The Elemental Masters cheer as they deflated Chen's blimp.

"Sink the ferry. No one's getting off this island" Jay cheered

"yeah including us" Aria commented walking away

"The palace and sleeping quarters are all clear. Still no sign of Chen and Clouse" Cole informed them

"What about Skylor?" Kai questioned

"She wasn't able to pick her family, but she was able to pick her friends. And since you're her friend, that means so are we. We'll find her" Lloyd assured him

"He's right. With no way off the island, it'll only be a matter of time" Cole agreed

"yeah no way off for him or us" Aria confirmed

"I'm proud of you five. You've done what the original Elemental masters never could: stick together" Garmadon praised "But you must not rest on your laurels, for your guard is down when you sleep"

"I've been working on something for that, it's called a nightmare barrier" Aria said as she walked over "while I'm asleep a barrier is up, any enemy that steps in it will have their worst nightmares come alive, they're only illusions though"

"Scary but useful" Lloyd approved

Griffin rushes over to the ninja "Chen just figured out Skylor's powers can finish the spell. She's in danger"

"He's replaced his Elemental staff with the Elements in his daughter" Garmadon clarified

"Where?" Kai asked

"Other side of the island" Griffin replied

"Jay, Zane, you take the mech and buggy. Cole and I will take the Roto Jet. Lloyd, you've got your Elemental Energy Dragon" Garmadon instructed "Everyone else stay here and guard the camp. Let's get a move on!"

"Why is Aria staying here?" Lloyd asked

"Because I need to help guard the camp" Aria replied "just go"

"alright" Lloyd agreed "be careful"

Cole and Lloyd returned, Zugu and Eyezor are handed to Karlof.

"Still no sign of Chen?" Aria asked

"He escaped, but we'll find him" Cole replied "Did Zane ever return?"

"Metal man? I have not seen him" Karlof answered

Garmadon returned

"Dad!" Lloyd runs and embrace him.

"I don't see Skylor or Kai" Garmadon says

"They said they were on their way" Shade informs them

Garmadon groans and falls over. His tattoo starts glowing.

Lloyd bent down next to him "Dad, what's wrong? Your tattoo"

"Something inside of me. Something is happening" Garmadon groans in pain

Garmadon is turned into a snake "The spell...the spell, it's completed. If everyone with the mark of the Anacondrai is effected, that means..." The captured Cultists, who have also turned into snakes, free themselves

"Don't worry. I'm always on your side" Garmadon assured them

"Let's get 'em, guys" Cole says

Garmadon, the Ninja, and the Elemental Masters try to hold off the snake-turned cultists.

"Their are too many. Retreat! Get everyone to the palace!" Garmadon ordered "Aria put up a barrier!"

They run to the palace and shut the doors.

"Give me some time" Aria put up her arms and closed her eyes

Cole and the Masters are barricading the doors

Jay gasps when he sees Garmadon "Snake among us!" He readies his Lightning.

Lloyd stopped him "No, don't! It's my father"

"First it was four arms, then you were normal, now you became a Snake. Would you mind picking a body and sticking with it, please?!" Jay asks sarcastically

Kai throws a fireball at the cultists, he tries to burn Chen, but he's immune.

"You think a little Fire can hurt the thick hide of an Anacondrai?" Chen questions

Everyone felt a dark presence as the floor felt like it was pulsing

"nobody move" Aria instructed "I'm scanning the area and marking you elemental master's as none-threats so the barrier doesn't effect you"

The ground turned black as Aria's eyes turned purple "My nightmare barrier is complete"

The Anacondrai stop trying to break in. They all climb up a ladder, only to witness the Anacondrai leaving on the Roto Jet and all of the Blade-Copters.

"Argh! And we had to destroy any other way off the island!" Jay shouts "Who's idea was that?"

"It was you idiot's idea!" Aria shouts "Nobody listens to me! You all say I overreact, but no!"

"I'll go alone" Lloyd says

"And take on his whole army?" Nya questions

"I'm the only one with an Elemental Dragon" Lloyd replied

"I am a dragon" Aria said crossing her arms

Zane flies over with his Dragon "I have one now too"

"Oh, Zane, none of us could do that before. You gotta tell us how you did that!" Jay shouts excited

"I faced my fear. When I realized it wasn't something in front of me that held me back, but something inside me, I found a deeper power. A Dragon power." Zane explained

Kai and Skylor arrived on Kai's Dragon confirming it "Zane's right. We all have this power inside of us. But you have to see that it's not the Anacondrai we're afraid of, it's our doubt. Divided, we failed. But together, we will succeed"

The Masters summon their own Dragons.

"Energy!"

"Lightning!"

"Earth!"

"Metal!"

"Speed!"

"Shadow!"

"Light!"

"Gravity!"

"And I still can't access my dragon form" Aria pouted then turned to Lloyd "attack me"

"...why" Lloyd questions

"the last time I transformed it was after the final battle" Aria said

"come on" Lloyd helped her up onto his dragon "I'd never leave you behind"

The elemental master's took off to Ninjago.

"The battle of our past has returned, but we will rise to meet that challenge" Garmadon says

"Chen brought us here so that only one would remain. Well, we are one!" Kai shouts

Aria held onto Lloyd and sighs "We're all gonna fall into the ocean"
