"Have we met before?", the oh so familiar voice asked.
Karl was dancing at a masquerade with a stranger, that he knew to be Sapnap in an other timeline.
"No. I'm afraid we haven't."
"But your eyes seem so familiar and the way you talk and light up the room with a mere smile. It's like I couldn't forget someone like you."
The man softly touched his cheek and Karl thought of Sapnap. His beloved Sapnap, the man he promised to marry.
The man he danced with was called James and he had the same warmth that his fiancee had.
The same smile, the same eyes, the same soul.
"I'm sorry, but I'm already taken.", Karl said, pushing away the hand from his cheek.
"The person must be lucky."
"He likes to say so. I find it endearing.", Karl said with a smile.
God he missed his Sapnap.
"I'm gonna leave now, have a nice night, James."
When Karl was finally back in his own timeline, after passing the inbetween, he couldn't wait to see his fiancee.
Sapnap was still asleep, when Karl attacked him with all the love he had to give.
"Good morning", he mumbled, as he tiredly wrapped his arms around Karl, "Did you time travel again? What was you adventure this time?"
"I was at a masquerade some decades ago and I met a man that carried your soul back then.", Karl told him, "His name was James."
"And? Did James fall in love with you too?"
Karl giggled. "Yes, I think so, but I told him that I was taken, cause even if it's your soul, it's not you. I only settle for the original, cause", he leaned in closer, "you're the only one for me"

Sapnap smiled, when he leaned in for a kiss.
"You never fail to make me feel special.", he whispered, kissing Karl again.
"That's probably because I'm so in love with you, that I'll always find a way to make you feel special and loved and like you're all mine.", Karl said, kissed the tip of Sapnaps nose, "I love you."
"I love you too, my darling."

Shade and Flow
In the Wastelands, if you were cursed by Shade, you were destined to be shunned, driven away, even killed on sight; you were a creature of darkness, of shadow, cold-blooded and unwanted. But, if you were blessed by Flow, you were the best humankind could offer, a role-model for any sapients. Loke and Nova were born by the same parents, yet even though they embodied the two faces of the medal, they lived in the same dreadful circumstances, but what would happen if one day the greatest beings of the world decided that the siblings would become their Champions? A Warning: There is an Anti-hero lead for a reason, and there should also be a Y.A. tag, but RR doesn't have it; therefore here it is. So, there's going to be blood, there might be carnage, but there will also be wholesomeness, romance, and affection. But most importantly, there will be Action. About the LitRPG: This novel is a slow-burn, with a lot of character development, yet the LitRPG element starts in Chapter 3 and becomes more prominent as the protagonist evolves his Skill. Further elements appear in Chapter 38. I'm not a native speaker: If you see any typos, please point them out, and I shall fix them as soon as possible. Thank you! Release Days: Twice a weak Release Time: ~ 09:00 PM UTC Words per chapter: ~3000

School-life & Swordfights: A Clubs and Stubs Tale
Warning: Clubs and Stubs contains strong language and situations throughout that may not be suitable for younger readers. "This story takes place in a fantasy world with a modernish setting. It mainly follows four students of Hardires High School who are members of one of the greatest Team Arena Squads in the history of gladiatorial school athletics. Already two-time high-school world champions, they have entered their fourth and final year of high school in hopes of capturing a third straight world championship—something that no other school on the continent has accomplished. As they prepare for an upcoming match with a rival school, it becomes evident that keeping their two-and-a-half-year winning streak alive will be tougher than expected. As both personal and external problems abound for the student-gladiators, can they manage to keep it together under the constant pressure of being the perfect fighting unit? A blend of action, drama, adventure, and humor collide in this brand-new series!" Thanks so much for checking out my story! This is the first time that I've released any of my work to a public space so any feedback, be it positive or negative (but please be respectful if so) would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping that this story is only the beginning of a long-running series of short stories set in the Clubs and Stubs universe. Temporary Book Cover Design by David Watson The release schedule is rather tentative, but the goal is to release a chapter every 2-4 days. I want to make sure that every scene is the best it can be before it’s released, so it may take a bit longer especially if it's a longer chapter. However, no chapter should take more than a week to be released. Each scene varies in length, but are usually between 1,000 to 2,000 words.
