《Perseus Jackson: A New Purpose》The War

Hayami had just left for a talk with mom and dad. Zoë and I were walking up Mount Tam. This brought back bad memories but what we were doing was necessary. We were going to free the son of Iapetus, the Titan Atlas, general of the Titan army.
I walked right past the barriers of the Hesperides. I shifted into my warrior form, causing Ladon to curl up around the tree. We walked all the way up until the swirling vortex, where Atlas was cursing underneath the sky. Iapetus was standing next to him, consoling him.
As I walked towards them, I snapped my fingers, causing the sky to lift off the Titan's back. "Hello Atlas," I said.
"Jackson?" Was his reply as he looked in disbelief at what had just happened. I smirked.
"Are you too afraid to look at your daughter?" Zoë asked menacingly. The two Titans finally realised who she was and stared. Iapetus in happiness and Atlas in shock.
"How are you alive?" Atlas asked. He was then slapped by Bob. "I can't believe you killed her. Shame on you Atlas."
Atlas looked down in shame.
"Hello Iapetus," I nodded. "Bob please", he said. I smiled at him.
Atlas then cleared his throat, "How did you just free me?"
I threw my head back and laughed. "I was blessed by Nyx, causing the sky to lift off was quite simple. I just asked uncle Ouranous to lay you off."
I then created a spear made from the shadow of the sky and planted it on the ground where Atlas used to stand. The sky then settled on it, sending a flash of lightning.
"You may take your place as general now Atlas." Bob then disappeared in a flash of silver. Atlas hesitated. He looked at Zoë with sadness.
"I'm sorry for what I did, daughter." Zoë simply nodded. Atlas then flashed away.
"Let's go to the void now," I said. I had a feeling that Zoë and I were being drawn there by someone and wouldn't loose our way getting there.

We landed in the Primordial throne room. The only one there was Hayami. The two of us bowed, smirking to ourself.
"Urgh, you know you need not bow before me," she grumbled.
"Forgive us Lady Hayami," I said stressing on the word. The three of us burst out laughing. We then sat on our seats, at the foot of our mother's throne opposite Hayami.
"So," I said. "You called us?" She nodded, "the gods have declared war on Typhon. It was a huge mistake. They're barely able to slow him down. Kronos had previously planned to attack Olympus and destroy it. Gaia of course, stopped him. The entire Titan pantheon along with Kronos, who has come up with a new plan, has now declared war on the gods."
"Dam, the entire Titan pantheon? Are Rhea and Leto also fighting?" I asked.
"Yep, they're pissed at Zeus," she said.
I smirked. The gods are going to be obliterated. I needed to warn Hestia and tell her not to protect the Olympians and to stand with her mother instead.
My mom then appeared along with her throne. "Hey Mom," the three of us said.
Nyx smiled. "Zoë, I need you to come with me. I have a mission for you." Zoë got up and went over to Nyx. The two then dissolved into black smoke.
Hayami grabbed my hand and teleported us away to Mount Othrys. The Titan palace was deserted. She snapped her fingers, summoning Lady Hestia and Rhea here. They looked at each other for a moment before jumping into each other's arms and hugging.
Rhea smiled at Hestia, "Join us dear, we can be the family we were once meant to be. The Olympians don't deserve to remain in power." Hestia smiled at her mother and nodded, hugging her once again. The two of them flashed away to the battlefield.
Hayami then waved her hand through the air and the black mist seeping off of her, formed a television screen. She then created a couch and snapped in some popcorn. We then sat down together and watched the battle progress.

The gods were loosing miserably against Typhon and he wasn't even trying. He simply swatted them away to places unknown. All of a sudden, Typhon stopped in his tracks. The gods looked both relieved and puzzled at the same time. There was a blinding flash and soon after that, where Typhon was previously standing, there was only a small crater. The gods started to celebrate by firing beams of light into the sky. We zoomed into the gods.
"Victory to Olympus!" Zeus boomed. The other gods cheered in harmony.
All of a sudden, time started to slow down at the gods' location. "Now, now sonny, don't celebrate too soon. You wouldn't want to get caught off guard now would you?" Kronos' razer sharp voice echoed over the plains. The gods stared in horror as the entire Titan pantheon minus Bob and Oceanus marched towards the gods, who were now on the ground. Typhon then reappeared behind them in a flash of gold.
Zeus panicked. "Poseidon, Hades, Hestia, come here right now, the Titans are here," he called out.
"Oh I'm already here brother," Hestia said, standing beside Rhea. Zeus looked at her in shock, "You betrayed your own family? Mother why are you on that side?" He asked.
Hestia simply looked Zeus and the other Olympians in the eye, "You took advantage of your power. You never treated demigods or mortals well. You didn't serve your purpose. None of you did."
Rhea nodded at that, "I agree with my daughter."
Artemis and Apollo looked at their mother in shock, "Why mother? Why side with the Titans?" Apollo questioned. "Because we Titans don't turn our back on each other. Not like what your father did to me. We're loyal and follow the ancient laws."
Kronos then waved his hand, showing an image. In it, was Poseidon, bloodied and bruised from battle.
He then kneel before Oceanus and said, "Please let me live, let me have my kingdom. I'll give you Amphridite and Triton as slaves if you spare my life. The later two looked at him in shock.
Oceanus threw his head back and laughed. "Puny sea God, don't try and avoid your fate, you're a disgrace to the oceans. Even they despise you. When you disowned your son Perseus Jackson, his powers over water remained intact. And why would I want my daughter and grandson to be my slaves? You have no power the sea anymore. It no longer respects you or answers to you."
With that, Oceanus plunged his spear into the floor of Poseidon's throne room, causing the sea god to scream in pain before bubbles came out of his mouth. The horror written in his eyes was evident, as he finally drowned, something he never thought would happen. Kronos looked smugly at the Olympians who just stared in shock at what just happened. One of the most powerful Olympians had just died in his own domain.
Hayami leaned against me and laughed, "He deserved it for what he did to you." I nodded sadly as I swallowed another handful of popcorn. We looked back at the screen.
Kronos' screen shifted to show Hades and Bob shaking hands. The screen then shifted to show the Giants, sitting on their thrones in the Acropolis, in Greece. The screen shifted once again, showing the armies of Kampê and Polybotes overrunning both camp half-blood and camp Jupiter respectively. This was the end of the gods. It was done without even a fight. The aura around the gods weakened by a tenfold until they flashed away to Olympus.
Kronos then banged his scythe on the ground, "Let the Olympians prepare for the final battle, let all those demigods who surrendered in the war be given medical attention and accepted into the Titan army." The armies on the screen nodded and went about their business.
The image we had made in the throne room disappeared and Hayami and I were flashed to my room, where we fell asleep.

Magikind [Original]
The third millennia, a time of change and evolution. An era, where people, through countless generations, have evolved strange powers and abilities. Through several centuries of selective breeding, these beings, known as mages, have become part of the very foundations of society. However, some refused to change or adapt. They believed in purity and refused to interbreed with magikind. Known as the manush, they were a rarity among society. Now, in the fifth millennia, the manush are thought extinct. With magikind ruling the world, a three-way war grips society. In these uncertain times, a manush called Gin, will herald a new era for all Magikind. A story of how man could realistically evolve while still pushing boundaries. Disclaimer: Chapters will be edited once the first volume is done. Bear the beginning for the time being, and hopefully you can see my writing improving over time (I've learnt a lot on how to write because of this (though I'm still not perfect :P)) Proud Member of Writers to the End, WriTE The link to the pledged fictions PS. If you find the 'notes' too boring or too info-dumpy, feel free to skip them and just read the main chapters. They're there for the reader to understand Gin's world (written in the perspective of Gin). But later on, we can see some interactions between the main characters and the occasional references to his past in the notes, so it has its purpose.
