《A Blind Ninja's Tale》Our Test
Advertisement
So I woke up early because I knew that Shikamaru wouldn't wake up on time. He's not a early riser and neither is my dad but I could be very persuasive. Persuasive as in jumping on top of my dad till he wakes up. Childish I know but it works. After I made sure he was awake. I took a shower and fixed his breakfast and grabbed an Apple for me as I headed to the Nara compound.
Yoshino was expecting me when I showed up at the Nara compound. "Here to wake up my son. Good luck." I smiled at her as I headed for Shikamaru's room. I had a very common method to wake up Shika. I'd come in his room and calmly walk to his bed. Then grab his arm and drag him out of his bed. As he was on the floor I smiled at him. "Morning Shika! Hurry up and get ready. We have to get to the training grounds." He grumbled before saying troublesome woman. And I left the room as he went to get ready. I sat in the living room with Yoshino as Shika took a shower and finally came into the room.
"Good to see you all show up on time. Especially you Shurui considering your parent." I bowed politely and I guess Shika and Choji did as well. "Now to today's test. All you have to do is simply track and catch me. Your test will begin......now!" With that, his aura vanished.
Shikamaru and Choji got in defensive positions while I remained calm. "He's not near us guy's. I sense Shika and Choji relax as I began to search for sensei's aura. "You think you can find him?" Choji said as I sent my chakra outward till I detected sender's familiar aura.

This was meant to be difficult for my team not me. I thought as I dodge Choji's human boulder technique. I had not a lot of time to react as the earth under me split open. Not only is she a tracker nin, she has chakra enhanced strength. Add Shikamaru and his shadow capture as well as Chojis family bloodline and they make a potent team. The ground began to crack again as Shurui created a small crater. I jumped out of the way not noticing that the crater made a ramp for Choji sending him flying toward me. I barely got out of the way and landed behind Shurui but I couldn't move. "Shadow capture complete." Clever plan. No doubt Shikamaru planned this. "Good job you three. I'm happy to say that you passed. Shurui smiles as she turns to her two teammates. "Good job. Let's go eat to celebrate." Choji smiles as Shurui leads the way with those two following. These three will make a great team.

Victor of Tucson [A LitRPG/Progression Fantasy]
Victor was an average eighteen-year-old kid from Tucson, Arizona, trying to figure out his life after high school and focus on getting his act together. One hot summer day, he stepped into his grandma's house and disappeared, snatched out of his life by some unsavory fellows from another world. Things don't get better from there, unfortunately, as the gents who summoned him deem him worthless and offload him to a member of low society who happens to run a pit fighting business. Victor's time in this new world might be short, indeed. Release Schedule: 4k+ word chapters every Sunday and Thursday. Starting in July, I'll have more time, and I will increase post frequency. If you get caught up on this story, you might like my other ongoing novel, Falling with Folded Wings. It's over a thousand pages on RR, with lots more to come.
