Apparently Larry and I were helping a new family move in to room 405 . "Have you seen the new people yet?" Larry asked, as we took the elevator from the basement to floor 4.

I shook my head, "No, all I know is that they have a girl around our age. She'll be going to school with us tomorrow." He nodded his head in response. Once the elevator dinged and let us out, we made our way to the new people's room. I knocked on the door and a lady with long (h/c) hair opened the door. I waved, "Hello, we heard there were some people moving in. We wanted to come over and introduce ourselves. I'm Sal and this is Larry. We also came to help." Larry smiles, "Welcome to the complex."

The lady smiled back, "What kind boys you are, thank you so much. Oh (Y/n)! Come and meet these nice neighbors! Come on in boys." She let us in. I saw a girl with (h/l) (h/c) hair on the couch, petting a black cat. She looked over at us. She was pretty cute.

"Nice to meet you. I'm (Y/n). You can chill with me if you want," She continued playing with her cat. Larry and I sat near her. "What grade are you in? Since you'll be at school with us tomorrow, maybe we're in the same class," Larry asked. "10th, how about you two?" She looked at me.

"Us too, I—we hope you're in our class," I said.

She looked at me for a while, "I won't ask about the mask, but it makes you look cool. It's badass dude," She smirked. "I fuckin' like it." I blushed a little, "T...Thanks, you're one of the first who's not entirely asked about it." She shrugged, "I mean it's mysterious, I just thought it'd be a tough subject for you to talk about."

She's so understanding. I can't be crushing on her just now can I?

"If you wanna help bring my boxes up they're still in the truck," She said. Larry smiles, "Don't worry dudette it's what we came here for, let's go help you."

Larry and I carried as much as we can as (Y/n) carried like two at once. She's strong as hell..!

"Well that's the last of it, thanks, so...see you tomorrow...?" She smiles. I nod, "Definitely....I'll uh...pick you up and all three of us can walk there tomorrow."

Her smile never left her face, "Sick. See you Larry, Sal." She did something unexpected, she kissed the cheek of my prosthetic.

"Later."

She closed the door and Larry and I made our way back to his apartment. He smirked down at me, "Damn dude, gettin' a girl before me?" I punched his arm, blushing, "S - Shut up!"
