The inside of his car was warm, the leather seats had heaters in the backs of them which ran up my spine. Sensations of warmth made goose bumps rise on my skin; being warm felt so good.

The heat made my skin crawl with a softness that I found comforting, "Where're you taking me?"

"My house, ya need to be checked over. I can't just leave ya there, can I? I didn't realise a pretty girl like you was there." He looked over at me, his lips tilted into a cocky grin.

I stayed quiet, not knowing how to reply to him. It felt like everything he was saying was rhetorical, that he meant absolutely nothing. A part of me believed that he'd only brought me home to stay in his bed. He was extremely intimidating, especially with several masked men surrounding him. I felt small and fragile. I wanted to go home-I wanted my family! I was done with being fake! I'd grown around this, why was I so afraid?

"Ya ain't very talkative are you?" He said, rubbing his hands over the hair on his jaw. I was scared to move, his eyes stalked me like a hawk watching it's prey.

"Sorry." I mumbled. "What's your name?"

"Jayceon." He replied, leaning forward on his knees, his fingers intertwined with one another. "What's your last name?"

I simply shook my head, refusing to share my dad's identity.

"Be stubborn then, it'll come out at some point." Jayceon leant back in his chair, his arms behind his head with his legs split in a masculine manner.

"We're almost there," Said the driver, a dark skinned man with a toy boy face.

Jayceon sighed softly, shrugging his hoodie off, "Lean forward."

"What?" I raised my eyebrow at him.

"Lean forward." He repeated, this time more demanding with his tone.

I leant forward, unsure of what he was doing.

Jayceon wrapped his hoodie around my shoulders,"Ya look like you're gonna turn blue. Wouldn't want that now would we?"

After half an hour we arrived at his house. He got out and went inside. His house didn't look amazing, it looked like an ordinary house. Two floors without an attic, four windows at the front and a wooden door that was painted black. There was a garage attached to the side. I knew straight away why a notorious gang lord like Jayceon Taylor didn't live the highlife so obviously. Living in a rundown place attracted less attention, but the cars on the front garden definitely attracted the eyes of the neighbourhood.

Several cars were parked on the front, including a red Alfa Romeo 4C, a white Audi R8 and a matte black Lamborghini Aventador.

I was taken upstairs immediately, my clothes were ripped from me and I was put under the shower.
