"I wish he could've given us time to explain." I look over at Jah. "Now I really feel like I'm losing him."

"Tell me about it, he's pretty much my older brother." he looks over at me.

"Jah. It's like he isn't himself lately. Ever since he met Gen, he's acted like he doesn't care, and either way if he is with her, why would he care so much about me having a boyfriend." I say confused.

"I know you said it to get Tyler away from me, but IF I had one, then why would Stokeley care that much? He has someone, so why couldn't I if I wanted to?" I start ranting.

"Billie, I don't know how to explain what he's feeling because I'm not him, but before you came outside he sounded jealous or something." Jah says.

"Jealous? Why would he be jealous? I'm the jealous one. That can't be right." I deny

"Look, it's like he wants to be with you but he is with someone else is what i'm guessing. Maybe he went for Gen because you said you didn't want to date." he suggests.

"Jah, that's the thing, There are certain reasons I said that but I can't say, but when he protected me from Logan, that's when I wanted to be with him."

"And ever since the party happened, everything has changed, I don't want everything to keep changing Jahseh. I'm terrified of change." I add on.

"Me too Billie. change is terrifying but sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad and to be quite honest, I don't like Geneva one bit." he laughs.

"Me either! She keeps threatening me." I look down.

"What?" Jah says concerned.

"She keeps saying stuff like "Stokeley

is mine, not yours I know you like him ." And whenever Stokeley comes back she acts all sweet like nothing happened. She's fake." I explain.

"Billie, you have to talk to Stokeley about this." he says.

"How can I? He won't talk to either of us." I sigh.
