《Todobakudeku x reader》(Bakugo pt.2) [Don't]Look at me

Lunch was basically over, so me and Bakugo just headed straight to our next class. The rest of the day went by fast. The only thing on my mind was skipping lunch with Bakugo tomorrow. It's not like I've ever skipped. Well technically today, but I didn't have the intention to skip all of lunch. I just wanted to find Bakugo. What if--
"(Y-y/n)." My thoughts were cut by Deku, who was tapping my shoulder and whispering my name. I jumped up from my slouching position and look over at him.
"Hm?" I hummed. I followed his hand as he points towards the front of the room where Mr. Aizawa was standing.
"(Y/n)." Mr. Aizawa said in his usually plain voice. "Please pay attention." I nod in response and he goes back to teaching whatever he was teaching. Deku taps me once more.
"Don't worry. I space out a lot too." He whispers to me and smiles. I smile back and try to renter my thoughts, but before I could, the bell rang and it was time to go.
I didn't really talk to anyone on the long walk back to our dorms, and no one really approached me either. By the time I made it to my room, I was already exhausted, but I managed to stay up and do the tons of homework Mr. Aizawa gave us. I remember his dreadful words that came along with the stacks of homework we had.
"And remember, the packet I gave you last week is due tomorrow."
Okay so maybe I exaggerated a little, but the fact that I'm already tired and decided to wait until the last minute did not help.
I finished the packet at around 11:00pm which was way past my nonexistent bedtime. Most of the people in the dorm were already asleep or were still doing the homework like me. Regardless, it was silent enough to hear the floor creak. I could hear the footsteps of someone walking down the hall but I paid no attention to it. I was starting to drift off to sleep until,

I was startled by the sudden sound, even though it wasn't that loud. I crawled on my knees to the door and opened the door, flopping to the floor.
"Are you okay?" I familiar voice said from above. I looked up to see Todoroki standing outside my room.
"Yeah I'm just--" I started but I was picked up bridal style and taken out of my room. It took me a while to process what was going on because of how tired I was. I soon realized we were in the boys shower room which was all the way on the first floor, so I was slightly concerned that it took me that long to figure it out, but I shook it off.
"So how do I work the showers?" He said nervously.
"You know I'm not supposed to be in here. Why didn't you ask Mineta or someone." I asked him.
"We all know Mineta is a Purple Pervert Person People Portray as Poison aka the six P's and I didn't want him peeking in on me." He answered.
"If you say so. Just pull the big thing then spin it to one of the ways and boom. You got water." I said through yawns. I was surprised he got the shower to work at all through my vague descriptions.
"Do you need me to carry you back to your dorm?" He offered, but I declined, knowing good and well that I shouldn't have. I didn't even make it to the elevator before I collapsed onto one of the couches in the common room.
It's late, and I didn't want to move, but I gotta go piss so why the hell not. I was about to walk in until I saw that half and half bastard carrying (y/n) like they just got married or something. What the fuck is his deal? And why are they both going into the boys showers? I was about to say something, but I couldn't hold my piss much longer.

I rushed into the bathroom and tried to be as quiet as possible just in case they thought I was a teacher and ran off before I could see what the hell was going on. When I came out, all I heard was the shower running. I wonder how Icy hot over there figured out how to work those. It took me twenty minutes.
Out of the corner of my eye, I can see (y/n) on the couch, but she pretty much looks dead. Is she sleep? I walk over to her and wave my hand over her face to she if she notices, but she's out cold.
"Tch." I say to myself as I picked up (y/n) and took her to her dorm. Thank goodness she left it opened.
I surprisingly woke up in my bed the next morning even though the last place I remember being was on the couch. My alarm went sounded and I turned it off.
"Well that's a first." I say to myself, knowing I've never woken up before my alarm.
I do my every-day morning routine and make it to the school ten minutes before I usually do. The only people that were there were Deku, Todoroki, Bakugo, and Iida. Iida had to be the first because he is the class president, and Deku is Deku, but I never expected Todoroki and Bakugo to be morning people.
"Hey (y/n). Thanks again for last night." Todoroki says. I took my usual seat behind him and he turned around to face me.
"No problem. I'm just glad you understood what I was talking about with those showers." I chuckled. "I was so out of it last night."
I look over at Deku who was just writing things and mumbling to himself like he does everyday. Then I look back at Bakugo. He wasn't in his normal seat next to me, but instead, he was in the back corner of the class isolating himself.
"Oi time freeze, what are you looking at?" He says in a deep raspy voice that's kinda intimidating. I assumed he was talking to me because of my quirk.
"N-nothing." I say stuttering and turning back around.
I hate when (y/n) talks to that half and half, icy hot, summer-winter, freezer-oven bastard.
"Hey (y/n).Thanks again for last night." I heard him say from across the room. I quickly start to eavesdrop on their conversation.
"No problem. I'm just glad you understood what I was talking about with those showers. I was so out of it last night." I heard (y/n) say.
I knew that bastard didn't figure out those showers on his own. They're way too complicated for all of these extras but not me. I wish (y/n) would stop looking at Todoroki like he's wearing diamond armor. His most interesting feature is his hair and eyes and you only need to see those once. I noticed (y/n) look back at me from the corner of my eye.
"Oi time freeze, what are you looking at?" I say in a low tone.
"N-nothing." she said and turns back around.
I wish I didn't tell her to stop.
The rest of the classroom quickly filled, but there was still no sight of Mr. Aizawa.
"Say (y/n)," Todoroki turns back towards me once more. "Did you finish the homework?
"Yeah I finished the packet." I told him finding it and holding it up to show him.
"That's the optional survey. I'm talking about the worksheet that was handed out yesterday." He says.
My eyes widen.
"Op-op-optional?" I ask shooketh.

Maybe with a bit of luck and planning, he can build a force to defend the world without anyone realizing it. Author's Thoughts: What is litRPG (From wikipedia) - LitRPG, short for Literary Role Playing Game, is a literary genre combining the conventions of MMORPGs with science-fiction fantasy novels.[1] LitRPG is a literary genre where games or game-like challenges form an essential part of the story. A LitRPG work simultaneously narrates the story of characters inside and outside of the game-world. At least some of the characters in a LitRPG novel therefore understand that they are playing a game: they are 'meta-aware'. So, while Tolkien's Lord of the Rings is a fantasy novel, a book about people creating avatars and interacting in a Lord of the Rings MMORPG would be a LitRPG novel. Why do I read them? You know, I am not too sure. I love MMOs. I played them, quit them, joined up and repeated the cycle. They are fun! They are a massive waste of time but so are most games. Do I want to read about someone else playing them? Sort of?The advent of VR and the possibility of VR someday becoming so immersive that you can't tell them from reality sets the imagination on fire. What if this could be life? But most stories fall short. At the end of the day the protagonist hangs up his VR helmet and goes to have dinner with his mom and dad or other family and it becomes meaningless. It's like the story that ends because the main character woke up and nothing you read matters. There have been some books that explore the concept of the intersection of reality and total immersion VR. Enders Game is a classic. There were a few others that escape me but they exist, however, the cross between the game and reality is weak.So what if the game was real? The technology needed for total immersion VR is so advanced that by the time we reach that goal technology should have naturally evolved to include several items. You must have direct neural input. You simply can't have a total immersion (all senses and perfect presence) experience without this basic prerequisite. If you have direct neural access, you can probably do neat things like feed knowledge and skills directly to that person. You can undoubtedly do many horrible things as well. Muscles are controlled by the brain. If you control the brain why would you let the body just sit there and rot? A person that sits unmoving for 24 hours a day will have their body whither away just like a coma patient. However, if you control the brain you could control the muscles. On a basic level, this would be isometric impulses, working muscle group against muscle group to avoid atrophy. Taken to its logical conclusion you would be able to gain muscle mass and program muscle memory. The flip side is that you could remote control their body... but let's not go there. So what would people do if it were real? Well, they would probably limit and regulate it since the drawbacks are very obvious. Even if you look at the basic aspects of this you can see some negative possibilities. Look at the Sword Art Online anime. Personally, I think they missed the boat by putting a bomb in the VR helmet. Do you really need a bomb when you have direct access to the brain? So what kind of events would you need to have a situation where the obvious drawbacks haven't been explored? Maybe a society where the advancement of technology has so far outstripped the explorations of its applications that ignorance was truly bliss? Okay, so I had to put in an alien invasion to kickstart the premise, but that was just one of the possibilities.
