《Forbidden Gardens| Tokoyami x Reader book》Chapter 1: Abuse

Glass shattered against walls, leaving marks against it's surface. Yelling and screaming could be heard. I sighed, listening to my parents argue with eachother. They hated eachother but for whatever reason they stayed together. It was unhealthy but I had gotten used to the environment. I was born with a quite powerful quirk. It allows you to create objects out of light, hardening them. I used this quirk to pass the entrance exam for UA high. I was about to head to school, my bag slung over my shoulders, I grabbed the door knob and turned to look at my parents arguing. "Bye Mom and Dad, love you guys," they continued to argue as I stepped out the door. The heat from the summer caressed my cheeks, the leaves were starting to change color indicating that Fall was just around the corner. I smiled, fall was one of my favourite times of the year, when the leaves changed their hue creating a calming aura around the whole neighborhood.
(T/S) TO UA HIGH
I walked through the front entrance of UA to see all the kids putting books in their locker. I looked around at all the kids. About two or three people stood out from the rest. A kid, looks like a first year like me, had princess blonde hair, almost reaching his shoulders. His hair flipped at the end of his bangs. On his face laid a huge smile, eyes sparkled like stars and his locker was bedazzled with glitter and shiny objects. He was pretty flamboyant as well. Talking to other kids and showing off his shimmering hair. I giggled, he seemed like a nice enough person.
The second person that stood out to me was a really tall kid, he looked like a third year, he had six arms and a baby blue mask covering most of his face, his hair was white and brushed fowards. He seemed kind of lonely, he didn't talk to anyone and kept getting stares from other children. Poor guy, but with a quirk like that he must be super strong.

The third person was quite the peculiar, not as much as the sextupled armed man, he had the head of a crow and the body of a human, he had a mysterious aura to him, like he was constantly trying to hide something, and it kind of attracted me to him, his firm hands gripped onto his bag as he walked to his class. I realized that I was blushing and immediately shook my head and looked at the paper the school had given to me. I belonged to class 1-A, my teacher was Mr. Shouta Aizawa, also known as Eraserhead, I admired him, he had such an amazing quirk.
As I entered the classroom I looked around at the students that were here already, the sextupled armed man, who would've thought he was a third year, a guy that had different colored hair, half white and half red, a short guy with grapes on his head, how strange, a girl with brown, short hair, a guy with curly dark green hair alongside a girl with long dark green hair, a large man with thick lips, two dudes about the same height with yellow hair and red hair, they both looked insane, and finally the last person i saw was the flamboyant, sparkle guy who was in the hallway showing off his groove. I found my name plate and sat down at my desk and immediately, Mr. Twinkle Toes himself approached me and let out his hand to me. "Good day mademoiselle, goodness your hair is so shining, tell me your secrets." You laughed at him and said "Nothing really my hair is just like this, I've never really been keen to hair products.." he looked at me with that v shaped smile on his face "and may I ask your name Mon Ami?" I smiled at his French speaking, even though it was quite clear that he wasn't French. "It's (Y/N), thanks for asking, what's your name?" He grinned and did a dramatic pose. "I'm so glad you asked, my name is Aoyama Yuuga, but you may call me Aoyama" ending his introduction with a wink in my direction. I giggled "Well you sure are flamboyant" "Ah but of course, someone born with this much beauty should show off their mosaic body, Hannah Montana said that no one's perfect yet I exist-" our teacher walked in and stared at Aoyama

"Yuuga, sit down and stop torturing the poor girl, Now class if you would take your seats that would be great" everyone sat down, the crow man sat next to me to my right. Curiously, I took a peek at his name tag. I whispered to myself 'Fumikage Tokoyami.." he looked up at me "Is there something you need?" I turned away "Nothing I was just curious, I'm sorry if I bothered you" he turned away as well. It might have been just me but did I just see his feathers fluff? 'Wait are those even feathers? What if it's hair? I wonder if they are soft, it would be nice to feel them..' I shook my head, realizing what I was thinking of, he looked at me "Are you sure you're alright?" I smiled towards him shyly "Umm actually I was wondering.. um... Is it okay if I uh, touch your feathers?" They fluffed up again more noticeably. A tint of pink shaded the top of his beak. "I-If you must, then you may." He crossed his arms as I ran my fingers through them, they were feathers and extremely soft as well, I could see him closing his eyes and bowing down as if he wanted more, but then he stopped. "Th-Thank you! They're so soft!" He looked away from me "Of course they are, they are my feathers."
Tokoyamis POV
She was petting my feathers, it felt nice, for some reason her touch was amazing, it made me feel warm inside, I don't know why but it did. I never wanted her to stop but I realized what I was doing and turned away from her. "Th-Thank you! They're so soft!" She said in a cute, excited voice. I sighed and crossed my arms "Of course they are, they are my feathers." She giggled and turned toward the teacher. I don't know why but I couldn't peel my eyes away from her, she was beautiful, her hair looked soft and silky, for some reason I had the urge to touch it. I reached out and grabbed a piece, playing with it in between my fingers. She looked at me "Wha-what are you doing?" I stopped and retracted my hands from her hair. "S-sorry I was curious, I've never felt a humans hair before.." she smiled at me "Well feel free to touch mine any time! Anyways my name is (Y/N), I hope we can be friends!" She was adorable.. "Of course, that would be nice." She smiled and turned back towards the teacher, as did I.

Mordheim: Servants of The Damned (A Warhammer Fantasy Fiction)
“The Great Library,” Stated the stranger with a pause. “You know of it?”“Of course I do. In the Merchant’s Quarter?”“Yes, in the Merchant’s Quarter. I have gathered that there is an… artefact of importance within its walls.” Slowly, the figure produced a rusted key from the furls of his robes and held it in a black-gloved hand. “This opens the door to its chambers. It is the grimoire of Gunnar von Krugenheim, and I believe that it would serve better in the world than locked away in a dusty room.” Behind the cursed walls of Mordheim, warbands and gangs of all stripes are embattled in constant wars for resources and power. The cursed city attracts throngs in the thousands, searching for treasures, artefacts, power, and sometimes all three. The Cult of the Hidden Brethren is no exception, and when an opportunity to extend their reach is discovered, the cultists are eager to take the opportunity. However, not all is set in stone, and soon the cultists discover that the lure of power alone may not be enough to give them the drive required to see their quest done... --- Mordheim: Servants of the Damned is a fanfiction set in the world of Warhammer Fantasy, which is not owned by me but by the company Games Workshop. I of course, lay claim to nothing in this story but the characters I have created, and the core events of the story itself. This is my first true foray into fantasy writing, let alone Warhammer Fantasy, therefore any feedback is welcome. (It should be noted as well, the cover art is merely an artwork I found online and is not mine, therefore I do not lay claim to that either.)
