Miku's POV

"U-Um...Len, Kaito, How about we just all walk back home? With no problems or casualties...Or fights..."

Kaito sighs and lowers his guard.

"Okay...Fine. But I'm only doing this for you."

I sigh in relief.

"Good. Thank you." I give him a smile.

"And you..." I turn around and face Len.

I punch him as hard as I can in the arm.

"Ow...!"

"Stop acting so rude towards Kaito! You know he's a very close friend of mine!"

I stomp away in anger. These two idiots are gonna be the death of me...

Kaito's POV

Len falls on his knees and grips his arm. It sounds like he's crying?

I crouch down next to him.

"It seemed like she punched you really hard. Are you okay? Did it hurt?"

"N-Not at all!" Len lifts his face. His face is red because of how hard he's trying, not to burst out laughing. He stands up and fixes his composture.

"She's so cute when she's mad." Len gazed at Miku with the most heartfelt smile I've ever seen on him. I cross my arms and lean up against a tree.

"I know...Her cheeks get all puffy and pink that you can't help but feel love towards her..."

"Eh?"

"Did you just say--

"I-I didn't say anything!" I quickly start denying any accusations he's making.

"You heard me wrong! I didn't mean it like that, I-I just--

"Yes you did! You just said you love her-

"Sh-Shh! Shut up!! I love her in a b-big brother kind of way!" I yell out. My face is bright red and my heart is thumping so hard I think it might burst out my chest. Len's tail is waging like crazy. This guy...

"Oi! Are you guys coming or not?" Miku yells from up ahead.

"Ah- Y-Yeah!" I yell back.

We start walking in the opposite direction Miku came from. Obviously. We don't want to get lost on the woods now, do we? Just the three of us...no light...no boundaries....anything could happen.
