《Seduce Me》Part 1-Meet and Dinner
Advertisement
Lillia was into the arts and creativity at her university. She had the support of her parents and a few friends. She was tall with fair skin and had curly dark blonde and black hair and always dressed well.
Despite all that, Lillia wasn't with anyone. She had only moved into her own apartment a couple of months ago and hadn't dated. It would cross her mind at times but she didn't dwell on it.
One day when she wasn't at university she noticed an advertisement for an event happening downtown. Many people who were well known were attending this event and she wanted to go. She checked online and found the location of the building plus which subway station was close by.
Lillia had never gone to an event like this before and wasn't sure which outfit to wear. She went into her closet and found the perfect one.
The next day...
Lillia checked her reflection to make sure her black jumpsuit wasn't linted up or dusty. After that, she took her handbag and headed downtown.
25 minutes later...
Once she got to the event building she noticed it was packed and many of the well known individuals were there.
Lillia didn't meet them all but met one from Central Canada and a few others from the West Coast of the United States.
She noticed there was someone sitting at one table who she never heard of. Was he a celebrity? A friend of one? Whoever he was he caught her eye. A tall man with dark hair and incredibly bright colored eyes. Lillia notice he caught her staring and quickly turned away. When she glance back she notice he was smiling at her. Was she imagining things?
Lillia remembered the bathroom was nearby and went in that direction.
"Excuse me miss, but are you heading to the bathroom?"
She turned around and saw the same man she'd stared at was speaking to her.

"Yes."
"Can you possibly go and check if a wallet is there? One of my security guard's girlfriend last had it there." He asked her.
"Sure." She smiled.
Lillia went and found a pink wallet and handed it to the man. He smiled at her and she felt her heart skip a beat. In dress pants, dress shirt, suit and tie and thick dark hair he was dashing. This man was incredibly handsome, especially when he smiled.
"Thank you miss."
Lillia regained her concentration.
"You're very welcome sir."
He took her hand and kissed it.
"What is your name?"
"Lillia Simpson."
"Are you enjoying the event here Lillia?"
"Yes, I am."
He noticed she had a reusable bag with her.
"That's a nice bag."
"Thank you, it's from the university I attend part time."
"You are a university student?"
"Yes, for three years now."
"That's good. What do you study?"
"Fine arts."
He smiled at her again and she got the same reaction again.
"I always liked the arts."
Whatever it was about this man he made her feel odd. Lillia felt nervous and started to leave.
"Well I better go. It was nice meeting you Mr..."
"Pierre Sommerville."
"Well, I'll be going. Have a good afternoon Mr. Sommerville."
He quickly took hold of her hand and she turned around.
"Wait. Are you a guest at any hotel?"
"No sir."
Pierre caressed her hand with his other.
"Would you like to have dinner with me?"
She was speechless by his offer. Never had a man she just met offered to have dinner with her, much less one who looked professional.
"I don't want to trouble you sir."
"No, no it's no trouble at all."
She pondered then came to a decision.
"Okay then."
"Perfect, I will have one of my security guards come and get you."

He handed her a leaflet.
"This is the hotel I'm staying at."
She took the leaflet and smiled.
"Thank you Mr. Sommerville. See you soon."
A couple of minutes later...
Lillia went to the hotel and explained to the front desk worker she was waiting for Pierre.
"Hello, I am an acquaintance of Mr. Sommerville. My name is Lillia Simpson."
The front desk worker smiled and showed her to the lobby.
"Have a seat, it won't be long."
Lillia waited in the lobby and started to read a book she brought with her. Her mind wandered to Mr. Sommerville and this dinner they would have. She had met a man completely unknown to her. Lillia wondered what he did and where he was from.
A tall man wearing a grey suit came to her.
"Ms. Simpson?"
"Yes."
"I'm here to escort you to meet Mr. Sommerville."
"Oh, right."
He showed her to the front entrance of the hotel and led her to the car.
As he drove her there she decided to ask the security guard about Mr. Sommerville.
"Have you worked for Mr. Sommerville for a long time?"
"Yes."
"What does he do?"
The security guard paused for a moment.
"He's a very influential man."
Influential? Was he a millionaire? Had he acquired large sums of money somehow?
They arrived at the restaurant and the security guard helped her out.
She looked around and saw Pierre walking towards her.
"Hello Lillia."
He took her hand and kissed it and escorted her to their table. Pierre pulled out her chair and handed her a menu.
"Are you fond of salmon steaks?"
"Very fond of it. I adore fish."
"I thought you would, I told the waiter in advance before you came."
She was shocked as to how he knew that.
"How is it that you knew I like fish though?"
"You had a package from a sushi restaurant in your bag, remember?"
"Oh, right."
She felt nervous being around him and didn't know what to do.
Throughout dinner they spoke about the event and what they liked about it.
All the while Lillia tried not to look into his eyes, there was something about them which was tempting. Not to mention the way he smiled at her.
"You spend a lot of time at hotels, Mr. Sommerville?" She asked while trying to act casual.
"Please, call me Pierre."
"Okay Pierre."
"Only when I'm on business do I stay at hotels. I design my own clothes and beverages."
"I see. You must get a lot of publicity with that."
Pierre realized that she'd chosen to keep on her black jumpsuit for dinner. He smirked seeing how confident she was in wearing it.
"You look very voluptuous."
Lillia almost coughed on her food hearing that. He looked at her surprised.
"A conspicuous girl such as yourself must know that."
"I never heard anyone use those words to describe me before." She confessed.
"Well, you are very attractive."
Lillia didn't know whether to thank him for his compliment. She was feeling strange around him once again.
He smiled at her and she tried not to smile back.
"I once had a baby kiss me all over." He blurted out.
Lillia started to laugh hearing that story which made Pierre smile even more.
"You are very beautiful Lillia, especially when you laugh and smile."
Lillia started to feel strange again and felt it was time to leave, she quickly looked at her watch and saw it was getting late.
"I better be heading home now. Thank you for dinner Mr. Sommerville."
Lillia left her tip and took her hoodie and headed out the door. As Pierre watched he smiled to himself.
She quickly left the restaurant and headed straight to the subway station. Whatever it was about this man sure made her feel peculiar.

The Humble Life of a Skill Trainer
For Joshua Still, Skills were the lifeblood of his business. He wanted to understand them, collect many of them, and teach a few of them. Which was a problem because while his profession of a Skill Trainer was perfectly legal, it was frowned upon by most of the kingdom. After all, it wouldn't do for a non-tailor to teach Tailoring. Or, so says the Tailors Guild. The same could be said by the Blacksmiths, the Bakers, the Butchers, the Candlestick Makers, the Mages, and every other Guild with enough money and clout to complain. But still, Skill Trainers provide a valuable service, and so he has managed to start his business and keep it under the table. To a degree. With many a bribe. But his quiet anonymous life of research, practice, and training was about to change. When the Baron demands you pay him a visit, you have little choice.
8 300Life in another world with an Immunity System
NOTE: I just finished a large scale editing with the chapters. From now on, the world is no longer a 1000X Earth. I have added my original element. From here on, with a few exceptions, no similarity can be found with our Earth. Thank you. The change has been applied from chapter 1. So if anyone finds any missed places or traces of my previous world-building, please comment and notify me. Andel lived in a world where those with powers will have the final say in everything. In his world, having no aptitude to either magic or Ki means you are even worse than ants. Unfortunately, he didn’t have any aptitude to either. His life should have been hell, but due to being the son of two powerful parents and descendant of a powerful family saved him from a wretched fate. Life was harsh, but Andel wasn’t one to mourn and do nothing. From his childhood, he learned all kinds of close-combat styles and martial arts, proving himself to be a genius at close combat as long as ki isn’t involved. As genius as he was, there was no way he could match those with powers, right? Wrong! Andel had another identity. He was originally a person from Earth who got transmigrated after an accident. Moreover, during his transmigration, he also gained a system that gave him resistance to various things in exchange for experience points. With the Immunity System in hand, Andel decided to finally step into this magical new world and make a name for himself, after spending twenty years in training. >> Featured Staff Pick on Tapas.io! “Imagine someone who likes you so much, they make you like yourself.” Looking at sixteen-year-old Neo Favre, there isn't anything to point out that would explain him being heavily bullied. He has loving parents, a healthy amount of sibling rivalry to overcome every day. He can be funny, he is nice, he isn't an annoying know-it-all nerd. He's just like any other teenager attending Haven Highschool. Except one thing; Neo suffers from OCD, and his irky habits are solely the reason for his classmates to make fun of him. But as much as he tries to hide his annoying habits of counting literally everything, entering a class without touching the floor right in front of the first desk, tapping light button's to the beat of "we will rock you" and any other small tic, his fellow students know, and they use it to bully him endlessly. Neo just wants it all to end, but right when he worked up the guts to put his actions where his mouth is, Calo show's up to save the day, and maybe his week. And who knows, maybe even his life.
8 209To live is to Dream (LitRPG; First Draft)
A new Power has come into the World and seeks to change it. Being on the last dregs of sanity and full of alcohol Daniel West receives an opportunity to seek revenge. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------To live is to Dream is the second book of the Just a Dream series. You do not have to read the first to enjoy the second, but there will be recurring characters along the line. The first book features Mir, a man that dislikes how his current world appears and hence wants to change it. The second book will feature other people and how the changes implemented by Mir affect their lives. For those interested in my first book, it's easy to find it. Just beware that with the first book, it was my first time writing and there are a lot of grammar errors despite lots of editing, at least at the beginning of the book. The cover was done by Lmarief. I had requested something bizarre and she delivered. I have even used it as part of the story since her interpretation of my imagination was a bit different. Still, I loved it. As a thank you gift, I posted a link to her profile here for others who want a unique cover. https://www.royalroad.com/profile/220043
8 54Modded Skyr*m: Real Life Edition
It seems that I died while I was playing VR Skyr*m. The next thing I knew, I was standing in front of the middle-aged man who called himself The Overlord of Dremora and Dragons. He told me they were releasing Skyr*m: Real-Life Edition. However, you have to be dead first to play it, and I was chosen as a 'beta tester' of sorts. I found myself in a semi-realistic (thanks to mods) world, and I want to have fun and relax for the rest of my life, and maybe get back to Earth. There's just a small *RAWR* problem. Setting: This happens within the world in The Legend of the Fake Hero, specifically two arcs from now. About: I am writing this for fun as a side project. I intend this to be semi-interactive as I will have polls where readers can influence the book's direction. I have the final say because I believe that too many cooks in the kitchen are not a good thing. The plan is to write it in parts that are around 1-2k words. Typically around every 3 to 6 parts, they will be combined into a finalized chapter and re-edited for a smoother read. Release schedule: When I feel like it. I'll be more inclined to write if there is more interaction, both in comments and polls, towards the story. However, I will be focusing on The Legend of the Fake Hero because that is something I own entirely and enjoy. I will try to do consistent uploads. Disclaimer: This work falls under fair use as it is a partial parity, does not affect the value of the original work, is an original story within the setting (within my setting), and is not being sold. All IP belongs to their respective owners (including myself). Currently uploading on Scribble Hub and Royal Road under the same username.
8 323Devoid: Original Version [Going to re-release this soon under a new fiction]
This is the first version of this shit; I will eventually re-upload all of this again, but with a lot of things changed and cleared up. Zephyrus just a person in today's society. He runs, does martial arts, studies, and goes to college. To an outside person, he seems like just another person, but no one truly knows him. And when his brother kills him, he loses all of his memories and is reborn in another world. In the new world, he meets Joe, who seems to be some kind of godly figure. Just like a light novel. Why does all of this seem familiar. Along the way, Zephyrus encounters [generic novel elements and romance].
