represents the civilization, when Jungkook ripped it away from Tae, he also lost the last string to the normal world and his old life.

represents Taehyung's wish for safety and are the people Jungkook has killed with his bare hands. Also the ones to be suspicious of him and end up getting caught and killed. If Jungkook was going to kill Tae, he would become a dolphin, not a shark. Can't be killed by the sharks as they are part of the island.

peaceful until Jungkook orders them or blood meets the water. Once the survivors to get onto the island and the ones to be under Jungkook's spell. Get completely mindless as their humanity is sucked out of them. Can't be killed by the dolphins as they are part of the island.

represents the little hope in leaving the island.

seems like the perfect idyll but is actually like a venus fall trap, Jungkook was its first victim. Controls everything around and on it. Unknown where it got its powers from. Turned Jungkook into a sea creature and demands sacrifices for him to be allowed to stay. Accepts Taehyung's presence as well for which Jungkook has to bring more sacrifices.

kept up by Jungkook who has to bring new humans to the island in order to provide it with power. Once there is a new ship in sight, he makes it crash, the survivors get onto the island, Jungkook gets their trust and have them built a float, they get killed and/or turned into sharks.

represent Jungkook's toxic influence on Taehyung and that Taehyung somehow ends up being a hidden part in the circle

represents new hope for Taehyung

makes him part of the island and the sea which gives him water powers. But also shows he's a slave himself as he cannot leave the island and has to fulfill its wishes. Also shows his true character behind the angelic features.

meant to capture the survivors and make them believe it's paradise when it's a hidden trap

the deeper and more dangerous part, save haven to Taehyung as he tries hiding in the depths multiple times

the beginning and end of every circle, main scenery, Jungkook's main territory on the island

Jungkook's controlled area, inhabited by the sharks and the much weaker dolphins

the incarnation of Taehyung's insanity

Taehyung seemed to have dreamed all of this, as I mentioned in the last paragraph of chapter 50. But what exactly did he dream about? He dreamed about Jungkook. Taehyung was the one to experience everything but he was also the one to initiate everything.

It was all in his imagination, except for the fact that he landed on the island but alone and his mind turned insane.

Taehyung is Jungkook. I've given you hints all splattered across the book and shown the process of how easy it was for Taehyung to lose himself.

Jungkook never existed. Taehyung was the one to strand on the beach back when I mentioned Jungkook's past only with the difference, that it's Taehyung's past. It was all Taehyung's doing, creating a bad character in his mind after killing the people because he couldn't deal with what he has become.

Taehyung stranded and became insane after fighting for his own survival, showing the worst of himself, not being able to deal with the loneliness so he created this character in his dream.

Taehyung thinks this is real but is also confused on why this reality seems to be twisted. He was captured in his own dream, by his own mind.
