Okay, so the whole "one person turning into another person turning into another person" thing was a bad move on my part, not gonna lie. It's confusing af without some explanation, so here's the explanation of who is turning into who
Everybody is becoming Felix. Therefore, every time Pan or the boys says that Felix "Did something" after we see him leave the island, it's actually Lily in Felix's form. Any questions?
