The guard unlocked Nayeon's cell.
"You can go inside now."
"A-am I going to be safe?" Jeongyeon asked.
"Ehr. Fine, I'll come with you."
"Thanks. Whew." Jeongyeon sighs in relief.
"Eh?" Jeongyeon blurted out.
"Ehh?! Oh— ah Nayeon must be eating her lunch at this time.. sorry for not telling ya." The guard apologized.
"It's okay..." Jeongyeon replied with her disappointed tone.
"By any chance, can I atleast know who you are?" Jeongyeon added.
"I'm Momo. The one who's guarding Ms. Im's cell." Momo reached out her hand and offered Jeongyeon a handshake. Jeongyeon responded.
"Oh. It's nice to meet you. I'm Officer Yoo."
"It was an honor meeting you. Officer Yoo." Momo bowed.
"Ayee don't be too formal, you can just call me Jeongyeon for short." Jeongyeon jokingly said.
"Anyways, I'll be going now. I'll come back here tomorrow."
"Sure thing! I guess I'll see you then!" Momo said as she waved her hands.
Jeongyeon went out of the building and called her co-officer who's newly recruited to their team.
"Yoboseyo?" A small voice was heard.
"Ah— Officer Son... I need a ride for now... can you pick me up?" Jeongyeon replied.
"Sure! I'm always ready to give Yoo a ride!! Sike!! Haha" Chaeyoung replied.
"Where are you though?" She added.
"Ayeee I'm at the prison that I've mentioned earlier."
"Oohh. Have you met Nayeon?"
"Not yet. Maybe tomorrow?"
"That's sick. I'll be heading now!!"
"See ya!" Jeongyeon hung up.
Few minutes have passed, Jeongyeon looked around and wondered how Nayeon looks like.
"Arghh why am I acting so weird?!" She blurted out.
"Maybe I'm just that curious?" She added.
"Yeah you're acting really weird now." Chaeyoung said.
"Are you still wondering how Nayeon looks like?? Ayeee" She added.
"W-what. Oh- you're here." Jeongyeon stuttered.
"What's with the stuttering??" Chaeyoung leaned closer and asked.
"Ayeee stop asking." Jeongyeon pushed the younger away.
"I didn't mind to ask you about how hard are you drooling over Investigator Myoui yesterday and now you're attacking me??" Jeongyeon said.
"Fine. Let's go now."
