hour." Sharon told us, waiting for us to catch up to her.

Sharon showed me to her wardrobe, saying I could pick anything to wear. All of her clothes were fairly classy and formal, other than the occasional baggy tshirt or pair of joggers. After looking through her clothes for a short while, I decided on a black, long sleeves top, a pair of nude suit pants that came with a matching belt and paired some black doc martens with the outfit. The top was body-fitting so the bumps from where my wings were showed through. I looked in the mirror with my back turned to it and my head turned.

I made my way back to the living room to join the others, walking in and seeing Sam pulling a shirt over his head and Bucky sat on the couch. Bucky wore an all black suit, and god did he look good. Zemo held a glass of alcohol, still wearing his long coat with a fur collar.

"By the way, how is the new Cap?" Sharon asked just as I entered the room.

"Don't get me started." Bucky remarked as I stood by the doorway.

"Please. You buy into all that Stars and Stripes bullshit." Sharon scoffed, making her way to sit beside Bucky on the green, velvet couch. "Before you were his pet psychopath, you were Mr America, Cap's best friend."

"Wow. She's kind of awful now."

I walked further into the room, sitting on one of the velvet, green stools by Zemo.

"Karli Morgenthau and at least seven others have taken the serum." Sam explained, fixing his collar as he sat down.

"You guys really should steer clear of all of this for your own safety." Sharon warned us.

"We know it's a risk, but we're not gonna leave until we find the person who cracked the code."

"We have a name. Wilfred Nagel." I spoke up, leaning forward and resting my arms on my thighs.

Sharon looked at me with a slightly concerned face before standing up from the couch. "Nagel works for the Power Broker."

"We need your help, Sharon. I can get your name cleared." Sam said, trying to make an offer.

Sharon poured herself a drink, "you haggling with my life?"

"Not like that."

"I don't buy that. You pretending like you can clear my name." Sharon took a seat on the stool next to me.

"Okay, maybe it is hypocrisy. Maybe you're right. What's happened to you. But I'm willing to try if you are." Sam said, standing up and walking over to Sharon and standing in front of us. "They cleared the bionic staring machine, and he killed almost everybody he's met."

I looked up at Sam with a 'seriously?' look.

"I heard that." Bucky spoke very monotone.

"I don't trust charity." Sharon told Sam.

"Sharon, we will get your name cleared. A clean slate. If you help us." I said, looking to Sharon who looked back at me before turning to Sam again. She shook his hand, sealing the deal.

"Well, I sell to some pretty connected people. Lay low, blend in, enjoy the party. Try to stay out of trouble. I'll see what I can find."

Once at the party, I stood by the bar whilst Sam, Bucky and Zemo wondered further into the dancing crowds. I saw Zemo do a little dance thing which made me smile and laugh. Sam was talking to some people and Bucky just looked lost and somewhat out of place.

I turned around, facing the bartender. "Hi, a Martini please." I smiled at her, a smile she returned.

I turned back around once the drink was placed in front of me, taking a sip from it and I was welcomed with Bucky leaning himself against the bar beside me.

"You looked like you were having fun out there." I commented, sarcasm hinting my tone as I held a smug smile.

Bucky rolled his eyes with a shadow of a smile teasing his lips. "I'm only just getting back into normal life, a party isn't really my desired environment."

I nodded, "nor is it mine." I turned to the bartender again, "a rum and coke for my friend please."

"No, no, Eris." Bucky shook his head, looking at me before turning to the bartender. "I'm not drinking."

The bartender looked from Bucky to me. I gave her a nod that said 'make the drink'

"At least have a sip of it, Buck. We are not getting drunk." I said, looking at him with a smile.

"Fine." He sighed, a smile still toying at his mouth. "A sip."

"There you go, there's the Bucky I used to know and love." I smiled even more, nudging his arm with my elbow, making his smile grow a little.
