I sat on the edge of my bed staring at the blank wall. Stokeley is on my mind 24/7 now. It's like there's nothing better to do.
"Bestfriend!" Stokeley called out from the living room. I quickly stood up and walked to the living room to see a girl standing beside him.
"Who's this." I asked. "My girlfriend." He replied cheesing hard as ever. My whole mood changed. Not only does he have a girlfriend, I have to actually talk to the bitch.

"Hi I'm Chanel." She said smiling holding her hand out. "I'm Chantell." I quickly replied shaking her hand. She walked and sat down on the couch. I followed.
"So, how long have you too known each other." She asked Stokeley and I. I looked at him and back at her. "About 10 months I replied. She nodded and sat on Stokeley's lap. I slightly frowned. She grinned at me.
"Chantell. May I talk to you for a moment.... in private." Chanel blurted. She got up and went towards my room. I followed.
"Stokeley told me all about you guys past. I know you're not over him. But you need to be because he's my man now. Ok sweetie?" She went off. I gave her a stank face. She gave me one back and stormed out of my room

I would consider it a part of the GameLit subgenre. This series in particular is not an isekai, and will start and end in a high fantasy setting complete with its own lore and backstory. It is a progression fantasy, and I am writing it inspired by all the Yu-Gi-Oh mangas/animes, and all the hours I've invested/wasted (depending on who you ask) playing TCGs like Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic: The Gathering. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a work in progress. In your journey through Stormwall alongside Tay, you'll probably find typos, grammatical errors, and maybe a confusing sentence every once in a while (although I hope to keep these to a minimum).
