I lock eye contact with Hoseok and he gives me a small smile.

"Aish this kid, always moody these days," Jin says, annoyed about how Jungkook was acting. Jin looks over at me and notices the expression on my face. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah," I fake a smile and nod. Jin rolls his eyes and scoffs.

"No you're not," He says. "Stop lying, what's wrong?"

"Am I the reason why Jungkook got mad and left?" I hesitate before asking. Jin and Namjoon look at each other before Yoongi speaks up.

"You might be," Yoongi says bluntly. I feel a wave of sadness come over me. I hate being the reason why people are upset.

"Jungkook likes Taehyung, and since Tae was paying so much attention to you he probably got jealous," Hoseok explains. I think back to how Taehyung praised my singing voice and told Jungkook off for being rude. It makes sense now.

"I'm sorry," I apologize, feeling the need to. If I wasn't here, Jungkook wouldn't be moody. Jungkook would still be hanging out with them right now.

"Why are you apologizing?" Jin asks. "It wasn't your fault, you didn't know,"

"But if I wasn't here Jungkook wouldn't have been in a bad mood and he would still be here having fun with you guys,"

"He would be moody anyways. Don't worry about him. He'll get over it soon, don't blame yourself," Jin gives me a smile and it makes me feel happier. Maybe Jungkook being upset wasn't all my fault but I was still part of it.

"Thanks, hyung," I say to Jin for making me feel slightly better.

We continue sitting in silence for a few minutes, the atmosphere feels awkward.

"Thanks for having me over," I say politely, standing up. "I have to go home now. Sorry for what happened,"

"Don't worry about it kid," Namjoon says. "Thanks for coming over to hang out, you seem pretty cool. Sorry about Jungkook,"

I nod and give him a smile. I give a small wave to everyone and head towards the door.

I leave the house and start walking down the street to my house. It's pretty dark out since it's late, only the street lights are illuminating the sidewalk. I shove my hands into my pockets and let out a breath.

I turn onto the road I live on and walk past Taehyung's house. I stop in front of it for a minute and look up at it. None of the lights are on, which means that Taehyung is either sleeping or not home. He probably followed Jungkook to wherever he went.

I sigh and shake my head, making my way back down the sidewalk to my house. I walk up to the front door and enter my house quietly, I don't want to wake anyone up.

I quickly go up to my room and close the door behind me. I change into more comfier clothes and flop down onto my bed, quickly falling asleep.
