Remus ran into the kitchen where Virgil was helping Patton and Logan with supper and immediately hugged Virgil.

"Woah woah, what's up Rat?" Virgil asked him.

"I- I heard a noise while me and Prince were playing! I'm scared!" Remus exclaimed quietly.

Virgil shrugged and handed him a knife. "There. Now if anyone tries to hurt you, you can stab them. Better?"

"Mhm! Thanks! But can I sit in here for a bit?" he responded.

"Sure thing kiddo," Patton answered for Virgil, turning and grinning at the younger side.

"Are you both sure this is a wise decision to be making? Both the knife and the allowing of him in the room?" Logan asked, adjusting his glasses.

"Chill nerd, we can supervise him with it since he's in the room, and as long as he stays out of the way him being here should be fine," Virgil shrugged off the other's concern as Remus sat down on the floor and leaned against the counter, messing around with the knife.

Janus came into the room to see what was taking so long with the food and immediately noticed Remus sitting on the floor with a k n i f e .

"Why do you have a knife!?" he exclaimed.

Remus responded by pointing at Virgil.

"Well now I'm scared!"

Virgil seemed to think for a minute before Logan responded instead.

"Would you like a knife as well?"

"OH MY GODS LOOK WHAT YOU'RE TEACHING LOGIC-"
