You were out drinking with Sakura and Ino when you drank a cocktail. It was tasting a bit different, little did you know, Hidan of the Akatsuki had given you that drink. Your head swirled and you fell down.

When you woke up you were inside the hospital. Your insides were bleeding rapidly. Then you heard muffling noises and saw a blur vision of Naruto arguing with Sakura and Ino. "Lord Hokage, your wife, did you know she has cancer?"

You were eating ice cream from a random ice cream man and he wanted to give Sintea a specific ice cream that looked like it had a different flavor, but you being you, ate the ice cream instead. As you ate it, you felt a weird feeling in your head. You held your head and passed out.

When you woke up you were in the hospital and saw a pair of sharingan eyes. They belonged to Sasuke but you couldn't really see it since you were seeing everything blur. The doctor came and said, "Mr. Uchiha, Mrs. Uchiha, your wife, said you know she has cancer?"

You were eating a sandwich sent by your mom when you felt dizzy all of a sudden. You held your chest and screamed in pain. (2nd son name) came to your side with his byakugan activated and (1st son name) called up Neji. (Daughter name) took Hinawäri and you passed out.

When you woke up you were in the hospital. You saw Neji a blur sitting with a stressed face as the doctor said something that caught your ears, "Mr. Hyūga, I am sorry to announce that your wife has a heart condition and she needs to stay in the hospital."

You were drinking water when all of a sudden you felt a stinging pain in your chest. You groaned and Emerald quickly came to your side. Her emerald green eyes were shining with curiosity. "Mommy what's wrong?" She asked. "Nothing sweetie pie I-" you passed out still holding your chest.

When you woke up seeing blurry, you saw Gaara with an angry face as the doctor spoke. "Lord Kazekage, I am sorry to announce that your wife has a heart condition."
