"I've been chasing you down for years, I won't let you escape this time."

George smiled, giggled at the words.

"Dreamie, you're so charming and oh, so dumb."

"Dumb?"

"Oh yes, as much as I love to have you on top of me like this, I know you'll let me go again. Your morals will get the best of you."

"What do you mean?"

"If you turn me in, they'll kill me and we both know you love me to much already, you won't let them kill me."

George kissed Dreams cheek, voice getting more serious now.

"I'm so scared Dream. I'm so scared of dying."

Dream felt his facade weakening.

"Stop this nonsense."

"Dream you're everything I want to be, you're so good. I love you.", George suddenly said, before he captured Dreams lips with his own.

"I love you.", he whispered after every kiss.

Dream gave in, pressed George harder against the ground, as he let go of his hands running his fingers through Georges hair instead.

George pushed his hands under Dreams shirt, pulled him closer.

"Please don't let them kill me.", the brunette whispered, as Dream started kissing his neck, "Please protect me."

They ended up between messy sheets.

"You didn't mean it, when you said that you loved me, did you?", Dream asked, heart heavy in his chest.

George kissed his neck lazily.

"I meant it, all those years of you chasing me, all the times you let me go, despite what I did... I adore you."

They fell silent.

"Do you love me too?"

Dream kissed him, sighed.

"I do and because I do, I'll have to let you go. Again."

"Just come with me. We'll run away, I have a friend in Mexico, from there we'll get a new ID and fly over to England. It'll be just you and me from there."

Dream intervened their fingers.

"You and me, huh? A criminal and his detective boyfriend."

"Boyfriend... I like that."

George kissed his forehead.

"What do you say?"

"Promise me, that you'll never do anything wrong again. No drug deals, no assassinations, no nothing."

"I promise. I'll do better, for you."

"We leave tonight."

The blonde pressed a soft kiss to Georges cheek.

"Unbelievable, I swore I'd get ever criminal locked up and now I'm gonna be one myself."

"You're a pretty criminal, if that helps your situation.", George said, smiling.

Dream chuckled.

"Not really, but thank you."

"Now it's us against the world."
