"What?" He didn't know what else to say. He was out of ways to get around this situation.

He sat up and started breathing louder and faster "oh no, oh my god"

Sam had to stop Bucky from overreacting because, honestly, Sam kind of liked Bucky. "Wait, Bucky, don't get upset. Calm down. Deep breaths" Sam gave Bucky a hug to try to console him.

"Are you sure, Sam? Is it okay?" Bucky stopped to gain confidence to ask the question, "Do you like me? Like like like me?"

"I think I do, Bucky. I just pretended to not like you because I didn't want to get too attached."

Sam hugged Bucky more and their lips met. They wrapped each other up in one another's arms as they drifted off.

In the morning, Bucky woke up before Sam, smiling to himself when he remembered what happened the night before. It took all his will not to jump for joy and screech. He decided he wanted to make some coffee for Sam. He left his room, headed to the kitchen. Of course, when he went to pour the coffee, the damn thing broke. Tony walked in right as it was happening.

"Hey, what's up with the coffee pot, there?" Tony asked

"It's broken, I just wanted to get Sam some coffee"

"You mean your cute little boyfriend? He's your boyfriend, right?"

"I'm not really sure, but who told you?"

"Steve spilled the beans to me"

"Damn it" Bucky mumbled

"If it makes you feel any better, he said he won't tell anyone else. And also, I know how to fix that" Tony gestured to the coffee maker. Bucky handed it over and Tony hit it on the table.

"Now try"

Bucky dumped the coffee grains in and heated the water up, it had finally worked.

"Thanks" Bucky said

"You're welcome"

As soon as the coffee was done, he put cream and sugar in it and walked it to his room. He pushed the door open and Sam was awake on his bed. Bucky gave him the coffee and sat down on the bed with Sam. Then Sam began to talk.

"So, what's this coffee for?"

"You, for letting me in and giving me a chance"

"Aw thanks Bucky, that means a lot to me"

Bucky didn't really know how to continue the conversation. He honestly cared a lot what Sam thought of him, and he was itching to get out of the uncomfortable silence. What was he to say? Bucky just, well, loved Sam. They both finished their coffee and watched TV all day because there weren't any missions.
