The day after Aimi had given a report to the Newspaper club to print out, she stood at the notice board with her class smirking, "Aimi, you seriously think it's right for that?" Haruhi asked.
"He joined in with our class activities and he was terrified when I kicked him," Aimi smirked and looked back to see Tamaki reading the article with Kyoya, Takashi and Mitsunkuni.
"A-A-A-A-Ai-Aim-Aimi?!!!!" Tamaki screeched and she walked towards them, "When did you do this to your loving father!?"
"My loving father wouldn't try to sabotage my teams' event, nor join in, nor try to scare my team and me, nor would he lock half the team in a room and half hanging in a net!" She snapped and poked his chest making him flinch looking at her shocked, "I doubt the others would have gone along with it unless it was your order, thanks to you and Nekozawa's servants I can barely move my other arm!"
"Well, it was your fault for breaking down the door," Kyoya said pushing him his glasses.
"I was separated from Haruhi and Kaoru from Hikaru and we were with someone who is terrified of a lot of things. Of course, I'd try to get us out of a room when the walls felt like they were closing in on me!!!"
"Clausphobia... Explains your actions..." Hikaru said and Aimi looked at him, he smiled at her, "So, we of class 1-A blame Tamaki, making his the Captain of All Cowards," He chuckled and hugged Aimi from behind.
Takashi looked at them, he put Mitsunkuni down before walking to the first years. He grabbed Aimi and picked her up, putting her over his shoulder and walked off with a very confused Aimi over his shoulder and leaving a confused host club.
"Takashi?" Mitsunkuni called out.
"We'll be back soon," Takashi said and walked into Music Room #3.

Takashi put Aimi down, "Takashi?" She questioned looking at him, "What's wrong?"
"Your arm... Hikaru accidentally hurt you just now right?" Takashi kneeled down in front of her looking up at her, "Why didn't you just text me?"
"I...I didn't think you'd come... and I didn't have my phone," She told him.
Takashi sighed standing up and cupping her cheeks, "Just call my name whenever you need me and I'll be right there," He told her.
"Why would you though?" Aimi asked blushing a little.
"Do you need the words?" Takashi stepped closer and leaned down, "I thought letting you use my first name, explained it to you."
"I-I didn't want to think it was that reason as I thought you didn't like me... that way," Aimi looked down.
"Of course I do," Takashi tilted her head up a little, he leaned in a little and the two kissed keeping a slight distance but still close together.
"I do too," Aimi blushed and smiled at him before bringing him into a hug as he wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Come on let's go get ready," Takashi said, "Aimi... I mean it."
"I do too," She said and smiled as they kissed again. Aimi looked at him and smiled brightly, "Come on let's get to the club room before Kyoya has any more reason to add to my sister's debt," She said and he nodded.
The two of them walked to the club room where the others were already dressed up in their cosplay, samurai. Mitsunkuni saw the new couple and began running up, Aimi looked at Takashi then kissed his cheek before going off into the changing room getting the bag with her name on.
She noticed red eye contacts, "Kyoya-Senpai, am I to put int he red contacts as well?" She asked opening the changing room door a little.

"Yes," Kyoya told her not looking up from his notebook, "And hurry up."
Aimi shut the door and changed into her outfit.
Once Aimi was dressed she walked out to the others and Tamaki looked over, "You look wonderful!" He jumped over a couch running to her and crushing her in a hug, "So beautiful!"
"Yeah, thanks," Aimi said and tried pushing him off her, "Come on it's nearly showtime," She said.
Takashi looked at her and smiled a little as Aimi walked to him, "Beautiful," He said.
"T-Thank you," Aimi blushed a little and looked down shuffling her feet.
Hikaru and Kaoru looked at pair slightly, "Something we need to know?" They ask in unison.
"It's easy to figure out Hika-Chan, Kao-Chan!" Mitsunkuni said and everyone looked at him.
"Well?" The twins asked.
"They're together," Mitsunkuni looked at Takashi, "Right?" He smiled looking happy for his cousin but his eyes show slight sadness.
Takashi gave a small nod looking at his cousin and he looked at Aimi then tucks some of her hair behind her ear, "Yeah..." He finally spoke.
"Aimi... Can I have a word with you?" Kaoru said and Aimi nodded, the two of them walked to the other side of the room, "What about Hikaru?" He bluntly asked.
"What about him? He isn't interested in me," Aimi said, "You say that he needs to open to up to other people, which I agree but you also have to stop and watch as the one he's interested in is Haruhi, not me," Aimi said and smiled before walking back to Hikaru.
"What about Hikaru?" Kaoru whispered and rubbed the back of his neck, "I'm an idiot, I should have opened my mouth sooner!" He whispered scolded himself.
"Kaoru, come on," Hikaru said and Kaoru jogged up.
Aimi was having a slow day at the Host Club as most of the boys were still nervous about going in when there's only one hostess. As she finished with her last client she walked to Takashi who is sat alone, "Taka..." She started but he stood up getting his fake sword and piercing it through a divider, "Takashi?!" She gasped and the other hosts rushed over.
"What's wrong Mori-Senpai?"
"Are you frustrated that you're the silent type?!"
"No... We have an intruder," Takashi said and opened the divider to show a male student.
"A customer of yours Aimi?" Hikaru asked looked at the scary-looking red hair boy.
"No," Aimi shook her head.
Takashi placed his hand on her hip and moved Aimi to stand behind him. She didn't complain as she knew since he wasn't one of her customers there were a very few male customers.
The boy looked at them and soon bowed in front of Takashi, "Please! I need your help! Make me your apprentice Morinozuka-Senpai!"
Aimi looked at Takashi then Mitsunkuni who was looking shocked, "Help?" Mitsunkuni questioned.
"I have this scary face and so no likes me, but you're just equally as scary faced as I am Morinozuka-Senapi and yet, people love you... Please, I just... I don't want to be feared anymore," He said.
"Hmm... What's your name?" Aimi asked.
"It's Ritsu Kasanoda," He told her looking at her then glanced at Takashi, "Please..."
Aimi looked at Takashi, "Come on, let's go talk," She said and Takashi looked at her, "Please?" She smiled and he nodded the two of them went to a table, "Mitsunkuni."
"Coming Aimi-Chan!" Mitsunkuni rushed over hugging Usa-Chan close to his chest.

The Girl from the Mountain
Alexandra Bedford is a weapon, a young woman with telekinetic powers capable of leveling entire cities, born to fight in the desolate remains of post-apocalyptic North America. There is only one problem: she may be losing control of her abilities. Sixteen years after a global pandemic devastated the earth’s population, the lines in the old United States have been drawn between the Cheyenne Directorate in Colorado and the New England Alliance on the East Coast. The Directorate, of which Alexandra is a part, is a small but powerful organization dedicated to returning the country to its former glory. However, when a diplomatic mission to the New England Alliance goes wrong, Alexandra finds herself at the center of a bloody civil war. Battles are fought on the old highways and in dilapidated towns and once-great cities. And as the conflict escalates, all of North America faces the threat of being burnt away by nuclear fire. Against this backdrop of war, Alexandra tries to uncover the long-hidden secrets behind the plague, her abilities, and the two men fighting to decide the fate of the United States - Henry Bedford, Alexandra's father and leader of the Directorate, and John Martin, the mysterious figure at the heart of the New England Alliance who may hold the key to everything she seeks. None of this will matter, however, unless Alexandra can prevent the power growing inside her from taking over and consuming the very world she is fighting to save. Author's Notes: I appreciate you taking a look at my novel, The Girl from the Mountain. If you're a fan of post-apocalyptic fiction, military thrillers, and/or cosmic horror, I think you'll enjoy this story. I completed the novel's first draft back in 2011 and made significant changes in 2016. Since then, I've more-or-less sat on the manuscript while working on other projects. Thanks to a bit of prodding, I've decided to send this story out into the wild with some touch-ups and additional revisions. I welcome any comments or criticisms, and I hope you enjoy The Girl from the Mountain!
