"About time," grumbled Hera. Apollo had finally revealed his true nature. You see, all of the Olympians with secrets met together and discussed stuff; mainly about the unfair things that they were forced to do disguising a secret. The even more annoying fact was that the Fates, the very people who had forced them too hide their secrets, were forcing them to reveal their true self.
Hera whacked Zeus, "Now it's my turn."
Zeus looked confused, his stern face turning into one of puzzlement. "What do you mean my dear wife?" His dark and stormy eyes turned into gleaming orbs of puzzlement, electricity crackling.
Hera snorted, "Don't play the 'dear wife' thing Zeus." She spat out Zeus's name like a disease, much like the way Artemis spoke boy.
"What do you mean... Hera?" Zeus asked, bewildered by the change in Hera's demeanor.
"You," shot out Hera. "I don't hate your kids, I hate the fact that you cheated on me to have kids. I hate them, because I can't do anything against you! You're the imbecile king of the gods."
Everyone was even more shocked, but watching a video, the three Fates nodded happily, about the fact that the Olympians were listening to their advice.
Zeus's eyes turned a soft, sky-blue. "Oh Hera, I never knew that!" Zeus exclaimed, his voice silky and smooth, matching his eyes. His voice was soft, patronizing soft.
Hera's onyx eyes turned away, dark brown, almost black like Hades's. "Sure you didn't. Which is why every time I told you that, you'd promise to never do it again, and then go do it again." Hera took off her wedding ring, and stated forcefully, "Well this marriage is over!" With those words, Hera threw her ring as hard as she could at Zeus.

Zeus sat on his throne, with a shocked expression. "Hera..." Poseidon and Hades snickered quietly at their little brother being dumped.
Hera turned away once more, "Just stop Zeus. The fact that you always cheat on me, and I can't do anything about you- just stop."
"Yes Zeus, stop." growled Aphrodite forcefully, surprising everyone. "Your love for Hera was only true love for a few centuries; and as we are immortal, that means nothing. Hera's love has been true to you, always."
If possible, Zeus's face looked even more shocked, as if he'd been struck by his own Master Bolt.
"Well then..." stated Athena, which everyone agreed, summed up the whole situation.

Foreword: This story is meant primarily as an action adventure and secondarily as a dark and nihilistic comedy. It may not be readily apparent in the beginning, but that's what I have planned (I feel the need to emphasize the dark; don’t rage at me if it gets too ‘traumatizing’ or something). I’m going to take my time with this, so it won’t immediately inundate you with doom and gloom. This is also a comedy, remember? On that note, if for some cursed reason you just can't handle either the references or the jokes, I am willing to battle in the comments. Anyway, I still put a significant amount of effort into the system, so I hope you enjoy that part. It is a little bulky, I'll admit to that, but I wanted to try something new and its more fun when there's more depth to it. Regardless, I still have a lot of fun doing math in the middle of writing a fictional story (/s). I also want to see if I can keep from messing up the pacing. Many times, I end up going too fast because I'm afraid of the story getting boring, which tends to ironically have the opposite effect. I'm still learning I suppose; we'll see how things go. Lastly, please leave reviews and comments, they really mean a lot to me and (usually) help me improve considerably. I'll be asking for feedback in the polls and I do still check the old ones from time to time. Notes: The story takes a bit of time to develop; give it time if you're here for drama, grimdark, or antihero. The system is all blue boxes and I'm not half-assing the numbers. Chapters will be between 1k and 2k words usually. I always use the oxford coma, fight me. Might drop if rating falls below 4 stars, idk. It depends on how my life is going. If there is no start, then there is no end. Darkness is all one can see, as the emptiness gradually dominates everything. However a light seems to be shining through this vast darkness, A light that isn't bright but rather dark as if it is the same as the darkness around. After a long time this light seems to separate into small pieces of crystals. As they slowly separated a really bright light engulfs everything as it slowly formed matter, then atoms, then molecules. They slowly combined forming stars, planets, meteors and solar systems. All the pieces of the crystals combined together again creating a single being as it smiled at its creation. The being separated itself into 9, as all 9 populated the most suitable planet for life. The 9 of them split once more creating 81 different species that populated the planet. The 81 species were called Gods, The 9 Creators were called Primordial gods and the Begging of it all was called The Creator or also known as The One. The 81 species had offspring that were mortal in comparison with their bodies that were immortal. The offspring were given the ability to reach a higher plain through cultivation, with strict requirements.The Creator Split the crystals once again as he sent them to the planet. However a really small piece managed to get out of its designated trajectory, its whereabouts unknown even to the Creator himself. A few million years later, a planet with life formed in a far away system. Humans were living there as they slowly discovered more and more about the universe. A Person walked inside a cave as he was looking around and found a black crystal. Amazed by the crystal he tried grabbing it, however this ended in his death. Several months later in the Planet inhabited by the 81 species a human child was born.
