Mario and Meggy made their way towards Corona Mountain, with the help of F.L.U.D.D.'s Rocket Nozzle. They found a hole on the side of the volcano, as they ran inside, both determined to take down Bowser Jr. and Peach.

Mario: Those two are gonna pay for disguising as us.

Meggy: And having us arrested.

Suddenly, while they were running, they didn't notice a hole was in front of them, as they fell down the hole and landed on a piece of ground. They then noticed that right in front of them was a death-defying obstacle course filled with spikes, fire, and lava.

Mario: Ah piss!

Meggy: How are we gonna make it past this?

F.L.U.D.D.: I can help you with my Hover Nozzle.

Mario carried Meggy yet again, as he started going through the obstacle course, using F.L.U.D.D.'s Hover Nozzle to get rid of the fire and wait for the spikes to disappear on the platforms, as they found a 1-Up on the next regular platform.

Mario: This course sure is nice to us.

The course became a little harder, as they now have to jump farther from platform to platform avoiding the spikes and fire.

It took them another 30 seconds to get through those obstacles, as they got to the next regular platform, where they found another 1-Up in a crate.

Meggy: Thanks for carrying me through the course, Mario.

Mario: No problem, Meggy.

They saw another boat in front of them ready to be rode on, only this time, it's over lava. They jumped on the boat and used F.L.U.D.D.'s Spray Nozzle to move the boat to the other side while avoiding the lava and other obstacles, which took a minute to go through. They made their way to the other side, as they found one last obstacle to go through.

They used F.L.U.D.D.'s Rocket Nozzle to make their way from cloud to cloud above them.

Mario: Yahoo!

Meggy: This is fun!

They went higher and higher jumping from cloud to cloud, as they jumped on the highest cloud that moved them upwards to Bowser Jr. and Peach's hideout, which was a floating hot tub. Peach was sitting on a giant rubber duck.

Bowser Jr.: Come on in, Mama Peach!

Peach: Ummm... I think not. And stop with this mama business!

They were surprised by Mario and Meggy coming up here.

Mario: Guess what time it is, BITCH!

Bowser Jr.: How did you two come up here?

Peach: I think they're looking for a fight!

Meggy: Of course we are. You two decided to screw with us on our honeymoon, and it's time for both of us to have our revenge!

Bowser Jr.: Not if I have this by my side!

Bowser Jr. grabbed a Mega Mushroom, as he grew giant and began to fight.

Mario: THAT'S A HUGE BITCH!

The battle between the heroes and the villains has started, as Bowser Jr. started breathing fire towards Mario and Meggy. They were running away from it, as they made their way to a corner of the hot tub. Mario used F.L.U.D.D.'s Rocket Nozzle to launch high up, and ground pound all the way down, causing the piece of the hot tub to get destroyed and fall down. Mario got out of that area quickly as it was falling down.

F.L.U.D.D.: That seems to be effective! Just do that four more times!

Meggy: You ground pound the rest of the corners of the hot tub. I'll take care of Peach over here.

Peach landed right behind Meggy, scaring her.

Meggy: Just go, Mario.

Mario: Okie dokie.

Meggy started to fight with Peach. Meggy used her Splattershot, while Peach used her many attacks she used in Smash. As they were fighting, Mario was launching up and ground pounding down on the rest of the corners of the hot tub. However, F.L.U.D.D. started to feel not too well once Mario got to the third corner and pounded it.

F.L.U.D.D.: J-Just two m-more times, Mario!

Mario was confused at that, but he ignored it. He made his way to the fourth corner and ground pounded it.

F.L.U.D.D.: There... is... one... more... p-p-place.

Mario: Are you okay, F.L.U.D.D.?

F.L.U.D.D. didn't answer, but Mario assumed that was a yes.

Meggy and Peach were still fighting each other, and of course, Meggy was more overpowered than Peach.

Meggy: You might as well give up at this point.

Peach: N-n-never!

As Meggy was about to finish Peach, Mario ground pounded the last corner hard, causing the whole hot tub to tip over and making all four of them start falling down.

F.L.U.D.D.: We... did... it.

Mario and Meggy landed on a small island.

Meggy: Thank god we didn't land in the water or else I'm dead.

Mario: We did it, Meggy!

Both of them celebrated, as Bowser Jr. and Peach landed beside them. Mario and Meggy looked at them very angry, as they grabbed them before they could run away.

Mario: Don't you run away, you sick bastards!

Meggy: You two are going away for a long time.

Bowser Jr. started to cry, as Mario slapped him.

Mario: Stop it. Stop it. Okay?

Bowser Jr.: ...Okay.

Mario: Alright.

While Mario and Meggy were grabbing Bowser Jr. and Peach, they noticed F.L.U.D.D. not feeling too well. Mario immediately ran to F.L.U.D.D. to see what the problem is. He was malfunctioning and most of what he sees is static.

F.L.U.D.D.: Mario... Meggy... was I... of... assis... tance?

F.L.U.D.D. collapsed and shut down.

Mario: F.L.U.D.D.... no.

Meggy: He was a great robot, and a great friend, and I can't believe that... he's gone.

Mario and Meggy, who tied Bowser Jr. and Peach to a tree so they couldn't get out, now sat beside each other and mourned the loss of F.L.U.D.D., as they saw one last Shine float down to the Shine Gate, causing it to glow very brightly again. Isle Delfino is now as bright as can be once more. All of the Piantas and Nokis in front of the gate celebrated by dancing.

Back to Mario and Meggy, they were finding a way to get off the island without swimming, as a boat being rode by a bunch of Toads came around and offered them a ride. They picked up Bowser Jr. and Peach, along with F.L.U.D.D. to see if he can get fixed back to life, as they rode back to Delfino Plaza, and Mario and Meggy looked up at the sun together.

Mario: Well, Meggy. Our adventure is over, and our honeymoon can finally start.

Meggy: But... because of our adventure, our relaxation time during our honeymoon is now cut short.

Suddenly, a portal appeared in front of them, and a familiar jackal came out of it. It was Infinite.

Infinite: That's where you're wrong, Meggy.

Mario and Meggy: Infinite?

Infinite: That's right. I renewed your plane tickets so you'll arrive back 3 weeks from now on March 14th. You two are finally getting the time off you deserve.

Meggy: Infinite... thank you so much!

Mario: We thought our honeymoon was gonna be ruined, but you came around and saved us again!

Infinite: No problem, guys. Also, I notified your friends that you two are gonna be gone for a little longer because of the adventure I heard you two had.

Mario: Yeah, I bet they would be confused if they didn't know.

Infinite: And Meggy... I have something for you. I gave it to that Pianta over there. In fact, he's running to you right now.

A Pianta was indeed running towards Mario and Meggy, as he gave Meggy a bottle.

Pianta: You must be Meggy. Here you go.

Meggy was given a bottle with a letter on it, as Infinite read it out loud while she was reading it.

The letter reads:

"Hey Meggy. I know you've always wanted to swim, and now, you will never have to worry about drowning again. Drink this potion, and you'll be able to swim. Its effects will never go away, so it's permanent. Hope you enjoy it! -Infinite"

Infinite: I know it would be perfect for a place like this during your honeymoon. Enjoy, Meggy.

Meggy: I can finally... swim?

Meggy drank the potion up, as she hugged Infinite.

Meggy: Thank you so much!

Infinite: You're welcome, Meggy.

The police Piantas, who were re-hired again, came across Bowser Jr. and Peach.

Police Pianta 1: So you two were the ones that vandalized our entire island!

Infinite: Officers, I have the perfect punishments for the two of them.

Police Pianta 2: What do you have in mind?

Infinite: Well, you two know that Bowser used to kidnap Peach. Is that correct?

Police Pianta 1: Yes.

Infinite: Well, for Peach, we'll make her spend an entire month with Bowser.

Police Pianta 2: Well, since it is a punishment for graffitiing our fair island, then we'll do it.

Infinite: Toadsworth?

Toadsworth was still on the island beside his plane.

Toadsworth: Yes?

Infinite: You take Peach back to the Mushroom Kingdom and to Bowser's Castle. It's as punishment for her making this whole island all dirty.

Toadsworth: Uhh... okay?

He took Peach to his plane and flew off to the Mushroom Kingdom.

Police Pianta 1: What to do with this whiny little turtle?

Bowser Jr.: Hey!

Infinite: Throw him in a cage and make him watch what I'm gonna do to this thing that's precious to him.

Infinite took out Bowser Jr.'s copy of Super Mario Twilight along with a flamethrower, as the police threw Bowser Jr. in his cage.

Bowser Jr.: Wha... what are you doing?

Infinite got out his flamethrower and started shooting flames at the copy of Super Mario Twilight, which made Bowser Jr. scream and faint. Mario came up to Bowser Jr.'s cage and started taunting him.

Mario: Like a looooooser! Like a looooooser!

Meggy laughed at Mario's behaviour, as the police said a few more words to the couple.

Police Pianta 2: Just so we can make you relax, our entire police force will clean up the rest of the island for you.

Mario: Thank you!

Police Pianta 1: No problem. You two enjoy your time together on your honeymoon!

Mario and Meggy were now sitting together wondering what's left before their honeymoon starts.

Meggy: Well... our adventure is over, Bowser Jr. and Peach got what they deserved, Isle Delfino is shining brightly again, I'm finally able to swim, and now only one thing remains. Will F.L.U.D.D. be okay?

Toad: YAHOO!

Mario and Meggy turned around to see a few Toads holding F.L.U.D.D., who was fixed by the Toads, as he said a few words.

F.L.U.D.D.: The honeymoon starts now!

Mario and Meggy: F.L.U.D.D.!

They ran to F.L.U.D.D. and hugged him.

Mario: I'm so glad you're okay! Can we keep F.L.U.D.D.? Please, Meggy?

Meggy: Of course we can, Mario. He is such a great friend, and great water-spraying robot as well.

Infinite: Well, looks like my time here is done. Goodbye, Mario and Meggy! You two have fun on your honeymoon!

Mario and Meggy: Goodbye, Infinite!

Infinite went back through the portal and returned to his universe, as Mario and Meggy were so excited to start their honeymoon.

Meggy: Be right back, Mario. Gotta change for my first time swimming!

Mario: I'm changing too, you know.

They both changed into their bathing suits, as they ran out to the water together and dived in.

F.L.U.D.D.: Those two lovebirds are so cute together.

They are now underwater, and Meggy is so amazed at the wonders of the sea.

Meggy: This is so amazing!

Mario and Meggy then started to kiss each other underwater, embracing their love to each other.

Mario: I love you, Meggy.

Meggy: I love you too, Mario.

They began to swim through the sea together while holding hands. Their adventure is finally over, and their true honeymoon in Isle Delfino has just begun.
