"Show us! Show us! Show us!" They chanted.
"Uh... I-I'm not that good." I tried to get out of it, but it seemed like they wouldn't stop pestering me until I showed them.
"Show us! Show us!" They continued.
"Please, Felix hyung! I wanna see!" Jeongin gave me his adorable puppy dog eyes, and he knew I couldn't say no to him.
"Alright, alright, fine..." I got up from my comfortable spot on the bed, regretting telling them I could dance. Unwillingly, I drew out my phone from my back pocket and dug through my camera roll. I finally found a video of my team that was acceptable enough to show them, and laid my phone on the floor so they could feast their eyes upon it. I backed away from the group and sat back down on Chan's desk to see their reactions.
"Felix!" Minho shrieked, only about 6 seconds into the video. "Why didn't you tell me earlier? You're so FREAKING good! We should practice together sometime!"
"Ah, thank you. But I'm not as good as you." I said shyly.
"Well, obviously. I'm the best." He rolled his eyes matter-of-factly.
"Be nice, hyung." Hyunjin gave him a look. "We can all practice together sometime."
Everyone except Chan began nodding and complimenting my dancing. His eyes were still intently staring at the screen, engulfed in the clip.
"I think he's in love." Jisung pointed to Chan, who was still staring at my phone in a trance.
"What??!" Chan snapped out of it in half a second and slapped Jisung, trying to hide his beet red cheeks.
"You- You're good." He said, staring at the floor.
I giggled in response. It was funny to see someone else embarrassed for once. "Thank you."

"Let's watch a movie, I'm bored." I suggested. They all agreed and went to pick a movie on Netflix.
We ended up picking a show instead, just to see how many episodes we could get through before falling asleep.
By the fifth episode, everyone was passed out on the couch except for Chan, Seungmin, and me. Chan saw that most of us were asleep, and reached for the remote to turn of the TV.
"Let's stop now, it's almost 1am." He suggested, and we nodded tiredly. However, I knew I wasn't going to be able to get any rest tonight. I didn't bring any pills for insomnia, so I was planning to just entertain myself on my phone until I got home the next day.
We climbed into our own sleeping bags quietly and turned off the lights.
"G'night!" Chan whispered. Seungmin was already out the moment he disappeared under his blankets.
I was scrolling through my Instagram feed for at least 10 minutes when I received a text from Chan. I glanced at him and gave him a confused look.
Hey :)
Hi lol
I thought you were tired?
I'm okay. How are ya?
Fine, just have insomnia.
It would probably help to not be staring at a bright screen, u know.
I'd go crazy on you right now if I wasn't distracted. Wouldn't want an anxiety attack right now, would I?
jk
Oh
It's okay, I'll text you until u doze off
Probably not anytime soon... I'll be fine, you should get some sleep.
You always say that ;(
Nah, I can't sleep either.

Everyone knows how the general story is supposed to go. A man, unwittingly going about his normal and ordinary life, is suddenly whisked off to a game style fantasy world where he is expected to become the unwavering hero of the realm. That is until the summoned hero throws a Hail Mary and gets himself transported to a tutorial world before the summoning can be completed. Add in a clumsy goddess and a broken planet and that is just where our story begins... Greetings all, thanks for taking the time to read this. This is my first story here on RRL and it's becomming one of the things I look forward to working on each day. As of June 2020, the story description has been updated (now that the characters have told me what was actually going on this author thought it prudent to update this) . Updates will be sporatic as i have time to juggle real life with writing. You the readers have become an integral part of the story helping to decide how things will progress, so enjoy the story and please leave a review or rating so this author can continue to improve the story. New chapters coming soon with edits to existing ones in process As a side note, I wish I could add a science tag to this. While this is still fiction, I have been incorporating real life scientific theories and explanations for how things could be *plausibly* explained. (No, I will not lecture on these points, but they are added to author notes) ~badw0lf

Deciding to allow humans a chance at having a wished granted or a question answered, Rynovar created a quest fifty years into his reign. Upon completing the quest, those who undertook it would be granted an audience with him and permission to make a single request or ask a single question. However, two and a half centuries after he issued the quest, none had succeeded and the quest was believed impossible, several stages of it having never before been completed. When nineteen-year-old Cyrus met Lyda at a restaurant, he broke the norm of his life cleaning up his brothers' messes and keeping them behaving to avoid causing issues for the public. Upon hearing her desire to earn enough money to attempt Rynovar's quest, Cyrus chose to help her complete what was believed to be one of the quests' impossible stages, revealing that he himself had a question for the god he wanted answered...
