《I Never Wanted This! (Yandere Serial Killer x Reader)》Part 11

Liam got off of me and left the place leaving me alone in the dark room. I decided to be sneakier on my escape. I will manipulate him and then I will kill him. He is just human after all. Out of nowhere, I heard someone yelling in pain. It sounded like he was being tortured. I desperately covered my ears and hummed a tune to block the traumatising screams. I was trembling and shacking, especially with the knowledge that the torturer would come back here. My eyes then focused on a figure that just appeared near the door. A bloody Opal was there, beaten and hit on the face. There was blood dripping from her mouth, as well as drool that were staining her school clothes. It looked like she could almost not walk. What happened?
"Opal. What happened?" I murmured to her. She flinched at the sound of my voice.
"(Y/N), is that you?" she murmured back "looking" at my direction. Although, she could not do that. Her eyes had been scoped out of her body, leaving only empty eye sockets and blood dripping from them. The yelling stopped.
"You need to get out of here. He could be coming back any second now"
"I...I do not know where to go", she said panicked. The only place to hide are the way she came from and the restroom.
"Go to your right. There is a bathroom there where you could hide". She walked there while putting her hands on the wall to not get lost. She finally found the door after a while and she hid herself there. Soon after that, I heard footsteps coming towards the room. It sounded like they were walking on small puddles of water. I knew it was not the case. The figure appeared near the door and it was obviously Liam. He was covered in blood and his eyes had a blood lust expression in them. I backed down until my back hit the wall. My heart rate was increasing and I was crying. Speaking was impossible.

"Oh flower! I have something to show you", he said while he caught one of my hands in his grip. The look on his face was scary enough for me to have nightmares for weeks. I could hardly breathe with all of the tears that I was trying to stop from falling.
"It looks nice. Does not it?" he asked while showing me a hand without a body at one inch of my face. My eyes widened when I realised that. After some time, he put it carefully down on the ground like it was some sort of trophy.

Ancient Bones: The Changed Ones book 1 (Post-Post Apocalypse LitRPG)
Is it truly an RPG Apocalypse... if no one can see the RPG? Generations after the Fall, Mankind has achieved a balance in a world it is no longer the master of. But your prospects in this Malthusian world are limited. Johanna Milton and her friends have an answer: delve into Ancient ruins, avoid Changed beasts and mana pockets, and salvage Ancient materials, collectibles, and trinkets to sell. It pays well if you avoid the perils of the Ancient world. But when they find the skeleton of an Ancient, their lives take a strange turn. Suddenly, Talents straight out of fantasy novels become theirs. While they try to make sense of what happens, eyes turn to them, to the four who seem to break all rules. Or are they merely following them? Because, in the Beyond where he's spent 150 years waiting, one dead Ancient knows the truth. Douglas Moore has played those games often enough when he was alive to make sense of the System that rules the Changed world. He can no longer act on his own, but he has access to the Interface. And four people for which he can bring whatever it takes to face the world. Change is coming. The Changed Ones is a slow-burn litrpg fantasy trilogy (Ancient Bones, Ancient Books, Ancient Bonds) set on Earth, 150 years after the RPG Apocalypse... which mostly failed. It is an homage to the venerable ancient RPGs of the Golden Box era, the Baldur's Gates, and many others, offering adventure where You must gather your party before venturing forth. Keywords: LitRPG, realistic setting, low-leveling, post-post-apocalypse, fantasy earth, slow-burn, secondary POVs, female primary MC, team adventure, worldbuilding. Trigger warnings: casual swearing, adult innuendo (no explicit scenes whatsoever, though). Oh, and potentially a bit of politics. Bonus content: a Litrpg Easter Egg hunt. With lots of eggs across the book, some easy, some hard to find. Current score: 6/20 (20 eggs, 6 found) Publication schedule: on hold until September for book 2.

It's Hard to be a Hero in a Parallel World
A hero is transported from the real world into a parallel world similar to the video game he's been obsessed with for the past few weeks. The problem is, this game is way too difficult, especially for a nerdy gamer boy to survive. He decides to leave the hero-duty to someone who is actually competent while he looks for a way home. He hopes his knowledge of the game will help him stay out of trouble. Unfortunately, as one would imagine, the normal events of a game would change drastically when the main character is nowhere to be found. Read as the unlikely hero gets into trouble with his new companions, while trying to survive life in this parallel world. This is an original story that takes inspiration from and pokes fun at many novels, video games, anime, and the stereotypes and tropes that appear in those media.

WAS #2 in Romance. -- He's got a secret, she's got a secret. But is it the same secret? Amara Ackerman is an interior designer who just wants to live her life, she doesn't want to get married and she doesn't need a boyfriend. To her it's just better if everyone kept their distance, pulling people in was never her style. Dominic Vitiello is just the average rich, handsome guy with tons of connections and plenty of places to be. When he takes the time out to persue her, he discovers something unexpected and it's far from disappointing. The two cross paths in the most convinient way, how does their relationship go from being strictly work to strictly personal? Neither of them can say, but I can say it's a pretty interesting story.
