《His Cheetah | Soulmate/Hybrid | Jimin x Reader✔》Chapter 7

Hey guys!!! From now on, there will be either a little hybrid fact or soulmate fact at the beginning of each chapter. I guess I'll start one today with a hybrid fact!
***
"Suho!" you call, "is there anything else that needs to be done before I can go home?" Suho looks up from the cell phone he was working on and shakes his head at you.
"Have fun with your soulmate! Don't be awkward and, most importantly, call me if he tries something with you." Suho looks at you with a stern look. You laugh and flick his forehead. "I will, you fool. I won't forget." Suho smiles and waves you off.
Today was the day that you meet your soulmate, Jimin, again. You were hella nervous and extremely anxious. You wonder if he felt the same as you did.
You quickly sprint back home. Once inside, you immediately started the cleaning process. You had been texting Jimin all day and had already given him your apartment address. You both were extremely excited and had been chatting about it the entire week. No information about the other has been dished out, however. You wanted to wait to talk in person, and your soulmate agreed.
At around 7:00, your entire house was clean and was smelling like bleach. You hated the smell so you opened the window. The sky was turning a warm orange color and you gazed at it thoughtlessly. Jimin would arrive soon and you couldn't help but to feel nervous. Was his personality the same as it was on all of those videos you've watched of him? Or perhaps he was actually mean? The thought of Jimin being different had you bite your claws.*
Bad thoughts continued to pound in your mind. You were so scared that he would be different. You didn't know if you should act yourself or be a different person towards him. Why would the universe choose you anyway? You were just a normal girl--
No you're not.
Then you felt it.
Jimin's heartbeat.
You bounced up and zoomed around the apartment, doing some last minute straightening up. You were sure that Jimin wouldn't notice if a book was barely out of place on the shelf, but your perfectionist self wanted everything to be perfect for the one whom you were deemed to spend the rest of eternity with.
The heartbeat kept growing stronger. You could feel in Jimin's emotions that he was also quite scared, so that helped ease some of your nerves.

Jimin was now right outside of your door. He's double checking that this was the right room, you think.
Knock knock!
"Coming!" you call. You slowly make your way towards the man awaiting you. You're reaching for the door handle when it hits you.
Your BT21 pillows are everywhere!
You can't let Jimin see those. It would be too embarrassing. You curse a little too loud and use your speed to gather your plushies and toss them into your room. You can feel Jimin's heartbeat quicken as his worry for the meeting transfers to worry for you.
"Y/N?" he calls. At that moment, you slam the door open and look at Jimin with frantic eyes.
"H-Hi, Jimin!"
Jimin looks at you with confusion. You stare back at him with the same emotion.
"A-Are you okay? It sounded like a tornado was going on in there. . ." he looks past you into your house and you only then realize that Jimin was still standing outside. You take a second to take in his appearance.
Jimin was sporting a black Puma hoodie and black ripped jeans. He had a gray beanie covering his permanent blonde hair and was wearing a black face mask.
He looked like he was on his way to rob a bank. You hold back a snicker.
Jimin blinks twice and cocks his head to the side.
You come back into your senses and invite Jimin into your home. He gives you a small smile and steps in after you. You close the door and turn around only to be met with Jimin staring at you, mask now off. You mimic him and cock your head to the side.
Jimin gives you a warm smile, steps closer, and wraps his arms around your waist. "Here's that hug that I promised," he whispers.
You freeze from the incredible feeling that courses through you. Three seconds later, you wrap your arms around Jimin's neck and rest your chin against his shoulder. Jimin was only a couple inches taller than you so it worked out greatly.
You felt so safe in his grasp. You no longer could feel the loneliness that had been coursing through you for the past few days without Jimin's presence. You sigh and snuggle your face into the crook of his neck. Jimin tightens his arms around you.
After about seven seconds (even though it felt like forever), Jimin finally pulled back. He frowned and stepped backwards.
"I-Is there something wrong? Did you fall or something?" he asked. Your cheeks flushed reds and you looked down at your hands. "N-No, I--"

"Oh."
You look back up.
"Come again?"
You notice something in Jimin's hand. You peek at it and the sight of it makes your heart stop.
He was holding your Chimmy plushy.
"You were trying to hide these weren't you?" Jimin chuckles.
You laugh in embarrassment. "N-N-No--I. . . Yes," you sigh.
Jimin giggles and grabs your hand. "Let's sit and talk!" You nod your head and lead him to your couch.
"Since I'm sure you know a lot about me, how about you tell some things about you!" You smile and lean back more into the couch.
"Well, my name is Y/N L/N, I've lived in about five different countries since I was six, I'm a hybrid, and I have one friend."
Jimin blinks in surprise. "Really? You only have one friend?"
"Yeah," you reply. "I lost all of my other ones in my. . . recent move. . ."
Jimin looks at you in sympathy. "It was because they found out about you being a hybrid, wasn't it?" You nod sadly.
"Speaking of, what type of hybrid are you?" he asks. You look down to your hands. "I'm a cheetah."
Jimin blinks at you in surprise. "You came from Africa?"
"Y-Yeah. I-I would really rather not talk about that right now. . ." You look at Jimin. You can tell that he wants to know more but decides not to push it.
"Anyway, what type of hybrid are you?" Jimin looks away from you in embarrassment.
"I-I-I'm a. . ." You stare at him in expectancy.
"A fennec fox."
You continue your stare. A wide smile breaks onto your face.
"That's so cute, Jimin! Aren't those the little small foxes with the humongous ears? No wonder you're so short!" You can't help but to tease him. You get up and dance around the living room, thinking about how cute you were sure Jimin was in his animal form.
"Hey! I am not short! I'm taller than you!" he quickly tries to defend himself.
You snort. "I'm almost as tall as you, Chim. I'm tall for a girl." You giggle and plop yourself back down on the couch. You glance at Jimin and notice that he is avoiding eye contact. His face is a deep red color. Realization comes crashing into you and you gasp loudly.
"I-I'm sorry! I always read fanfictions with people calling you Chim--wait! No I don't read fanfictions--pshh--of course I don't! I--"
"Y/N!" Jimin laughs. "It's okay. It was just new for me. Usually the other members call me nicknames like that, and sometimes fans. I usually pay no attention to it, but this time it was different. . ." Jimin clears his throat and looks down at his hands. A shy smile appears on your face.
"I'm going to release my ears and tail. Please feel free to do so, too; nobody will walk in on us. The only person you could worry about is my best friend Suho, but he's a hybrid too, so there's nothing to worry about." Jimin nods his head and lets his animal parts free. You watch in awe as they grow. You now could understand why Jimin was the only member of BTS who could never change his hair color permanently. His ears and tail were a sandy color and matched Jimin's blonde hair perfectly. The tail connected to his lower back looked extremely fluffy and all you wanted to do was touch it. Jimin noticed your stare and smirked lightly.
"You want to touch?" He moved his tail over to the small empty spot that was in between you and him. You nod your head without thinking and immediately and reached for the fluffy tail. Your fingers connected and a huge grin broke on your face.
It's so soft!
Jimin gasps. You quickly move your hand away. "I-Is it uncomfortable? Shit, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that." You cover your face in your hands.
"N-N-No! D-Don't stop. . ." he growls. You look at him in surprise. Jimin's eyes have become noticeably dark and his hand are clenched into fists.
"HUH?"
"Keep going. Play with my tail."
You blink twice. Was he serious? Did it feel that blissful? Slowly, your hand moves over to his tail and you grab onto it. Jimin closes his eyes and leans back into the couch. Your hands glide over Jimin's soft fur while Jimin lays back and enjoys the feeling.
Then he moans.
Moans.
"Y-Y/N, don't stop," he moans. "Never stop."

This must be in the hidden gems collection " -3ndlesslove"This was, by far, the best one I've read. It just resonated with me when it came to Noah's POV. It wasn't something that just magically came together. It took time and effort for them to get to where they are, and I respect that.
