《Seduce Me》Part 1-Meet and Dinner

Lillia was into the arts and creativity at her university. She had the support of her parents and a few friends. She was tall with fair skin and had curly dark blonde and black hair and always dressed well.
Despite all that, Lillia wasn't with anyone. She had only moved into her own apartment a couple of months ago and hadn't dated. It would cross her mind at times but she didn't dwell on it.
One day when she wasn't at university she noticed an advertisement for an event happening downtown. Many people who were well known were attending this event and she wanted to go. She checked online and found the location of the building plus which subway station was close by.
Lillia had never gone to an event like this before and wasn't sure which outfit to wear. She went into her closet and found the perfect one.
The next day...
Lillia checked her reflection to make sure her black jumpsuit wasn't linted up or dusty. After that, she took her handbag and headed downtown.
25 minutes later...
Once she got to the event building she noticed it was packed and many of the well known individuals were there.
Lillia didn't meet them all but met one from Central Canada and a few others from the West Coast of the United States.
She noticed there was someone sitting at one table who she never heard of. Was he a celebrity? A friend of one? Whoever he was he caught her eye. A tall man with dark hair and incredibly bright colored eyes. Lillia notice he caught her staring and quickly turned away. When she glance back she notice he was smiling at her. Was she imagining things?
Lillia remembered the bathroom was nearby and went in that direction.
"Excuse me miss, but are you heading to the bathroom?"
She turned around and saw the same man she'd stared at was speaking to her.

"Yes."
"Can you possibly go and check if a wallet is there? One of my security guard's girlfriend last had it there." He asked her.
"Sure." She smiled.
Lillia went and found a pink wallet and handed it to the man. He smiled at her and she felt her heart skip a beat. In dress pants, dress shirt, suit and tie and thick dark hair he was dashing. This man was incredibly handsome, especially when he smiled.
"Thank you miss."
Lillia regained her concentration.
"You're very welcome sir."
He took her hand and kissed it.
"What is your name?"
"Lillia Simpson."
"Are you enjoying the event here Lillia?"
"Yes, I am."
He noticed she had a reusable bag with her.
"That's a nice bag."
"Thank you, it's from the university I attend part time."
"You are a university student?"
"Yes, for three years now."
"That's good. What do you study?"
"Fine arts."
He smiled at her again and she got the same reaction again.
"I always liked the arts."
Whatever it was about this man he made her feel odd. Lillia felt nervous and started to leave.
"Well I better go. It was nice meeting you Mr..."
"Pierre Sommerville."
"Well, I'll be going. Have a good afternoon Mr. Sommerville."
He quickly took hold of her hand and she turned around.
"Wait. Are you a guest at any hotel?"
"No sir."
Pierre caressed her hand with his other.
"Would you like to have dinner with me?"
She was speechless by his offer. Never had a man she just met offered to have dinner with her, much less one who looked professional.
"I don't want to trouble you sir."
"No, no it's no trouble at all."
She pondered then came to a decision.
"Okay then."
"Perfect, I will have one of my security guards come and get you."

He handed her a leaflet.
"This is the hotel I'm staying at."
She took the leaflet and smiled.
"Thank you Mr. Sommerville. See you soon."
A couple of minutes later...
Lillia went to the hotel and explained to the front desk worker she was waiting for Pierre.
"Hello, I am an acquaintance of Mr. Sommerville. My name is Lillia Simpson."
The front desk worker smiled and showed her to the lobby.
"Have a seat, it won't be long."
Lillia waited in the lobby and started to read a book she brought with her. Her mind wandered to Mr. Sommerville and this dinner they would have. She had met a man completely unknown to her. Lillia wondered what he did and where he was from.
A tall man wearing a grey suit came to her.
"Ms. Simpson?"
"Yes."
"I'm here to escort you to meet Mr. Sommerville."
"Oh, right."
He showed her to the front entrance of the hotel and led her to the car.
As he drove her there she decided to ask the security guard about Mr. Sommerville.
"Have you worked for Mr. Sommerville for a long time?"
"Yes."
"What does he do?"
The security guard paused for a moment.
"He's a very influential man."
Influential? Was he a millionaire? Had he acquired large sums of money somehow?
They arrived at the restaurant and the security guard helped her out.
She looked around and saw Pierre walking towards her.
"Hello Lillia."
He took her hand and kissed it and escorted her to their table. Pierre pulled out her chair and handed her a menu.
"Are you fond of salmon steaks?"
"Very fond of it. I adore fish."
"I thought you would, I told the waiter in advance before you came."
She was shocked as to how he knew that.
"How is it that you knew I like fish though?"
"You had a package from a sushi restaurant in your bag, remember?"
"Oh, right."
She felt nervous being around him and didn't know what to do.
Throughout dinner they spoke about the event and what they liked about it.
All the while Lillia tried not to look into his eyes, there was something about them which was tempting. Not to mention the way he smiled at her.
"You spend a lot of time at hotels, Mr. Sommerville?" She asked while trying to act casual.
"Please, call me Pierre."
"Okay Pierre."
"Only when I'm on business do I stay at hotels. I design my own clothes and beverages."
"I see. You must get a lot of publicity with that."
Pierre realized that she'd chosen to keep on her black jumpsuit for dinner. He smirked seeing how confident she was in wearing it.
"You look very voluptuous."
Lillia almost coughed on her food hearing that. He looked at her surprised.
"A conspicuous girl such as yourself must know that."
"I never heard anyone use those words to describe me before." She confessed.
"Well, you are very attractive."
Lillia didn't know whether to thank him for his compliment. She was feeling strange around him once again.
He smiled at her and she tried not to smile back.
"I once had a baby kiss me all over." He blurted out.
Lillia started to laugh hearing that story which made Pierre smile even more.
"You are very beautiful Lillia, especially when you laugh and smile."
Lillia started to feel strange again and felt it was time to leave, she quickly looked at her watch and saw it was getting late.
"I better be heading home now. Thank you for dinner Mr. Sommerville."
Lillia left her tip and took her hoodie and headed out the door. As Pierre watched he smiled to himself.
She quickly left the restaurant and headed straight to the subway station. Whatever it was about this man sure made her feel peculiar.

Letters from a Dying World
Times historic are often penned after the fact in the lifeblood of the pitiful, forgotten masses. That roiling, uncountable crush of humanity, they who held the pikes and they who threw down the tyrants. Their veins opened by gazes academic, sharp and cruel, and pecked away at with quills, written out of their own story. The Second Dark Crusade was a time of such poignancy. A time when the light of man waned and flickered, choking in the acrid smoke of its own inadequacy. As befitting of such an age it has been covered more than a capital whore, and so I attempt not to tell that story again. That story of dull, unfeeling analysis. Neither here will you find the browbeating, propagandistic screeds so common in the hands of men, the light of youth still burning behind their eyes. Nay, here I shall attempt to cover fresh ground, not tread on the grave dirt of long dead authors. Here I shall attempt to tell the story of the small lives caught, unbeknownst to them, in the great and torrential downpour that we now call history. Here lies the true story of The Second Crusade. - Loremaster Ip'Qal
