She had no control over her senses, the only thing she knew of was a faint red glow she could see through her thin eyelids.
Soon, she would awaken.
Soon, she would escape and run from him.
It was their only chance.
She needed to spread the plague to please the Goddes and have a chance at happiness with him.
She would do what the Goddess asked her to.
After that, she would come back to him, the only thing pushing her through her hell.
Soon.
Soon, she would bring a new type of hell to earth.
The plague she reffered to was her own body, her damaged body soaked in radioactive magic.
She had a plan, a plan that would save the world as much as it would destroy it.
She would become a nightmare disguised as a daydream.

Mark shook his head sadly, but prepared his coffee in silence. When he finished, he looked up at the sky—and saw only the dull white ceiling of his apartment. He felt utterly cheated that the last thing he would see in this world was the peeling paint on the wall. "They are not paying me enough for this," Mark grumbled, then drank up his coffee.
