It was Friday and Lauren called all of her friends over to come over and catch up because they haven't seen each other in a week.

Lauren: Hi girl

Lydia Maddison and Aliana: hey

Lauren: Can we all have a girls night

L&M&A: YESSS

Lauren: see you in 10

10 minutes later...

They all come one by one and Lauren made popcorn and put on ''When we first met" on Netflix.

Lauren: So I talked to Zack today about something really interesting.

Aliana: What about?

Lauren: He is breaking up with Bailey

L&M&A: WHAT

Maddison: Why

Lauren: He has feelings for another girl.

Lydia: Did he say who it was?

Lauren: No but she's special to him

Maddison: Do you still have feelings for him?

Lauren: Yes *looks down*

Aliana: Are you ok with it?

Lauren: Yes but no. I'm happy for him but I wish I just told him there.

Lydia: Are you sure its not you?

Lauren: if it was me then he would have told me.

Lydia: Maybe he wants do something special to tell you.

Lauren: I wish but he's not into me

Lydia: Ok but he did have a crush on you sophomore year

Lauren and Aliana: REALLY

Lydia: Yes, how did you not know.

Lauren: Idk he was started dating Bailey then.

Maddison: Remember a week before she kissed him, he kept flirting with all of us.

Lauren: Yes?

Maddison: Well me and Lydia comforted him about it and he said he had feelings for you and he was going to ask you out at the dance but Bailey kissed him so he told us to never speak of it.

Lauren: Are you serious!?!?

Lydia and Maddison: Sorry

Lauren: Its ok but I can't believe he actually liked me.

Aliana: Don't say that you're pretty. Any guy would be lucky to date you.

Lauren: Thank you but he's gorgeous.

All: *laugh*

Lauren: I forgot. Zack is having a party and invited me and all of you. Would you like to go?

Aliana: When is it

Lauren: This Saturday

Lydia: I can go

Maddison: Me too

Aliana: Me three

Lauren: Ok great.

Lydia: Maybe he will be already broken up with Bailey

Lauren: Lets hope.

20 minutes later, Lauren gets a text from Zack

Zack POV: I just broke up with Bailey and I just need to see Lauren's warming smile. God that girl makes me crazy. I can't wait to ask her out. I'm going to text her.

Zack: Hey

Lauren: Omg guys he texted me

Maddison: What did he say?

Lauren: Just hi

Lydia: Respond to him.

Lauren: Ok

Lauren: Hi :)

Zack: I need to see you.

Lauren: What's wrong?

Lauren: He wants to see me

L&M&A: WHAT OMG!!!!

Lauren: Maybe its not good.

Lydia: Ask where he wants to meet. We will drive you or hide in the back.

Lauren: Ok

Lauren: Where do you want to meet?

Zack: At my house.

Lauren: Ok be there in a few :)

Lauren: Lets go

They get in the car and drive to his house.

Lauren: What if he wants to not be friends anymore.

Maddison: Or he broke up with Bailey.

Lauren: Lets hope. Turn right here and pull over and hide in the back.

They get there and Lauren is nervous.

Lydia: Good luck

Maddison: Text us if he wants to go inside

Aliana: Don't be nervous.

Lauren: Ok. Thanks guys, I don't know what I would do with out you guys.

L&M&A: Go get him.

Lauren gets out of the car and knocks on the door. Zack answered the door and instantly hug her.

Zack: Thank you for coming

Lauren: Anytime so what's wrong?

Zack: Me and Bailey broke up.

Lauren: Omg I'm so sorry, are you ok?

Zack: Yes well she isn't. She broke my tv so I'm sad about that. Now I'm just focus on me. Plus I'm going to ask that girl out.

Lauren: Oh when are you doing that?

Zack: At my party

Lauren: Ok. I hope she says yes.

Zack: Me too

Lauren: Is there anything else you need?

Zack: No all I need is my best friend right now *smiles at her*

10 minutes later

Lauren: I'm getting tired, I think I should go home.

Zack: Ok. Thank you for being here for me. I don't know what I would do without out you.

Lauren: Anything for you *smiles*

Zack: See you at the party *hugs her*

Lauren: Bye *hugs back*

Lauren gets in the car and can't stop smiling

Lydia: Someone's happy.

Maddison: Did he admit that he has feelings for you,

Lauren: I wish but he was so sweet.

Aliana: Awwww you guys would make a cute couple.

Lauren: Thank you but I feel like I'm in a fantasy.

They go home and everyone goes home and Lauren gets ready for bed.

Lauren POV: I sit in my bed frozen, trying to not cry. I feel so confused about what happened. Is Lydia right? Does Zack have feelings for me? No, stop thinking that. He is so beautiful, I'm not his type at all. I need to go to bed and stop thinking about this.

Zack POV: I can't stop thinking about her. I'm crazy about this girl, its unreal. I cant wait for the day to call her mine. But what if she says no? I can't stress about this. I'm going to bed and hope to wake up in a good mood.
