After a long, hard day of school harry finaly was able to return to severus's courters, remembering the bad feeling he had gotten while last sitting at the Gryffindore table and deciding it was better to skip dinner in the dining hall. He hadn't seen Draco all day and was getting worried, but he decided it was nothing and continued walking. When he arrived at severus's courters he realized something "Sev never gave me the password! Aww man, what am i gonna do!? I have no clue when he's getting back!" harry franticly thought as he paced the coridoor. But just as he was about to give up on finding a solution the painting of salazar slytherin opened, revealing that severus had been inside the whole time. "Harry? What are you doing out there? Why didn't you come in?" severus asked "O-oh! Well...You s-see...the thing is...you d-didn't ever t-tell me the password!" harry said, worried that severus would be angry and annoyed at him. "Oh! I'm so sorry! I completely forgot. Well, no matter. Come inside and change into your casual clothes. We're going shopping." severus said, stepping aside so that harry could enter "Y-you don't have t-to take me shopping you know. I'm perfectly fine with what i've got." harry said, not wanting severus to waste his money on him. "No harry. We're going shopping. All you have are you're school robes and one other outfit! You need more clothes, especialy when winter rolls around. Now go get dressed." severus said. He clearly wasn't budging on this so Harry deflatedly sauntered back to his room, already feeling bad about the money Severus would waste on him. It took him about 2 minutes to get dressed, when he walked out to the living room he saw sev waiting for him by the door. "Ready to go?" Severus asked "umm... Y-yeah." Harry said back. Severus had decided that Harry was much too weak to apparate with him so he decided just driving there would work. While in the car on the way to Diagon Alley, Severus pierced the silence "So Harry. Judging on how early you got back I'm guessing you didn't eat very much dinner?" Severus questioned "o-oh... Well I actually d-didn't go to the dining hall at all..." Harry said "why didn't you?" Severus asked. "Well... I've actually been meaning to talk to you about that. It's just that... L-lately I haven't really felt at home at the Gryffidore table. I-t's like every time I sit down there I just feel... Out of place. And I always find myself looking over to the Slytherin table for some reason." Harry answered, unsure if how Severus would react to this. "Oh... Well, I guess it wouldn't hurt to tell you. It's the only theory I've got." Severus mumbled "w-what are you talking about?" Harry asked.
