(With Heather)

It had been at least a week since Heather had seen Naya, but Heather knew that sooner or later she would have to see her and they would have to talk about what happened. Heather had stayed at home all week, because really she couldn't do anything she had left her car, phone, and purse with all her necessities and Naya's. Of course she had gotten all these questions thrown at her by Taylor. He had asked her about her car but she had just made up a lie saying that Naya had a family emergency and that she had let her borrow it, and that in the rush she had left her things in there. After that he didn't seem to ask anything more, which Heather was relived about.

Heather did miss Naya, but she was still afraid of seeing her. She was afraid that if she saw her Naya might notice the love pouring out of her eyes. She was afraid that somehow Naya would manage to make her tell her the real feelings she felt towards the other women. Heather was even afraid of admitting her feelings to herself she would try pushing those feelings away, but it didn't matter how much she tried they would always come back... They always did.

"Hmm..." Heather sighted out loud. She was sitting in her backyard dipping her feet into the large pool. Taylor had left to a baseball practice and had offered Heather to join him but she had refused. Heather wanted to be alone and truthfully Heather hated baseball. The hot and dirtiness to her it was terrible she hated it. She didn't mind getting dirty, but not like that. She liked the water, rocks, mountains, the cool breeze the smell of nature. Not the smell oh dirty, sweaty guys. Naya and her always got sweaty at rehearsal but that was different Naya always smelled good even when sweating, and that smell Heather enjoyed.

That door bell rang and the sound travelled throughout the house. "Coming!" Heather screamed as she ran to the door. The bell then started sounding on and on "Cooomingg!" Heather screamed louder. By the way the doorbell kept going on Heather immediately thought it was Lea. No she knew it was Lea only Lea would be impatient like that Naya nor Taylor ever did that unless there was an emergency.

Heather finally got to the door and as so it was Lea. "Lea. What's the matter?" Heather asked. "If fine thank you for asking." Lea said in a sarcastic tone. Heather wasn't really in the mood to joke around so she asked again. "What's the matter Lea?" At that Lea's face expression changed. "What's the matter Heather? What's the matter? Really?" She asked assuming Heather was just acting like she didn't know. "Umm yes. As far as I know everyone is okay and nothing new has happened." Heather said trying to remember if indeed something had happened but nothing came to mind. "I'll tell you what's new. You don't pick up my calls, and you always do." At that Heather busted out laughing loudly she couldn't believe her friend was making a huge deal out of some unanswered phone calls. "What's so funny Heather? I was worried about you, you and Naya. That girl hasn't picked up anyone's calls either that's why Dianna and I decided to go check up on you guys. D went over to Naya's and well I came here.

So now that I see your okay the real question is why aren't you with Naya? You guys are always together." "We are not!" Heather said defensively, but knowing that what Lea was saying was true. Lea looked at Heather with a raised eyebrow. "Okay, okay may be a little." Heather said showing defeat. "A little? Really Heather? Its like you guys live together." "Hmm yea. Well things happened and yea." Heather said trailing off to the events of last week. "What things? What happened Heather? What happened that I don't know?" Lea questioned. "Okay first of all stop that. Stop with all the repetitive questions and may be I'll consider telling you." Heather said not really wanting to tell Lea anything, but it seemed Lea really wanted to know because by that Lea sat quietly on the couch looking up at Heather with a waiting look. After a while Heather too sat on the couch and started explaining the events of the other day to her friend. By the time she was done Heather was already dropping heavy tears onto her cheeks. Lea felt bad for Heather she was the only one that had known Heather loved Naya a long time ago. Lea got close to her and held her in a tight, comforting embrace.
