"Come on Jay get up." I said pushing his shoulder while he tried to get me back in bed for the third time.
"Just lay down with me." He said and I hugged, "We babe stuff to do today." I said and he turned around and looked at me.
"All I gotta do is get my haircut put my first on and play the game and i'm good, suit ready and everything." He said.
I rolled my eyes walking to the closet and then to the shower to get dressed for today because today is prom.
Hailey stayed the night at my parents house, because of today and we are going to get her tomorrow morning.
I got lotioned up and walked out the bathroom and into the room getting dressed and Jay slept.
I walked over to the bed and kicked him off the bed and he jumped up fast asl making me bust out laughing.
"Told you to wake yo ass up." I said and he sucked his teeth at me and walked to the bathroom.
Ah few minutes later he walked back out and looked at me, "Why the hell you pushed me of the damn bed." He said.
He grabbed my neck and laid me on the bed hovering over me, "Baeeee." I whined and he smiled down at me.
He pecked my lips then kissed them cupping fat ma, then pulled away and let me go.
"Bitch-" I started and looked at him as he walked to the closet and grabbed some clothes to shower in.

"You gon be okay, go do what you gotta do." He said hugging my waist and kissing my neck.
"I promise i'll making it up to you tonight." He said leaving a hickey on my neck and I wrapped my arms around him.

I rolled my eyes walking out and down the stairs grabbing my keys and walking door heading for the elevator.
I got in and got into my car and driving off heading towards the mall to get me dress from the dress store there.
After I did that I pulled up to B house and walked in using my key to get in and walked to her room after locking the door.
Her and Veah were sitting on her bed and looked at me when I walked in and smiled at me.
"Hi guys." I said waving dramatically and they did the same back making me chuckle and walking over to them.
I put my dress in her closet and sat with me, "We we're waiting for you, let's go get our nails done now." Veah said.
We all walked out and walked to Veah car and got in heading towards the nails salon to get our nails done.
When we finished we got some food and then headed back to her house, we had got our dresses after a couple hours though.
When we got them we just chilled at B house till it was time to do our make up and I had just put some light but heavy on there.
When we finished we all went in different bathroom to shower, and then got dressed and walked down stairs.

We had to my house to meet all our parents so they could get there pictures in and then we leave.
When we got there Hailey ran out to me making me smile, her graduation was coming up soon and they had a ball.
She already had a date and everything but Jay doesn't kno about the date part what he don't know won't hurt him.
I kissed her cheek and she blushed, "Mommy you look so beautiful." She said and I smiled.
"Thank you baby you gone look even better for your prom." I said and she smiled kissing my cheek.
I grabbed her hand and we walked up the front door and she ran off to the living room counting to watch her show.
Our parents got there pictures in and then the boys pulled up and then there was more pictures.
I was honestly just ready to go, "We about to leave baby." Jay whispered in my ear and kissed my cheek.
I smiled up at him and leaned back on him as Hailey and over and tugged Jay and be picked her up.
"Wassup mamas, you good?" He asked kissing her cheek and she nodded and laid her head on his shoulder.
"You sleepy ain't chu mamas?" He asked and she nodded closing her eyes, he shook his head and walked in the house.
After a few more minute he came back out and grabbed my waist, "Ready?" He asked and I nodded.
He kissed my cheek and we all got in our cars and drove off, when we got there Jay wrapped his arms around me.
"You look so beautiful in this dress mamas." He whispered in my ear and I smiled kissing his cheek.
"I think it's gone be better taking it off though." He whispered and I shivered and blushed.
He chuckled guiding us into the dance when we meet up with the others and walked inside.
We stayed for a couple hours, danced for a while socializing and stuff before I got tired and sat down at an empty table.
Jay came over and kneeled down in front of me, "Ready to go?" He asked and I nodded standing up.
He helped me up and grabbed my hand guiding my out, when we got outside Jay looked down at me.
"What's wrong?" He asked and I looked down at my feet pouting, "My feet hurttt." I whined and smiled.
"Just a damn baby, I swear yo." He said picking me up and carrying me to the car the rest of the way.

Leftover Apocalypse
[Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] This is a story about the newly-adult Calliope Smith having a terrible day that ends in her getting mysteriously teleported from Phoenix, Arizona to a fantasy world where her life is in constant danger. She considers this an upgrade. Someone evil is looking for her, and she doesn't know why. Someone who seems to know a lot about her has promised they'll help her, but she doesn't know who they are. All that matters to Callie is that magic is real and one way or another she's going to learn it. The end of the world is coming up, sure, but Callie won't need to worry about that. In fact, by the time she even finds out about it one of the doomsday devices will already be destroyed, and the authorities will be well on the way to dealing with the other one. It's fine. Everything will be smooth sailing. Almost certainly. Probably. Chapters are usually about 2500-3500 words, and the goal is to post 2-3 per week but I sometimes get busy or have some writers block. It's your standard portal fantasy / Isekai premise, but unlike some the main character's time on Earth and how she got pulled into another world will (eventually) be explored. Some slight GameLit-feeling stuff later, no menus or level-ups but there's something suspiciously like a skill tree when the magic system gets going. No number crunching, and while the main character will get to do some silly stuff she won't be a god like in some fics (and will in fact spend a lot of time being badly outclassed by her enemies). Some reader interaction, ranging from adding to the worldbuilding to occasionally making big important decisions about skill progression. Please note that the main character is flawed and impulsive, and will make some stupid decisions. That's part of the story, but I get that it's not for everyone. Trigger Warnings: Foster care system references, crappy parenting. Some mental health adjacent stuff, specifically the main character has some issues where she experiences varying levels of empathy and emotional vulnerability depending on the day (it's complicated and not meant to portray any real-world conditions). Occasional violence including mention of death and grievous bodily harm, but no detailed descriptions of gore.
