It had been a while since I escaped. The cold air was gently caressing my face and the snowflakes were starting to fall on the ground. I missed having a life, I missed seeing myself happy and in the presence of other people who could or would try to understand the state I was in. Today was the day I would be able to go to school again. After a moment, I finally gathered my courage and went inside the school, then the class. On the other side, I could clearly hear Will saying how much he missed Luke who died from blood lost.
"I heard from the news that the place was filled with carbon monoxide. Apparently, Kevin caused it and died from it", said Nathalie. I took a breath and stepped inside the classroom. Lulu, Nathalie, Will and Samy were sitting together alone in the classroom.
"(Y/N)? I thought you would never come back partner", Will exclaimed as he got up. He quickly hugged me and invited me to sit on one of the empty chairs near them.
"Did anyone heard about Opal?" I asked.
"She...did not recovered enough yet. She is still very close with her inner demons", answered Will. A journal appeared in my vision. I looked up to see Lulu, still not speaking, inviting me to read it. The headline was "Liam Smith found dead after months of searching". It made me lose focused and I started to tremble. Will noticed it and asked me a question.
"Hey (Y/n), have you heard about Deltarune? It's the sequel not so sequel of Undertale",
"What! There is another one?" I yelled falling in Will's trap.
"I thought it was over, but it was not"
"Awesome", I said. Everyone laughed at that, even Lulu gave a little chuckle. Everything was finally going to get better.
