《Baby LaurenzSides.》Nero Part 1

I woke up at 11:45 on a summer morning. I went into the kitchen of my new apartment to get some breakfast. While I was eating I got a call from Nero, my boyfriend. I answered the phone and said "Hello?" Nero said back "Hi Lauren! I just wanted to see if you were doing anything on Friday!" "No I'm not, why do you ask?" I asked. "I wanted to see if you wanted to go on a date!" Nero said excitedly. "Oh, sure Nero! See you then!" I said happily. "Okay, bye Lauren!" Nero said. "Bye Nero!" I said joyfully. Then Nero hanged up. A week or two after the date with Nero he had to move away. "Lauren, I have to move away so I can take care of my mom in London..." Nero said sadly. I was so shocked. I couldn't imagine me being without him at the time. "It's okay Nero, I'll still remember you even if you are somewhere else..." I told him. "Thanks Lauren." Nero said as he started to cheer up. "No problem Nero!" I said happily. After about a week Nero finally moved to London and I was all alone. He knew that he would come back to NYC soon so he decided that we should break up because online relationships are hard but we would get back together once he moved back. So there I was, sitting on the couch eating potato chips. After a while I decided that I shouldn't sit around all day and be sad so I went to a restaurant. This restaurant was absolutely packed so it I had to wait awhile. I was planning on just leaving but I'm glad I didn't. When I finally got a seat I was sat behind a guy. He was alone at the restaurant too. After he left I got a quick glimpse of his face. After I left I was walking home because I lived close to the restaurant. As I was walking I started to zone out. The next thing I realised was me bumbing into the guy I saw at the restaurant! "I-I'm so sorry!" I said in shock. "It's okay, I'm Bobby." He said. "I'm Lauren." I said. "Well it's nice to meet you Lauren." Bobby said as he extended his arm out to me. "It's nice to meet you too." I said as I took his hand and shook it. As he walked away, I started to realise that Nero wasn't the best for me. I mean, he hated video games and I loved them and he always had things planned to do everyday and I never got to sit at home and be lazy. He was also really controlling and he always wanted me to say yes to everything he wanted to do. As I thought about it more I realised that I shouldn't get with Nero again. After a couple of more days I was heading to a friend house that lived near to me. When I was walking I bumped into Bobby once again. "Oh! Sorry Bobby I'm so clumsy!" I said, suprised. "Oh, hi again Lauren!" Bobby said. (I'm sorry that it took me forever to post I was having writers block and I was feeling lazy so yeah sorry)

2332: Fleeing the Arrakis
What if you can build a town that moves faster than the speed of light? Silas Creedy, a retired Olympic Fencer in his late twenties, has befallen hard times in a crashing economy caused by dwindling rare minerals on Earth and Helium-3 on the lunar surface. He works as a manual laborer for the Space Force, accepting a measly pay while maintaining a strong physique. On Monday morning, Silas receives a notice of termination, but General Grant Freeman makes a dangerous offer: explore a distant star system in a top-secret electrogravitic spaceship while wearing a prototype exosuit that augments reality into a role-playing game. The objectives? Locate a source of Helium-3. Plain and uncomplicated. Silas accepts, but on an Earth-like planet he comes across a seemingly unmanned crashed spaceship that has a remarkably similar aesthetic to his exosuit. As local Fauna attack him, the crashed ship’s AI hijacks his suit’s programming, fends off the the locals, and repairs itself by fusing with Silas’ ship. Silas soon finds himself in the midst of a war between two Kardashev type-3 civilizations vying for dominance over the Milky Way. With his new AI companion, Tracey, Silas decides to go on the run to keep Earth’s location secret. Contains profanity, gore, transhumanism, and eventual real-world LitRPG character stats and spaceship-building mechanics.

Shattered Realms - A Pathfinder/D&D game
Broke adventurers looking for a quick and easy paycheck are thrust together as circumstances around them get weirder and weirder. Authors note: This is an ongoing Pathfinder (DnD) game, which will inevitably contain references to other works due to the nature of nerds. Chapters will be random lengths, mostly as long as a game session and depending on how much I can embelish it. Also, some details may change retroactively to maintain consistency. I'm not going to write it as LitRPG, mostly because that's extra work. I'd rather the flow of the story not be interrupted by numbers. I am aiming for updates within a week or two of the game session, which will usually be weekly. Finally, there is a light swearing, gore and sexual references warning. I will update this warning if needed, but will also not write in anything that's too graphic or irrelevant to the story.
