“Till we meet again, Mariposa.”
Who are you mysterious boy who danced me 30 minutes ago???
You asked yourself. After what happened, you completely forgot the sad thing you were feeling about Camilo and Alicia. You decided to go home after the party but things didn't go smooth as you planned.
As you got a little far from Alicia's house, you noticed the town was a bit dark and quiet. Probably because the people were at the Party. You kept walking till you felt something weird from your surroundings. As if someone was looking at you. It gave you goosebumps. Moments later, a boy I guess your age appeared out of nowhere and came to you.
“Hola, Senorita.” He gave a grin.
“B—buenas Noches.” You stuttered in a low voice.
Two boys then appeared from you're back that made you more scared.
“What are you doing out this late? You're not from here, are you?” The first boy who came up to you said.
“Oh uhmm I'm actually heading home from Alicia party, if you may excuse me—”
You tried to just walk pass them but they blocked your way. “Nonsense, I bet you're lost. Why don't you come with us?” The boy said as he held you arm
“It just a turns away, I can manage.” You said as hmyou try to walk away but the boy tighten his grip and pulled you to him “I said let go! You hurting me!” You exclaimed. He kept tightening him grip that it hurt like hell. “Let me go, Dumbass!” You exclaimed louder.
“Buenas Noches, amigos! Juan.” A boy said from a far said to the boy who was holding you arm. The boy and his friend stopped. The boy who spoke came to lampost. You saw his face that made your eyes shimmer in surprise.

“Camilo?” You murmured.
“Madrigal. What brings you here?” Juan said as he tighten him grip in your arms even more.
“Shouldn't I be the one asking that to you?” Camilo said as he comes closer.
“We're just helping the lady get to his home safely.” Juan and his friends lied.
“Does that involve your very tight grip on my Arm?” You added as you roll you eyes at him.
“Shut up.” He whispered to you. “What do you want, Camilo?” Juan asked.
“Look, I don't want any trouble. That girl you're holding is a guest in Casita so we know each other. I want you to let her go and leave.” Camilo said as he gave a smirk.
Dang! He sound so badass!
“If I don't, what are you going to do about it?” Juan asked.
“Want me to tell anyone what happened last summer. It's gonna be the most embarrassing thing they'll ever hear.” Camilo teased that really hit Juan in the spot.
He pushed you down to the ground and left with his friends. “Let's go boys!” Juan said.
As they left, Camilo came to you and helped you stand up. “Y/n, are you okay? Did they hurt you?” He asked he looks at your arms.
“I—I'm fine, I'm fine. Thank you, Camilo.” You smiled nervously. He let go of you.
“What are you even doing here? Why aren't you with the Girls?” He asked.
“Oh I uhh, I got a bit tired to I thought I should go home.” You replied.
“You can't go out alone like this, specially when you're alone! There's a lot of weirdos out here, you could get in danger or Something. Good thing nothing happened to you.” He sighed.

You blushed. So he cares about me.
”I—I'm sorry for making you worry. I'll be careful next time, I promise.” You'd said.
“I should walk you home. What if those jerks come back?” Camilo said.
“No! No! It's no need. I'm those boys won't come back anytime soo—” Before you could even say anything else, he took you hand and pulled you closer to him.
You both stared at each other.
Uhmm, is this a good thing or a bad thing???? I'm freaking out right now!
You internally screamed.
“I'm walking you home.” He insisted.
“Uhmm, okay then” You agreed. As if you had any choice.
He's badass, Handsome and Gentleman as hell. He's the full package!

Shades of the Moon
I'm rewriting this story! I have taken down Arc 2 and Arc 3 already to avoid spoiling my new novel. The only reason I'm keeping the first 10 chapters is nostalgia; the writing is awkward and the story is not plotted out properly, but it's here if anyone wants to compare it to the new one. If you'd like to read a more professionally written version of this story, I highly suggest checking out my Synergy. Synopsis version too-many-to-count: “I see,” Kiona said. “But . . . you’re changing once again, aren’t you?” The entity considered her question, lifting a clawed hand towards the night sky. They observed the back of their hand idly, watching the glowing orange veins pulse alongside their pitch-black exoskeleton. The wind picked up right then, and Kiona shivered—just as much from the cold as from the savage grin on the creature's face. “That’s right,” the entity said, clenching their hand slowly into a fist. They let out a quiet laugh, staring defiantly at the Moon as it rose from behind the clouds. “We are shades, yet not exactly. Not like the others. Here, in this world, we've become something more. We are the Shades of the Moon.” There was a heartbeat of silence, during which Kiona joined the entity in their skygazing. The light-green Moon loomed over the city, shining like the entity's eyes. It promised otherworldly knowledge and terrible secrets. It promised progress. It promised change. In that moment, Kiona couldn't have imagined anything more beautiful. “Shades of the Moon, huh?” she said, smiling a bit. It had a nice ring to it.
